Overall a very nice hotel. Nice layout and grounds and pool were well maintained. Had a bit of a problem with our room AC on the 2nd night (it was too late to get mgmt. to address the problem), which made it very humid in the room. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. Also a nice massage facility on site.

Forget about a good night sleep. There was very loud music till 12 am and again 5am. Management says it was a religious ceremony but I never hear rock n' roll music in a buddist celebration. Management won't do anything about it. If you want to sleep, avoid this area.

Great resort style hotel just 2min away from the Historical Park. Staff were extremely helpful, cheerful and friendly. Restaurant is very very good. Breakfast is nice and the rooms are cozy and well designed. Small pool area, bar and some old temples on the property. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms poor and tacky, room service takes ages and you have to talk cleaners through what to do. Very relaxing lication however I've stayed in other local resorts and would prefer them to this. Bar closes at 10pm and lights out. Even if your still drinking .. Pool is very clean indeed.. Staff friendly ..

We stayed at this hotel in November 2023 for 1 night as part of a packaged tour. The hotel from outside looks nice as it is historical look. Hotel Front Staff - Not very friendly or engaging. even when we went to pay our bill, there was nothing like "Thank you for staying with us and come again". Basically bill was paid, receipt given and out. Surprising for such a touristy place Rooms - OK room and wasn't as clean as expected. Quite tight size wise based on what they have in the room. Since it is in a historical area. the rooms are kind of old fashioned with door stoppers which was unique . Bath is relatively small. We did notice that when we had a shower the water did drip onto floor. Facility outdoors & entertaining - nice decor on the outside and when we went they also had a special where they demonstrated the authentic Thai way of living, cooking and ingredients - that was very nice. Also they had Thai traditional dancing/entertainment at dinner time on a stage outside. Pathway to rooms was well decorated with lanterns Breakfast - We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Nothing extraordinary and actually have had food better prepared and served better at other hotels. Actually this was a let down. even the service at breakfast and dinner was below average and they were not very friendly Overall - OK. Its a shame because when you first enter the hotel, your expectations are raised but the room, service and food was a let down. The management could do so much at this hotel to improve food & service.

Happy about : Location. The hotel is very near historical park and the market. The back entrance leads to another peaceful historical site and wonderful bike path and nice cafe. Hotel decoration and landscape is nicely decorates. Massage service is wonderful and available until 10pm.. which is perfect timing after my baby goes to bed. Breakfast is excellent , delicious Thai menu and western choices. I wish they hv more high chairs for kids though. To be improved : The room is so so a bit dark and not so private, we cant open the shade and people outside at the pool and the front yard and see us. Amenity needs upgrade the shampoo, shower gel and handwash are the same..and it shouldnt be that way. The hair dryer is too small. Amenity are not fully replenished everyday e.g. sanitary bags. Minor detail..but still.

This is a very charming property that leaves little to be desired. The rooms are spacious, clean, well cared for and serene. The grounds are tidy and well designed. Pool is clean and refreshing. The restaurant offers a good selection of primarily Thai dishes, although there are a few western dishes available too. There is an on-site spa offering massages for a slightly higher fee than local establishments but it does offer more luxurious surroundings. The bed was firm but comfortable. Most importantly, service was exceptional (and that includes everyone at the front desk, the restaurant, the spa and the cleaning staff). Recommended.

We stayed one night during our classic tour of Thailand. The hotel is beautiful and rustic, not old fashioned as one review suggested. Beautiful gardens, spacious room. Dinner and breakfast were good. The only thing to mentioned is the window could do with some sound proofing. We heard chanting at 6am probably due a nearby temple ?? However it was ok. In my opinion, one of the most beautiful hotels in Thailand, preserving Thai culture-we went to 5 hotels.

This is an amazing hotel resort. Starting from welcome drink and a brief introduction to the town along with a free map. The hotel design has been done meticulously, from color, furnishing, to lighting and decorations.

They have the absolute friendliest staff you can imagine. The food in the restaurant is good. The historical park in the area is amazing. this is a good value all the way around if you need to relax this is the place to go to. They also have massage staff on site.

Big, beautiful and authentic room with very kind and helpful staff. They could always arrange everything, so we loved them. Also, beautiful garden. The pool was a bit smaller than on the picture, and sometimes the poolbeds were full. The hotel is close to the Historical park. Ashame you can't rent a bicycle from the hotel, but at a 5 min walk there's a bike shop. The food at the hotel restaurant was really expensive compared to the old Sukhothai centre, so we always went out for dinner. But very good experience overall, would definitely book again.

