Centrally located guesthouse with incredibly kind staff and super clean rooms. You are close to the night market of New Sukhothai, 7/11! I rented one modern scooter from the guesthouse and it was a delight to wander the area & reach the historical park. Highly recommend for a quiet peaceful atmosphere☺️

A very easy and clean place to stay with lovely staff and a very nice little dog to welcome you. The breakfast was good, the location made it very easy to hop on a bus to the old town and discover the new town. Make sure you're there a Saturday for a really good night market.

An excellent choice to stay in Sukhothai. Well located centrally near the river with safe parking, lovely, well decorated rooms with excellent shower and toilet room. TV and fridge of course. Very clean throughout. Very comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Great value at B500 per room when we stayed. I would certainly return here.

This place is clean, quiet and comfortable and a great value too. The service is exceptional as well. I left my cell phone charger in the room when I checked out and they shipped it to me the same day. How many places will do that these days?

Really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms clean nice. I really appreciated the possibility of renting scooters. You can also rent bikes. I can only recommend. Excellent food within walking distance.

Mr Toh is such a kind host, the place is in a good location and sparkling clean. They sell cheap beers and a basic but good breakfast is included. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I had to come back to Sukothai. Thank you for the great advices and help.

A nice and clean place with super helpful owners and staff. The location is convenient, you can rent bikes or motorbikes to travel outside the city.

Very good, clean and cheap guesthouse in Sukhothai. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The guesthouse is situated in a narrow street near the main street. You can quickly go to several restaurants, bars and shops. Cross the bridge and you will find the night market and the center of the new town of Sukhothai. The guesthouse has a parking area. You can rent motorbikes nearby or take the bus to old Sukhothai.

We got a nice time at this place. The swimming pool is expensive compared to previous locations 100 baht per person per day. It was 50 baht at other locations but another city. The lady was super kind since we booked the wrong night, lucky us, they got a free room. We paid 1190 baht for a room with 1 double bed, two buck single beds and a single bed. The room was really simple but for that price ok I'm my opinion. The bathroom is smelling bad and it was tricky to keep the door closed.

Really lovely place, great vibe and the hosts are amazing! The breakfast in the hotel is also really good (and the portions are big - I ordered yoghurt with muesli and fruits and a banana pancake; let's just say it was a battle). I really recommend this place!

Fair and clean guesthouse run by kind and helpful people. A beautiful double room, AC, tv, hot shower, so comfortable King bed, 600 baht, breakfast not included but available. Defects: poor noise isolation, noisy room doors in the aisle are a bit disturbing, Internet isn't the fastest I've ever used... Recommendable.

Great place. We paid 600 bath a night for a double room with aircon and en-suite bathroom. Rooms look exactly like the pictures on the facebook page. Very beautiful. Super Clean place! Everything is in great shape, the owners take good care of the place. The shower has a good flow and the water is hot. Free parking in the back, so if you rent a scooter you can put it in a safe place at night, no worries. There's a fridge in the room, they allowed us to eat our own food for breakfast on the front terrace, and lended us some spoons :) They make the room and put new water bottles everyday. Also the best part for us is that the room is very quiet and after three weeks travelling in laos and Thailand, the beds were simply the BEST we ever had. Felt like heaven and we had 3 good nights of regenerating sleep! Thank you for your service! We'll come back to your guesthouse if we're ever in Sukhothai (Which is GREAT by the way) again ;) PS: Also location is great, very close to saturday night market and every other day there are other streetfood vendors very 100m from the guesthouse door!

We were very pleased with this family-run guesthouse. It has safe off-road parking at the back of the establishment, an open-space dining area perfect for a morning coffee/breakfast/dinner, and professional hosts. The rooms & sheets were clean and they provide shampoo, shower gel, towels and water 👌🏼
