I have no complaints. My room was small but clean, comfy and nicely decorated. The bathroom was extra large which made the room feel bigger. The staff was friendly and helpful. You have to walk a little ways to use the pool but it's worth it. It's clean with a nice design and shaded hang out spots. There are changing rooms there. They offer bike rentals @ 50B/24 hrs. No restaurant on site but they provide recommendations.

Very friendly staff, warm welcome. Peace and quiet location. Bike rental recommended so you can see and enjoy the neighbourhood. Cabins are spacious and well maintained

Decent resort in Sukhothai for all type of travelers from solo to family type… they have different room options with breakfast at reasonable rate… Sukhothai historical park is just 1km away… friendly staff with good ambiance… room facilities are limited but worth for the price per night… highly recommended

This place is lit! You stay in bungalow houses with very comfy beds. Early in the morning, you can hear the birds tweeting and it is such a good sound to the ear. My friend, my son, and I will stay here until Tuesday :-) By the way, the staff is very polite and accommodating.

Nice room, quiet, clean and comfortable. No safe in the room, but there was a kettle. The rooms seem to be spread over a number of blocks of what looks like a residential neighborhood. Breakfast was around the corner from my room and was fine, not spectacular, with a number of eastern and western choices. The bicycles they rent out are quite inexpensive and it's only about a km or two to Sukhothai Historical Park, but the bikes are all the same and did not work for me: the seat didn't go high enough (I'm about 5'7" or 170cm) and the handlebars were too low, so I had to bend far forward. The wheels were small and the bikes had no shift, so it was hard to pedal. I ended up renting one from the shop right across from the historical park entrance for 30 bahts for the day: much better!

Very warm and professional welcome from the staff throughout our stay. The decoration is beautiful at the reception and other areas. Our room was big enough, the AC worked perfectly as the shower, kettle etc. The bed was super comfy and it was agreeable having a desk to work on if needed. The breakfast was nice and filling. You have various options between Thai and European food. The eggs are cooked at your demand and brought to your table. Would come back with pleasure!

We stayed here for 3 nights as a family of four. This was our favourite accommodation from our Thailand trip. The separate bungalow style rooms feel more homely than a standard hotel room. The included breakfast was perfect and made it the most valuable place of our stay. Staff were friendly, pool was nice and we walked into the town everyday.

Very warm and welcoming staff - receptionist guy is world-class! Clean room and bedsheets Nice and clean pool 50m away Good breakfast with delicious red curry and eggs served as you wish Breakfast box if you leave early Bikes They really cant do more to make you feel better. Massage could be more professional though. You can use their options of transfer to shrines or airport but it is possible to find cheaper transfer. I wish I could spend more time there.

I was pleasantly surprised by the first steps into the accommodation. The welcoming staff spoke with such soothing tones, providing a warm and inviting reception. The place is charming, endearing, with clean rooms and pristine bedding. The bathroom is spotless. The breakfast is good, clean, and satisfying. I highly recommend staying here. The service and staff performance are outstanding. It surpasses many renowned five-star hotels.

Nice Thai style room and all staff were nice and kind. Really good service at this hotel. Breakfast was great for me and family. It was not much selection but they had all you want.

We stayed here with our family of 5 (3 kids), excellent spot to explore Sukhothai from. The rooms were great, we had 2 chalets. Wonderful staff, perfect English, in fact potentially the most perfect English we encountered in Thailand so far. The pool was great for escaping from the heat. We hired bikes to explore the Wats, their bikes are good but probably not suitable for above 5'10". Two of us are over 6', we managed but only just. I'd advise hiring a bike elsewhere if you are tall, it's only a 10 minute walk into the town.

Very nice, beautiful style, friendly and professional staff. Location is very good just a few minutes of bike ride from key places. Bike rental available, good bikes and easy. Only one down side, the room in the main building was a bit noisy as sound proof with other rooms wasn't very strong. Will try the bungalow next time! And Would definitely go back!

The stuff was super friendly and explained everything. The room was spot clean and very nice. You can hear neighbours sometimes but that was not an issue. Also the surrounding sound were super. The breakfast was served at a nearby building and had many choices. You do need a bicycle to get to the Historical city which you can rent at the hotel for 50 baht , it was worth it. Overall super happy

Excellent hotel! The customer service was like a 5 star hotel to be honest. The breakfast buffet is pretty good, lots of western and thai options as well as papaya and pineapple. They have like 50 bicycles you can rent out for 50baht for 24 hours. A short bike ride to restaurants, 7-11, and the UNESCO world heritage Sukhothai Historical Park. The bungalow was huge really enjoyed it, very clean no bugs. Also they said you can check in later than 9pm as there is someone to show you the room. And checking out early you can leave the key in the room and lock the door. Overall recommend and would go back if visiting Sukhothai agajn.

