Yellow box parking available at roadside, inside the building also have but usually you can find parking at roadside. We have 5pax, room charges goes by per room/hour After 6pm Member RM38++/hr Non Member RM55++/hr To be a member it's RM39 for one year membership. You can be a member on that day itself, and get member rate straightup. Room fee comes with free flow of fruit juice/ice lemon tea, 9choices (grape, honey lemon, mango, orange, passion fruit, lychee, calamansi). We took Mango and Honey Lemon, Mango is decent not overly filled with sugar. Another friend joined us after so 6pax, but still same RM38++/hr. However in the room only had 3mikes and they didnt allow us to add unless we took a bigger room. To me 3person singing the same song is overkill so 3mikes is sufficient. Food arrived slow, satu per satu, about 20-30mins after we confirmed our order. Chawanmushi (rm8.90); prawn is big, scallop inside, very worth it BUT taste abit bland. French Fries (rm11.50); pretty good but i prefer my fries thin like me. Salmon Teriyaki Set (rm25.90); kimchi is nice, miso soup boleh la, salmon pretty decent. Unagi Kabayaki Set (rm31.90); i didnt order this, so cannot comment. Lighting is bluey, nice for pictures. You can turn the blue lights off in the room if you find it too bright. Time limit reminder will pop up on the TV. To me i dont need mike because the room is small and even if you sing without the mike there is an echo of your voice. I'm not an avid karaoke person so to me this place is sufficient, i think it's pretty worth it as it comes with unlimited juices, they dont count by pax and food are decent.

Nice environment

Visited on 16/07/2023 and my group arrived at 2.55pm. We already called a day earlier to book for a room at 3pm. When we arrived, there was a long queue at the counter and only 1 person working. The group of people in front of the queue were still deciding on which room they wanted/package they want hence it build up the queue. When it was our turn, the time is already 3.10pm. After settling the payment for the room for 3 hours at the counter, the lady told us to wait at the side and someone would bring us to our room. Waited until 3.20pm, still no one and the lady at the counter was busy attending to other customers which were still in the queue. We decided to find the room ourselves. When we found it, a waiter also came in during the same time. He also called his colleague to unlock the karaoke machine from the system. The time was exactly 3.23pm at the time. We ordered passion fruit and honey lemon drink (2 jugs) as they come free with the room. No free flow of drinks unlike other KTV places. The honey lemon tasted very diluted any didn't taste like there's any honey at all. 1 thing to mention is the room was not cleaned / sanitized properly as there was a strong stench of cigarette smell in the room. Would definitely not call this a family KTV if kids are allowed into a strong cigarette stench room. Finally, we booked for 3 hours and unfortunately our system was cut short at 6pm sharp. We lost 23 minutes of sing time due to the inefficiency of the staff / manpower planning which only let us to our room 23minutes late. Overall, wouldn't recommend people to come here until they improve their services and efficiency. The only commendable part would be the interior of the place as they did put effort to make it look very fancy.

Very good pricing for members if you come during weekdays before 6pm. But I'll come again! =) it's really good value for ktv. And free for kids. The seats were a little old and the corridors smelt a little musky and like cigarette smoke.

It's one of the best karaoke I've been in Subang despite its price, with updated songs to choose from and friendly staff. Staff is aware of what we want. Plus point to their waiter with highly polite attitude with good service. For me, they just need to improve their tuning system for their mic.

Attention guys, there are different package before 6pm and after 6pm, before 6pm is Rm40/hour and after 6pm is Rm38/hour, buy 2 hours free 1 hour. First time visit this branch, check in at 4pm, will like to take buy 2 free 1 hour but the staff can't offer us due to after 6pm will be different package. The sound system not good compare with Puchong branch, the cleanliness also way to improve, the air-conditioner not cold enough, smell smoke in non-smoking room. Hope the management could make improvement.

All i can say is that it will be my first and last time going here. Not only that they don't have food except for a Japanese restaurant that you can order from, the choices of drinks are also so limited. And their sound system is horrible. Among all the karaoke places that i have been to, this is the worst.

Food not ok, room with ciggrate smell.

Overall satisfied. No food as others stated, can only order with the Japanese Restaurant. But I guess they serve alcoholic drinks, as we were asked to order or not at front desk. Can consider joining as member if like to sing a lot. Their speaker and mic audio system pretty stable and well-maintained in my opinion. But I don’t know why thought of having aquariums in the room from the external design… Hhhhh! Btw washroom also considered very clean during a weekday visit. Recommended!

Came here on a weekday, reasonable price. The room is comfortable and cosy.

Definitely a good place to hang out. The ambience was great. The song was update. The system was easy to use. The service was top notch. Its clean too, even the toilets are impressively clean.

Another those high decorated karaoke place. I have no chance to try the food as the kitchen still closed when I get there at 12pm. Service in the afternoon was bad. No one attend to me and I have to walk out to shout for staff. Lastly. I hate thier karaoke auto shutdown once the time is up. Compare to other karaoke place. They will allow you to finish the last song.