Stayed here in April 2023. Really lovely hotel, the decor is spot on and very island like. The pool is a great touch. The rooms/bungalows are spacious, and the breakfast is OK. The only negatives I can think of is the mosquitoes which cannot be avoided due to the river, and the mattresses are very hard.

Checked in 11 June for 1 night. What wonderful choice. Staff are wonderful and facilities are traditional Thai look. As a bonus the resort backs onto one of the historical sites which I can view from my back patio. Every clean and safe. Very happy.

Hotel is located in historical area. There are many attractions around the hotels and also traditional activities for tourists e.g. Thai cooking. Spa is good with reasonable price. Staff have good service mind. Food is nice and not expensive.

The hotel is right next to a heritage park and its design makes you feel like you are back in the ancient time. The restaurant inside served some really good food for dinner (especially the steamed fish), but the breakfast quality was just okay. One area they should improve is the mattress and blanket, which has a weird smell and looks worn out.

Hotel and rooms are very beautiful and clean. Just 1 km from the old town. Restaurant employees can neither English nor mathematics. But they are very nice and helpful. Pool is small but that's enough. Unfortunately only 8 sun loungers in the sun. That's very, very little!

Really nice and quiet place if you are planning to visit the historical park (very close). Beautiful gardens and river going through. Would come back

The hotel has got the typical Sukhothai vibes of old Siam, the rooms are comfy, the area enchanting, breakfast excellent, the staff lovely - BUT: the brochure stating the rooms are with pool view tells a lie. Many rooms just look onto walls and are dark. Curtains need to be closed to not have lookers from the narrow corridors outside, and when I complained about that, I neither got an apology nor any help to move my things to a room that was according to the description on the booking platform.

Nice cozy standard hotel decorating traditional Sukhothai style. Lots of big tree, big swimming pool, big garden area. Close to Change Lom temple. Free bicycle. Biking around the hotel was peaceful.

Great location to visit the Sukhothai historical park next door. Local food at the hotel was very good. Hotel package came with breakfast and car parking. Value for money.

We stayed in Deluxe room. Room are big, nice and clean. Our balcony is next to Sukhothai historical site, so you could see the ancient ruins from your windows!!! Staffs are also very nice. Breakfast was okay but dinner at Namkhang restaurant are great.

The restaurant belongs to a hotel but you can also eat here when you’re not a hotel guest. The food looks fresh and clean and is served at a steaming hot temperature - as it should be. It’s a bit pricey. It is also possible to get a vegetarian version of your dish if you don’t like meat. It’s comfortable to sit there and enjoy the green view and the river. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed staying here thanks to very nice atmosphere and warm service. In the room, some amenities are provided and showers supply hot water. The morning buffet has Thais and Western dishes. I recommend this hotel for the stay in Sukhothai

The incredibly friendly staff make this hotel. They were welcoming. They were knowledgeable. They were excellent. The receptionist deserves a medal. Saw her being spoken to like dirt by a French man which she managed with incredible grace. The rooms were large. In need of a dust but mostly clean and fully stocked and if you require anything the staff will be on hand to assist. Some rooms have a view of one of the ruined Wat which is just behind the hotel, but this is not all of the rooms and sadly all we could see were bins. The Wi-Fi in the room was sketchy it only really worked when you were near reception. The hotel is the best in Sukhothai. This is a resort area not a city/town which won’t provide much for the average tourist unless all they want is to lie by a pool all day. Sukhothai Historical Park is a short walk away. Or an even shorter tuktuk. The park can be explored in a day. The local area doesn’t provide much. No nightlife. 3/4 restaurants. Everything closes early including the hotel on-site bar/restaurant. Restaurants and bars in the area take last orders at around 9.30pm. Everything closed 10pm. Lots of European tourists and coach parties so everyone was in their rooms sleeping at 10.15pm.

Nice resort! Clean nice rooms(small bungalows), the best possible location if you want to be close to the old town, it's around 10 minutes on foot. If you rent a motor bike is better. The pool and the surroundings were perfect Its restaurant is very good too. All the stuff is very friendly and nice. It's a really good hotel.i recommend it of course.