Can’t say enough great things about this place. I was bummed initially about the nearby higher class resort not being available, but I am glad that I got to experience this boutique property. As everyone else mentioned, the staff here are fantastic but a particular shoutout to Yim whose impeccable English, professionalism with such graceful warmth made the entire stay with numerous bookings of many kinds go flawless. As an ex hotelier, I believe I have a fairly high standard. The room, while not spacious, is well laid out with nice Thai style decorations for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was extensive from American to Thai, beautifully presented to satisfy any breakfast snobs out there myself included ;), and delicious! And for early departure to the airport, they provide a freshly cooked (and yes, complete with banana leaf decoration) breakfast to go. Sukhothai is beautiful. If you are debating, I highly recommend that you go for it. Early morning and sunset visit to the ruins will make a highlight of your trip!

This place is a hidden gem. Our stay was beyond expectations. Very clean room and bathroom, extremely comfortable bed and responsive staff. We came at 11:00 pm and security man politely gave us the key and helped to find a room.

Small yet beautiful resort in Sukhothai. The staffs are very kind and polite. Isolated pool is the best. They provide complimentary breakfast and free on premise parking for all the guests. They also give you Sukhothai map with historical places which will be easy for you to navigate and explore. I vote for this resort.

Nice hotel, very clean, nice staffs. Breakfast is also nice. You can choose your breakfast everyday. For western breakfast, they have omlet, scramble egg, fried egg with ham, sausage and salad. For Thai breakfast, they have porridge and fried rice. For buffet line, they have tea, coffee, fruit, yogurt and cereals. Not too far from historical park. You can walk or cycle there

a beautiful Thai house in a quiet area, comfortable, stylishly furnished rooms, extremely friendly and courteous staff, a rich breakfast and a pleasant pool to relax. the accommodation is a bit far from the center and the restaurants. Otherwise highly recommended.

I don't know how these good people make a profit, let alone a living The first night we booked a bungalow with breakfast The second night we returned to book a superior room with breakfast The food was plentiful both the thai and western fare The staff were not only very welcoming and helpful, but both mornings as we drove away, staff stood in the path waving us away until we were out of sight They have a salt water pool too There was nothing to complain about Both rooms were under 1000bht It doesn't make sense to me how they make a living? Thank you for making our visit to Sukothai, so special E will be back in the future with our children and will tell everyone about your hotel

The staff, the rooms, the experience are all top notch here at Thai Thai Sukhothai. This was the second time I've stayed here and would recommend it to anyone. They've expanded a lot in the last several years and now have a pool and a second guesthouse. Would be nice if they expanded their breakfast selection just a bit as it can be rather repetitive, but it certainly doesn't put me off wanting to stay here again. Their bikes are super handy for exploring the historical park since the ruins there are quite spread out. Thanks for another great stay Thai Thai 🙂.

Greatest ever Thai authentic creative salad shop. Don't missed the hotpot style stream eggs, one of the best in this kind. Sorry didn't take many pic, mouthwatering while food is serving. Experience yourself!

Hotel itself is nice and a great value imo. Conveniently located close to the Heritage Park. Bicycles available to rent 50 baht for 24 hours. The rooms are basically standalone cottages. Spacious & very clean. Mine had a standalone porch (I believe they all do, but check). The shower did not look like much at first glance but it had plenty of hot water and surprisingly good pressure. I was able to walk to a local restaurant up the street each night (10 minutes) which is my preferred means of transportation so for me that was a plus. Pool was on the small side, and it’s located in kind of an odd spot, but it was clean and I was quite happy it was there at the end of a hot day walking around the park. What made this a five-star rating worthy experience for me was the staff. Miss Som, Miss Nuent, Miss Angkor, & Miss Fern could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. The manager (whose name I do not have) what’s also very kind and does an amazing job. It is an easy place to recommend and certainly where I will stay on my next visit to Sukhothai.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It is very clean, staff are very friendly and speak good English, the rooms are lovely and the pool is really great too. Bikes are available for 50bhat for 24 hours which is a great price. For breakfast you can order from 5 options including egg, rice, soup, sausage, and then at the buffet there is fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast, juice, coffee, all very tasty. Highly recommend this hotel.

An AMAZING small hotel with excellent breakfast and polite staff and much more! My wife and I have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights at the small bungalow which ran us about $29 USD or 1000 Baht. The experience was excellent, the staff was very polite and did everything to make our stay at the highest level. This hotel has a great pool, that is very clean and inviting after a hot day outside, we did spent a lot of time there. Also, bikes are available for renting (50 Baht per day). It was very convenient to get the bike and go bike around. The only issue with the bikes, those bikes are a bit small size, I am 6.0 ft or 182 cm tall and definitely was struggling biking long distances. We did go for 11 mile bike and it was “challenging “ lol. But if you need the bike to go to get some food from Main Street it will be more then enough. This hotel has a lot of birds around it and we went to sleep with birds sounds and woke up with it, very enjoyable experience. Overall, an excellent place to stay and relax:) Highly recommended!

I have stayed two wonderful nights in this hotel, and it was an excellent decision to stayed there! The hotel is beautiful near the old city and surrounded by nature. The room is super comfortable, it has coffee and potable water for free. They have a delicious breakfast, bikes for rent and a lovely swimming pool, which is perfect after a long and hot day. And the most important thing, the staff is super nice, helpful and friendly. Would always recommend this hotel!
