One of the best hotels I've stayed ever, starting from staff reception, all smile and welcoming, the luxury of the hotel and rooms, the swimming pool was warm even it was cold outside, and so clean, the breakfast is amazing, also they have a free valet parking, so u don't need to worry where to park you car, so can't complain of anything, good luck

We went for the buffet on Thursday, and it was really good. I liked the chicken and fish. The appetizers were good too. I liked the sweets a lot, and they added more later. They had grill items, but it took forever to make that we were already full and didn't try. The singers made it fun as well. My only complaint is the people who smoke around you, they should separate smokers.

Amazing stay, the staff were incredibly helpful and nice, the breakfast was as tasty as it gets for a 5 star hotel, I didn't try the swimming pool but it looked clean and it was crowded. The prices for the cafe inside were normal and the coffee was tasty. The rooms were large and lovely. I highly recommend it.

Titanic has a very nice decor that looks like the actual titanic but that’s just the outside. The inside is very nice with all the decors being beautiful. The rooms are very nice decorated and very nice handled. The service was good as well because they were nice. I love the location because it’s just very beautiful and I gotta say it’s an amazing hotel and spa and it will cover ALL your needs so you should come visit.

Nice 7 days spent with my family every thing is good and I suggest the hotel for my friends to try it during their next trip to sulaimani. But I suggest to offer cheaper option for big family such a quadruple room .

The hotel was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable.

You can enjoy fabulous views here , elegant decorations, but food is not fresh and dirty smelling corridors, toilets , and halls . Far from city centre and limited options for markets or shops. Close to a nice funfair. I'd add that toilets are so weird because both men and women toilets are in one room that has the same door and I find that very inappropriate and annoying

The hotel is very clean, located in a really great place for a family visit. Right next to the hotel is the biggest amusement park in Sulaimanyah which is called Chaviland. Also, behind the hotel is Azmer mountain where you can go by car or take the cable car to have a magnificent view over the city. The breakfast buffet is really good and there is a bunch of food and drink collections. The hotel has facilities like a gym, pools and spa. Another story is the staff, from the reception to all the workers in the hotel, all of them greet you with a wonderful smile and make your stay joyful and relaxing. I really recommend the place and definitely would stay here again.

Very good hotel, perfect facilities in quite location and comfortable stay. Food is so delicious, good spa services. It's the second option in suly for such budget.

The room is very big and clean, and the staff are very friendly. In addition, the breakfast was very good with a variety of food. I really recommend it either for work or leasure.

I recently visited this pool and had an amazing experience. The water was clean and clear, the temperature was perfect, and the amenities were top-notch. The pool area was well-maintained and had plenty of seating and umbrellas for shade. The staff were also friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the poolside bar and the variety of activities offered. I would highly recommend this pool to anyone looking for a great swimming and relaxation experience.

We called them for lunch before one week that i have graduation seminar at saturday Also in saturday i called them twice to ensure they deserve good and new food to my teachers. But when we reached there they said sorry, today we don’t have buffets for lunch.

Great service, nice breakfast meals and lovely view of the mountains and the city, its location for sure makes it special. the Hotel's interior is very elegant and cozy, nice atmosphere for all ages. the experience totally worth it.

The room i was in was exceptional we loved it, the best thing we saw in sulaymaniah was Lesommet restaurant that has a tasteful seafood we ever ate. I will definitely recommend it the view and decorating inside was relaxing.

Stayed here in October 2021 and was very impressed, however last night we had a 1 nights stay in a double delux room. The room was far from a 5 star rating, hairdryer didn't work, had missing coffee/tea, missing bathroom toiletries, the shower/bath area wasn't particularly very clean, lots of build up yellow marks/corrosion on pipes and tiles, soap build up on glass, and only half a toilet roll in the bathroom. The worst of all was the heating in the bedroom, it was extremely hot. We called to reception and they send someone to check it out, was told nothing could be done as it was on a central system, we had no sleep due to the sound of the air flow and the heat. We had to sleep with the window open allowing all the noise to come through which was nit ideal as we booked the hotel to rest and expected better from a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was really nice, good selection. We complained at reception this morning and no compensation was issued only a sorry which wasn't good enough. Also when we checked in the women on reception questioned if our $100 Bill was real or not, which I was highly offended by..also online it was $82 and they charged us $90. Overall the hotel is beautiful and could be fantastic however due to the lack of detail and attention to certain things and some staff attitudes it let's itself down which leads me to say I will not be recommending or staying again sadly.

Hotel is good and food is good but the hotel staffs behaviour is very bad... they behaviour is on the person's appearance why ... you should treat everyone as same.. specially spa's staff wow they insults me and my friends we can't even afford the package... if the staff humiliates me no problem but one of my friend who one of the best surgeon in this sulemaiyah that I felt bad she said to him do you even what is the meaning of spa..?

Attention customer needs to know ahead of time let them before they come and changer extra !!! Bad service 3% extra for using card at first he said 30% after getting mad i asked why 30% and almost cancelled my booking he said oh sorry its only 3% not 30% Extra $20 changer for any person even if take a bigger room Far from the city 40 mint drive away from the downtown where all the activities

Great view, especially on the bar, Service is extremely high. The only thing I didn't like is the elevators they should be faster and more efficient. Highly recommended! their price equal value

Excellent service and breakfast. The rooms are very big and comfortable.

We paid $120 per night for queen and twin bed for family of five. Room was nice and clean. Amenities were at a Western standard. Breakfast buffet was free with room and expansive with about 10 hot dishes and 20+ cold items plus bread, honey, etc. There are three pools plus a Kiddie pool and hot tub and sauna. We used two pools and the Kiddie pool. You have to ask for the pool schedule because there are some times for men only and some times for families.

I have been to Titanic 2 time in the last 10 days the live music was great but I got really sick both time after I went home the food is not hygienicly clean both time I have been really sick. I don't recommend my family go there again.

Definitely not a 5* hotel, had a very uncomfortable stay last night, room was absolutely boiling hot, staff could not help us cool the room down. Room not the cleanest and missing items such as tea and coffee, half a toilet roll was left and shower area was not particularly clean, lots of corrosion on taps/pipes etc. Will not be returning sadly.

Being there in December and not having hot water in the shower made it seem like anything other than a five-star hotel! The water wasn't hot enough even after three or four calls to the service staff!
