Pleasant stay with kind staff and a very clean saltwater pool. We stayed while things were just barely starting to open back up after COVID so there were very few guests. Not sure what it would be like when things are packed. Note: the local KTV (all night until about 5am the next morning) was noticeable outside, but not in the room with the AC on.

Really great place. Lovely big room, large comfortable bed. Everything is well maintained, clean, and obviously cared for.

nice room with a swimming pool at the resort. Nearby small shops and Cafe for food. 2x 7-eleven around the corner too. Nice American breakfast for the morning Worth the stay !

Nice new hotel with very comfortable rooms with fridge wifi and good aircon, set in a quiet area, excellent and proactive staff, beautiful swimmable pool, scooter rental at market price, close to food night market and the best pizzeria in Northern Thailand. Breakfast available for 120 baht, half a-la-carte pre-order half buffet, with choice of thai or western. They can arrange a reasonably priced transportation to the airport or bus terminal.

Very very nice small hotel/resort,very close to the center of Sukhotai. Nice swimming pool and modern rooms, well worth staying here if visiting Sukhotai. Manager organised the transport to the Historical park and drove us personally to the bus stop when we were leaving. Out of all the places we stayed in Thailand the service was the best here. 10/10, absolutely recommended.

I really liked this hotel. Place is nice, room very comfy and well set, staff is friendly, service is good. The pool is surely a major good point. I do recommend for a stay in Sukhothai.

Amazing boutique hotel in Sukhothai. Great and very helpful staff and reception. Newly refurbished rooms. Great pool for relaxing. Walking distance to main road, but the reception can also call tuk tuk for you (also for Historical Park). I wished we stayed there extra day to relax at the pool it was so nice after madness of Bangkok😊 Delivious breakfast also 😀

Friendly and helpful service all the time. Reception spoke english fluently and gave free shuttle to bus station when I checked out.

The room is clean, you can enter the swimming pool by pushing the door open, the air conditioner is very cold, the lobby waiter is very careful, and there are free biscuits and drinks.

Super nice hotel. New, clean and modern rooms, swimming pool was amazing. Sukhothai is not a busy town but there are few good restaurants on a short walking distance from the hotel. If I could I would give more than five stars to the staff. Great people that were lovely and helpful during my stay. They booked me a tuk tuk to the historical park that left me straight in the bike shop and gave me all the detailed instructions. The girl in the reception had a very good level of English and the communication was pretty easy. Everyone was very polite and welcoming! Thanks again for the great time!

We booked a room with pool entrance and loved it. The room is very clean and beautiful, just like in the pictures. The hotel is still super new, I really hope that the staff will continue to take good care of everything. The pool is a dream, it's not too big, it's salt water, which we really like. The walls in the room are a bit thin and you can hear almost everything, especially the water when someone next to is using the sink. But we didn't think that was a bad thing. Hotel complex is made with a lot of love. You can book breakfast. You can also park almost directly in front of the room. The staff is super friendly. Next time we will definitely come back here.

I really like this hotel. From check-in until check-out, everything was perfect. The entire place was super clean and looked and functioned as though it was brand new. The room was on the 2nd floor and had a large comfy bed, table and chairs, dressing table, fridge and kettle, smart TV with apps, and hot shower. Wish there was a bedside table with a reading lamp. Nice view looking over the swimming pool. The pool was refreshing, and was the cleanest pool I've swam in for quite a long time. Location is set off the main road, about 10 minutes walk. Slight inconvenience but worth it for the quiet sleep. Staff were great. Wish I could have stayed longer.

We had a great stay during our visit. The staff is friendly, and the owner even works on the ground for customers.

Clean and quite with good price. Good location for both own vehicle. By walking would be a bit hard coz no walkway. Bed is ok but pillow isnt comfy.

Very Spacious with Large King Size Bed, Clean n Strong Hot Shower. Value for money, with Selection of Choice Breakfast Set. Walking distance to outside main road for foods places. Highly recommend for Sukhothai City Ruins sightseeing.

Beautiful hotel! the rooms are very clean, spacious, nice and comfortable. The lady who receives you is really friendly and nice.

Clean and big breakfast but hot shower run only 10 min.... after 10 min you have to take a shower cold water...orz

The hotel was a great place to stay for the night the staff was very helpful recommending places to eat and visit for a day tour They also were knowledgeable about the updates on covid such as closed walking street and markets etc. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and spacious. The house rooms had great bathrooms as well and are slightly larger well worth the extra money. The rooms in the 3 story building were similar but no partition on showers so you will get everything wet when you shower and note there are no stairs so carrying the luggage is a bit of a challenge. Overall the place was great for the price and would stay here again. Location is very central so you can walk to many places within 10 to 20 minutes.

Highly recommended! I stayed there 4 nights at the end of may, the location is parfect (depend what are you looking for,but anyway its in the city centre,not near the historical park ) The room is big, clean,and very comfortable. Fast WiFi, frandly staff.

We stayed in the twin house units. It was clean and new with very good quality mattresses, new clean towels , the curtains were thick so kept the room dark in early morning which is bonus. Bathroom and shower was clean and new no smell or … it was a good size bathtub also clean and new , just the problem we had after each shower the whole bathroom was wet because no shower curtain around the shower or glass wall, but there was a door mat which was helpful. Good size fridge and electric kettle with coffee and some glasses and coffee mug was available in the room+couple of water bottles . Convenient outlet placement , dining set inside the room, breakfast was set and preordered the night before about 5-6 options 2 westerns and 3 Thai and served in the room, coffee that came with breakfast wasn’t good. But breakfast was ok. There is a swimming pool available which was clean and nice. There is a coin laundry available in site with washer and dryer. Plenty of carpark, staff are friendly and helpful
