Very clean and big rooms. TV had HBO which we enjoyed a little too much 😁 The location is very good, a lot of restaurants and a nice bar is close by. Decent breakfast, enough parking and friendly staff. Would come again!

    - Room is spacious and cozy as you can see from the other reviewers. - Food and drinks are wonderful and tasty. - Location is so convenient that you could easily walk to the walking street. Definitely recommend for someone who is looking for a nice and cozy hotel and a good location in the Sukhothai downtown at a reasonable price πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

What a surprise. Beautifully landscaped garden with pool, airconditioned rooms and cozy breakfast area. Nice western and Thai style breakfast options. Caretakers are obviously proud of their work. Great spot to explore the area and chill by the pool afterwards although the termites finished the pool furniture.

Very nice place, right in the heart of the city, very nice bungalows in a nice garden setting, very quiet. The rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also a very good choice for breakfast. All-round good value for the price. Also a short walk to a couple of bar restaurants and plenty of food stalls. Easy to get to the history park from here, the owner can arrange a trip for you. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly owner, Quite, Clean and cozy. The area is interesting with a nice fresh market in 5 min. Walk. There are nice restaurants and cafes in walking distance. (We tried AJ burger, very good) The breakfast in the hotel is GREAT western and Thai food. Clean and fresh with a variety of thai desserts and fruits.

A (slightly) hidden oasis. Room was fantastic next to a small pool with spa at the ends. Go out for dinner to explore locally but the food at Foresto is better. Also contacts to bike ride tours in the extended family, so there is pride inyou enjoying.

The owner helpfulness in many ways make up the 5 stars review. Hotel is clean and room is very spacious. It's a resort bungalow style with a pool. Breakfast was prepared in both Western & Thai cuisine. Room needs a bit of an update, but overall acceptable. It's close to the bus terminal which was my preference. It's a good 20 min walk. The owner will provide you with directions on how to transfer to & from the old city historical park.

Great hotel with wonderful staff. Location is nice and peaceful. The rooms are amazing, with ours being right next to the pool with a private seating area. Breakfast was good as well. All in all would recommend this place to anyone coming to stay in the area.

We absolutely loved the 3 night's at Foresto Sukhothai. What a fantastic room it is! The owner has done some clever thinking with designing the rooms like this. We stayed here in december and with the AC off it's still not very warm during the day. We booked without breakfast but in the morning when we were going out, he was waiting for us to tell he has a promo that breakfast is now included! Very thoughtfull (thumbs up:-)). We also appreciated the big coach in the room. Unfortunately, by accident, i left the cap of a bottle of musquito repellant on the coach which caused a circle on the material. I noticed the owner about this and his reaction was full of understanding. To the owner: if you read this, sorry again but i love your Guesthouse!

The location is great. Our room was really dark which was quite annoying. They clean each day, give you a new bottle of water. The breakfast was ok,but for, sure it could be better

Cozy guest house and the owner is very helpful, my shuttle was delayed more than 30 minutes, he is more worrying than me, and call the shuttle bus company to push them to pick up me. It’s so warming ! Love this guest house !

We didn't get the chance to stay there because they cancelled the reservation a week before. Since the reservation was for new years eve if was kinda hard to find an alternative place to stay. They didn't say why or send a text whatsoever. Unacceptable behavior

The staff was AMAZING, so I am very sorry to give a poor review. Anyway the place is in not as good as in the pictures. Be aware that the guesthouse is in the new sukothai, there is seriously nothing to do or to see except 2 roads, a bridge, one bar on the road and some old European guy with young local ladies. If you need to go to sukothai, go to the old town (but even there, just the time to rest and visit the historical park)

The rooms are well lit, designed with full frame glass that allows natural lights, good and bad. Good for natural lights and bad for privacy but fear not, full frame curtains are available too. I took the family room that has 2 rooms with two bathrooms plus a living room for a mere of less than Baht2500 per night. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. When arrived offered lots of info of Sukhothai. Good place to consider when you are looking for a night in Sukhothai.

Better value for money as compared to the ones near historical park. Reasonably good for the price they charge
