Three or four star? The environment is nice, bungalows around a garden. Because of vegetation, mosquitoes at sunset. The rooms are small but there is a pleasant balcony in front of them. WiFi is fine. Too expensive for what it is. The manager and staff are very friendly but they push you too much to take additional breakfast. No view at all on the nearby river, there is a wall to hide it.

Cozy little bungalows near the river and main street. The owner Jim is a lovely lady with good english. She woke up for us in the middle of the night when we arrived from bangkok. The breakfast in the house is very good and reasonably priced. Overall it was a great stay in sukhothai.

Nice place, very cute handmade bungalows, nice people, bit of noise at times, bed a bit hard and noisy but clean. Breakfast was good, also other meals available

Very good guesthouse. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They also cook very good dishes and make great breakfast. The lodge is very clean and the bed is nice.

Clean and quaint Lovely quiet gueshouse. Comfy beds in their little cottages. Very helpful and friendly staff. Only improvement needed would possibly be a bar fridge in the room.

I have been to 60 countries worldwide but this Guesthouse was one of the very best I ever been. The host family is super friendly, the bungalows are very nice and prices are more than fair. I can recommend to stay there.

We only spend 2 nights in a bungalow. The prices are good, the place was calm, but the air conditioner couldn’t do anything agains the poor wood house isolation. We couldn’t bear the heat inside with the air conditioning at 16o. It was like we only had a fan. I think that the wood house have many openings and the heat comes inside. The old air conditioner can’t beat it. May 2023 heat wave. The people working there are nice.
