This is probably the best hotel I have stayed in for under $25/Canadian per night. Great swimming pool, nice and clean, wall to separate shower from bathroom, great toiletries and housekeeping! Yes, it's a 5 minute walk to the nearest store and a 15-minute flat walk to Sukhothai Historical Park, but you can rent a bike from the hotel next door. The pool is very clean and well maintained. No complaints! Very safe for a female solo traveler.

Interesting guest house. Has a nice pool. No food or beverage service of any kind. Access to breakfast for 250 baht at a sister Property of theirs nearby. It's located on a private street near the historical park of sukhothai. I did not realize, when I booked this hotel, that the city of sukhothai is some 11 km away. And even the Historical Park is 1.5 km. This hotel is kind of in the middle of nowhere, on a Suburban residential street. My attempts to get a grab or taxi to come here were futile. So be prepared to have to walk about a minimum of 1.5 km to get to the Historical Park. Oh, and don't expect there to be any sidewalks. You'll be walking on the side of the road. There is bike rental at the Thai Thai Hotel, a short distance away. There is one person here who speaks English. Not a huge deal with Google Translate, I suppose. And while the room was fine, though small, and up a flight of stairs, it was fine. But I can't give five stars to something that's so isolated, has no food or beverage available on the premises, and has limited access to English-speaking staff. Oh, and by the way, don't plan on using your credit card here. It's cash only!

Awesome small hotel near the historic park. Clean pool, lots of functioning sunbeds. Rooms are nicely designed, beds are comfy, shower got lots of pressure. Wifi is lightning fast.

Wonderfully clean, crisp air conditioning, great WiFi, really comfortable bed, clean sheets and bedding and a fantastic swimming pool that was very well maintained, we even had extra towels for the pool in our room. Bicycle hire is available from the sister hotel a couple of minutes walk from here. We used the bicycles to explore Sukhothai and didn't have any issues. We'd love to have stayed here a few days longer, but our schedule wouldn't allow it.

One of my best stays on my travels around S.E Asia. After being battered by the heat in ayutthaya I was looking for a place that was peaceful. The whole hotel is spotless, the room was cleaned everyday up to an unbelievable standard. They offer massage in the hotel and the front staff couldn't have been more helpful, told us where to rent a motorbike, where to buy tickets for the next leg of our journey. Room size good, bathroom great. Would like a slightly warmer shower but that is my only nit pick. Stunning.

Great value for the money! Restaurant nearby with a western menu if you want a change. Super helpful and friendly staff. Thank you Ms. May! Loved the pool on a hot afternoon. Really nice place for my taste and budget.

Excellent stay. Everything you would expect from a nice hotel. They were very organized with giving you the rundown on everything, bike rental 50 baht for 24 hours, would definitely recommend for viewing the historical park

Beautiful and peaceful place. Clean and quiet. We've been travelling in Thailand for a month and this is one of our favourite places that we've stayed. Lovely staff and a quiet location. I'd recommend renting a bike to go exploring. Wish we'd been able to stay longer!

Hotel limpio y tranquilo.
