Owner very nice and explained to me the pool has been under maintenance. Overpriced for this type of room 440 Bahts a night. Bed and pillow ok but no fridge, very basic bathroom with toilet roller to block a hole, electric cable not attachedto the ceiling, padlock to close your room? It's may be time for an overhaul. Location ok close to everything but I will Not coming back.

A really terrible experience! Our group booked almost all of the rooms for an event being held at 3pm. We confirmed and paid weeks in advance. The biggest problem is that the rooms were still not ready when we all needed to leave for the event. So most of our group still had no towels or clean rooms by 3pm when we needed to leave. So most were unable to shower before our party. The rooms had obviously not been cleaned in weeks and were pretty shabby anyway. There was weeks of dust and garbage still in the room that smelled so bad it was certainly days or weeks old. The pool is a green slime hole. And what was even worse is the owner was rude about the whole experience as if it was our fault for booking so many rooms. We were charged 1000B for this experience because it was a holiday. I would not recommend anybody stay here.

Not a lot of TLC for the property. The pool probably hasn't been open since pre-covid days. Good location though, OK for a hit & run overnight.

Very nice. Good location (close to city centre) nice swimming pool. Beds could be better but that s SE Asia ;). I guess don t accept the first room you visit as it will not be the best, as everywhere else. Good value for money

Be aware ! When I just arrived to the guest house no one was there to welcome me , after a long wait a fraustrated woman came out looks like she's tired from life and I felt she's doing me a favour that she is even talking to me. I got the room where I couldn't close the door hermetically and the room wasn't clean at all !! Even in the sink I've got some hair of the previous guest !!! Moreover, I gave her some clothes to wash (4 kilo) and she ruined all of my white shirts. Of course she didn't even bother to say that and when I asked her why my white shirts are not white anymore she said it's my problem and I should've told her not to wash my white shirts with colourful clothes. All the general atmosphere there was not good !! I would recommended to run away and never look back !

Old wooden cabins, need maintenance. Property is not connected to main road and you have to walk deserted road with street dogs at 10 pm. People are good. He can rent you a bike or a tooktook drop at bus station.

Rooms were outdated but fine. Ac didn’t work properly. Setting of the hotel was still very beautiful and the owners have been quite nice to us so far

Beautiful and quiet guesthouse close to the main road. You will surely appreciate the swimming pool after cycling around the ruins in a very hot day! They also serve good food and you can get a massage in your bedroom. Very clean and nice staff. Great value for money (300 baht for a basic double room in low season).

Quiet place near everything you need - shops, markets, restaurants etc. Bungalows are very nice for this price level. Pool is cleaned every day. This place is very family friendly my horde (3 kids) enjoyed this place very much - shade, pool, lot of birds like sparrow which are not so common anymore in our country. I am giving five stars because they provided me thai massage that unblocked my pinched nerve in the neck. They diagnose the problem and provided excellent treatment.

Clean cabin rooms with fans or a/c and the swimming pool was refreshing after Sukhothai. The staff here are very friendly and really help their guests. Great place.

Place is okay for the price. Nice pool. Really noisy when you have a room close to the reception. Beds were extremely hard.

Nice rooms, with great pool and pretty good location, easily walkable from bus station if you find the secret mud path that the tuk tuk drivers don't want you to know about. Only downside was the rather rude/disinterested staff

Dear 4T Unfriendly owner I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share a recent experience I had during my stay at your guesthouse. Unfortunately, I encountered a situation that left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. Upon check-in, I, along with my girlfriend, provided our identification as per the usual procedure. It seemed that the owner's attitude towards us took a sudden shift, possibly due to us being non-Thai. Despite this initial discomfort, we were eventually allowed to proceed. However, later in the evening, at approximately 7:30 pm, an incident occurred that deeply upset us. While engaged in conversation, the guesthouse owner unexpectedly approached us and reprimanded us for speaking loudly. His reasoning behind this sudden outburst was that there were foreign guests staying in a nearby room. It was disheartening to witness such discrimination and be subjected to unwarranted restrictions simply because of our nationalities. I strongly believe that every guest deserves equal treatment and respect, regardless of their background. Discrimination of any form goes against the values of inclusivity and hospitality that should be upheld within any accommodation establishment. I kindly request that you address this matter appropriately and take necessary actions to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future. It is important to ensure that all guests, regardless of their nationalities, feel welcomed and comfortable during their stay at your guesthouse. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope that you will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation and create a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all guests. Sincerely, David
