I
was
not
able
to
have
the
session
so
I
cannot
judge
the
quality
of
the
service.
I
put
one
star
because
I
want
to
warn
people
who
are
interested
that
there
is
no
flexibility
in
making
or
changing
appointments.
I
had
a
groupon
coupon,
I
saved
the
code
to
reserve
my
slot.
Unfortunately
afterwards
I
had
an
impediment
with
work,
I
really
had
no
choice
but
to
work
when
it
wasn't
planned.
I
called
and
left
a
message
to
ask
if
it
was
possible
to
postpone
exceptionally
(I
did
it
because
I
had
no
choice
otherwise
I
don't
do
that,
I
respect
my
appointments),
I
honor
my
appointment
or
if
this
is
not
possible
I
try
to
notify
in
advance.
Unfortunately,
in
this
case
I
was
not
able
to
warn
much
in
advance.
Unfortunately,
a
last
minute
setback
can
happen
to
everyone.
So
I
called
24
hours
before.
I
was
hoping
that
there
would
be
an
opportunity
to
at
least
discuss
and
try
to
find
a
solution
if
possible,
but
at
least
talk
about
it.
She
never
called
me
back
and
canceled
my
appointment
remotely,
I
received
an
automatic
text
message
saying
my
appointment
was
canceled.
And
zip!
It
passed
under
my
nose!
Awesome
So
I
lost
my
groupon
coupon
and
I
didn't
even
hear
back
at
least
on
the
phone,
at
least.
Even
if
it
was
me
who
had
a
setback
and
asked
to
postpone
which,
I
understand

well,
is
not
great,
and

apologized
in
my
voice
message,
It
would
have
been
more
respectful
to
at
least
give
me

chance
to
talk
about
it
and

remember.
I
would
have
understood
that

late
to
