It's been 3 weeks since I did a hypnosis session for weight loss. For me it was a truly magical experience. I solved all my problems with candy, chocolate, etc. I couldn't eat a piece of candy without finishing the packet. And for 3 weeks no more desire to eat compulsively. I wanted to wait before writing this review but after these 3 weeks I can only recommend Nelly who is truly a sunny person with a lot of empathy and kindness.

So I didn't know about foot reflexology, I said to myself wow, great moment of relaxation and that's not all 🤔. It's also painful at times because Nelly's magical fingers find sensitive points related to body pain and that's very interesting. So I just finished the third session to get a complete refresher. I feel improvement in my body. Nelly is a charming person, always smiling and I recommend her. Personally, I'm going back there in the spring and it will be with great pleasure 😊

I was not able to have the session so I cannot judge the quality of the service. I put one star because I want to warn people who are interested that there is no flexibility in making or changing appointments. I had a groupon coupon, I saved the code to reserve my slot. Unfortunately afterwards I had an impediment with work, I really had no choice but to work when it wasn't planned. I called and left a message to ask if it was possible to postpone exceptionally (I did it because I had no choice otherwise I don't do that, I respect my appointments), I honor my appointment or if this is not possible I try to notify in advance. Unfortunately, in this case I was not able to warn much in advance. Unfortunately, a last minute setback can happen to everyone. So I called 24 hours before. I was hoping that there would be an opportunity to at least discuss and try to find a solution if possible, but at least talk about it. She never called me back and canceled my appointment remotely, I received an automatic text message saying my appointment was canceled. And zip! It passed under my nose! Awesome So I lost my groupon coupon and I didn't even hear back at least on the phone, at least. Even if it was me who had a setback and asked to postpone which, I understand very well, is not great, and I apologized in my voice message, It would have been more respectful to at least give me a chance to talk about it and just remember. I would have understood that it was too late to postpone, but it was a bit harsh the way it was done, and then no arrangement was possible. Not very human... Here I wanted to warn others just in case!
