Most staff don't speak English. Unfriendly to non-japanese. Staff makes up reasons to make you wait a long time and request to take copies of documents (only for foreign nationals) and deny entry if you refuse. Don't be fooled, other hotels don't have these requirements.

This is a hotel that discriminates against foreigners, they treat foreigners and Japanese differently. They had racist rule, and the Japanese staff didn't speak English。 After they wasting us two hours in checking in. In the end we decided to cancel the stay because they didnt let us check in.

Room has multiple power outlets but only one of them has power when all lights are turned off. Other outlets only work when lights are on. How can someone sleep with the lights on? Very poor room design, since there are two beds and many people need to charge more than one device at a time.

We liked all of the hotelstaff. Very helpful and kind because before it started to rain they suggested to take an umbrella. Breakfast was full of variety and the place had enough space. Also the staff in the restaurant was very professional. So we enjoyed everything very much. The receptionist also looked after our luggage after we checked out.

The hotel is good and near metro station, it takes around 15 min to travel from here to Kansai University. There is a small yard for traditional activity of local residence.

Cozy hotel! It worked with my school to help get us affordable comfortable rooms for our short stay here. The facility is super clean, and the AC rocks. There were some small problems I noticed in the room (strange wall lines, bed skirt ripped) but everything was very clean and clearly safe. The rooms are a little small, but it was a comfortable space. I managed to live here for basically 3 weeks with no problems. It’s very close to the train station, as well as multiple other fun shops and locations!

The room itself is clean, although it appears to be outdated. It's worth noting that the walls are quite thin, so if you're unfortunate enough to have a noisy guest in the adjacent room, you may experience a disrupted night's sleep. On the bright side, the hotel is situated in a convenient location, with a large grocery store, a sushi restaurant that operates until 11 pm, a karaoke place, and a nearby Starbucks.

This hotel is honestly amazing. Even though it's located not in the downtown of Osaka, getting there takes 20 minutes at max. The service is flawless, breakfasts are delicious, and room is a bit small, but very cozy and clean.

Pros: 1. Very near to a train station 2. Next door to medical services 3. Breakfast quite OK. 4. Free body sponge, hair brush, shaver and cream 5. Has a bathtub 6. Shower gel is not bad 7. Water from tap is drinkable 8. Free WiFi in each room Cons: 1. Room is rather small 2. No individual control for air conditioning in the room, all central control, so you can't choose between cool or warm air 3. Hot water from tap is murky so you'd hesitate to drink it 4. No cabinet in the room 5. No safe in the room 6. Bathtub a tad small 7. Taps have no auto mixer, i.e. one hot water tap and one cold water tap, if you don't turn both together you might either get scalded or freeze 8. Wifi speed very slow even though each room has its own account 9. Nothing much in the area in the way of food or shopping 10. Toilet can smell funky because no exhaust, so if you do your big business in there, be sure to spray air freshener (which they provide, maybe that's why they provide). Mine smelled of damp cloth. 11. No full service laundry. Self service machine wash at 300yen, dryer 100 yen for 30 mins. Clothes still damp after one dryer cycle. Self iron. Iron to be collected from reception. Not sure where to plug in or iron on in the room. Overall, I didn't pay for the room though (business trip), so can't complain too much.
