This is a very cute family-owned resort. The hosts are friendly and helpful. We raced the Sukhothai Marathon and returned to the resort with fresh fruit and hot tea waiting for us on our deck. The rooms are very clean and well decorated, and the resort is surrounded by beautiful trees flowers and water features. I wish I could stay longer! Will be coming back!

Lovely place run by a family, nice wooden houses, each at a little lake, nice garden, many nice details. Hosts are great and helpful, breakfast is amazing if you like sweet breakfast. You can rent bikes (unfortunatelly very old and only for tiny people) or walk to the old city part (about 20 minutes).

A lovely and welcoming accommodation, perfectly located for exploring the Historical Park. Rooms are comfortable and quiet, surrounded by nature. Bikes are available which are ideal for venturing out. Additionally breakfast is provided on a morning.

Perfect place to base yourself as it's part of the historical park,it's friendly traditional style place,with rustic lovely cabins set round lotus ponds ,really peaceful oozing character and a friendly helpful Thai family running it .The room was cozy , breakfast on the cabin veranda was really nice ,the resort has bikes but we hired a scooter and explored,perfect stay ,thank you 🙏🏽

We enjoyed our stay so much, the house was so unique and close to nature The owner showed us the whole place and we loved it It is also right next to the historical park

This place is like paradise with the most welcoming happy hosts! I wish I stayed there longer. The room was perfect, built with recycled materials by the owners. Location couldn't be better, 5mins cycle to the central historic park gate. Breakfast and 2 new thai words every morning. We totally recommend :)

Had the best of times there. The hosts are so welcoming and ever reafy yo help. Giving tips abt what to do and where to go. The rooms were very clean and comfy. Just a bit small but that was not a problem at all for us. Absokutely loved our time there

Sukhothai City Resort was one of the gems during our 3 weeks trip in Thailand. It is in an amazing location a few kilometers away from the Historical Park and the main road with restaurants and street food. The host of the resort is the most sweet and warm person. She helped us with our transportation from the train station upon arrival, also with renting motorbikes and with our tickets to Chiang Mai. Her breakfast in the morning was the best surprise with fresh fruits from her garden her happy smile and other goods. By booking this accommodation you will get the whole Thai vibe to the fullest, definitely we will come back ❤️

Charming resort with lovely garden and great location (near Sukhothai Historical Park). Room was a little small but I like the big bed and big refrigerator. Bed was also very soft and comfortable. Owner was very hospitable and helpful.

The most valuable price with 5 stars services! Breathtaking morning and Sunset view right at the property. The owner is the sweetest very kind and most caring. The breakfast is beyond EXCELLENT you will experience a real local Thai breakfast and gorgeous fresh fruits. We definitely recommend and we will definitely come back for a long stay for our next vacation.

These people are the sweetest i’ve ever met and just for that reason honnestly it is so worth it in my opinion to stay here. The owners were so nice, we needed to buy bus tickets to go to the next city and she called and went to buy them on her scooter for us. When came the time to go take the bus, her husband offered us a lift in his truck. He was the first Thai to actually use google translate to try and connect with us and he was telling us many facts about his garden and the species that lived in it. Awesome people that made our stay so nice. You also have a bike to use if you want to go in the city and tour all the ruins and it was very practicle because it is quite far if you would only walk so they came in very handy. We also had a breakfast with fresh garden fruit and pastries waiting for us at 8am each day served with tea and coffee (or hot cocoa) and it was sooo good. I couldn’t recommend this place more!!
