We arrived early morning to Sukhotai by night bus without any advance bookings of accommodation. We have randomly chosen this place (and how lucky we got!) as one of the nearest on Google map from the bus drop-off, called the owner lady and were welcomed to see the room and check-in same time. The rooms at this homestay are superb and are upto 3 star hotel level: enormous size, spotlessly clean, super comfy, lots of place for luggage and hang-out areas, huge shower space, wonderful AC, big fridge, fast WI-FI and more. But the gem of this visit was the owner lady herself - unfortunately forgot to ask her name! My husband got seriously sick while we were on bus ahead of arrival and was in need of medical attention. The owner lady immediately suggested her help to transport him to the Sukhotai Hospital, she drove us in her truck, helped with admission and translation to doctors and spent few hours in hospital with us to ensure my husband got all needed treatment. Everyday later on she cooked special homely breakfast for us to ensure my husband would get better soon. We stayed here 6 days and this was a such a great place to recuperate physically and mentally. Definitely recommending!***** Be aware, there is no reception at this place with all the informational sources and services at any time you would like. So, it will be a good idea to have a local sim-card and stay in touch with the owner on mobile (she responds immediately).

Absolutely wonderful room, breakfast, and location and our host Usa was super nice. About a 5 minute walk to 7-11, coffee, and the market. About a 10 minute walk to Wat Mahathat and bike rental. Highlight for me was the patio with plenty of greenery between rooms where we ate breakfast and had coffee and relaxed after walking around Old Sukhothai.

This place is hidden behind the main street of old Sukhothai it's quite surprising once you are in your room as the the design is a mix of contemporary (polished concrete) classic Thai (dark wood furniture). The room is of a good size and the layout is clean and appealing. There seems to be at least three of these and I must say it's one of the better places I have stayed in especially if you are not keen on hotels. Birds chirping is a bonus.

Very spacious and clean rooms, with helpful owners. Rooms are surrounded by a garden. Definitely recommended! We only stayed for one night because we extended our stay in Sukhothai by one day, and our original hotel was full.

We loved staying here. Usa (the owner/host) was so kind and helpful—she organized transportation to and from the bus stations and brought us breakfast each morning.

Very kind and helpful staff. :) They served us nice breakfast that was included. They also had bikes ready for us at no additional cost - we used them daily - not just for wats exploration. The lady also drove us to the bus station when we were about to catch a bus to Chiang Mai. Rooms were clean, modern and spacious. New water bottles added to our rooms each day. If we are in Sukhothai in the future, we will stay here again. Thanks so much for everything! 🙏

We originally booked this as struggled to find something under £20 in old Sukhothai but we were blown away! We definitely wanted to stay in the old city as only had a morning to see the historical site. This place was perfect just down the road from the central zone 5min walk along a cool road lined with art from local artists. This walk also brought you out to a wat which was lit up overnight and was amazing! The room was huge, air con was crisp and the shower the was strong and the bed was large. We also had breakfast included which was fried rice and delicious cooked fresh, the owner was so lovely and helpful she even gave us some bananas for our bus journey to Chiang Mai! Cannot recommend it enough!

Room are spotless, bathroom spacious, comfortable. The owner really cares about my needs, being extremely helpful. I got 2 day extrordinary pleasant time spend in Sukhothai.
