food was hot and was served quick! 100% recommend this spot

$22.00 for 4 classic RB sandwiches? Then I request Arby sauce...they gave me BBQ sauce...Awful stuff on fake Roast Beef. As soon as I paid the lady at the checkout she totally froze me out to get anything else. I honestly believe she has a prejudice towards old white folks...Oh well, I might as well give in. But please try and be kinder and more accommodating.

We got to the drive thru close to midnight on 11-30 I told the woman I was glad they were open bc ashley Phosphate wasn't. She was so nice, and said they should have been open she would look into it. Idk her name but plz keep her at this one.

Service seemed to be lacking, as only 1 person seemed to be working. And I waited a pretty long time, and I ordered to dine in. I did not get a receipt so I cannot stop the survey on the qr code at the table. The floor in the dining area is so disgusting, and needs to be replaced, with either tile or something else that's not carpet. Disgusting. The flies/fruit flies .. the men's restroom, someone smoked cigarettes in there and they didn't wash their hands, as there was NO soap in the men's restroom. Two employees seemed to step outside to smoke while we ate and no one was at the counter. I feel nauseated as I write this, and when looking for the food grade, there is none! See photos. The food and service was great. I had the greek gyro wrap with curly fries. I had mozzarella sticks as a side.

It has been years since I last visited Arby's, and this was my first time at this particular location. The mozzarella sticks were warm, crunchy, and cheesy, and the chicken slider was also warm and crunchy. My order was correct. Well done, Arby's, well done.

This was an amazing visit. Food was HOT, and our meal was ready before we got our sauces, drinks, etc. I figured the fries would be warm at best, but I was wrong. Great food and amazing service. Thanks!

Once upon a time, the Arby's chain was a cut above the other fast food joints. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case. Most of the locations (particularly this one) are now looking for ways to cut costs. Instead of shutting down at a decent hour and saving money on unnecessary payroll, they've decided to cut their staff in half and double the work load on the ones left to man the store. The end result is longer lines, longer waits, stressed employees with bad attitudes, a sharp decline in the quality of the food & a sharp increase in prices. If I ever wait nearly 40 minutes and pay $35 dollars for 2 meals again, it won't be from this location. Guaranteed. PS - there was only one elderly couple in the dining room, and 2 cars in the drive-thru ... so there's no excuse for this kind of incompetence.

I live not far from this one and go here every now and then. I don't go out to places as often as I used to cause it's no fun by myself and don't do much fast food at all. That being said, anytime I go to this Arby's they're pretty consistent on service, cleanliness and quality. I just went there with my father and the line for the drive thru was backed up so far we just did find a spot to park without having to wait on the line to move up. I feel like that in itself speaks for this location.

I was really hungry, just picked up my beautiful little grand from daycare. A babysitting night. I ordered what seemed to be a delicious looking fish sandwich, I was totally surprised when I got to the house. Both buns were burnt. I called them back, they did say, "Bring it back. Well, it's too cold to be bringing my grand baby back out. No dinner last night. I was disappointed. Look at what you give your customers. If you wouldn't eat it, they won't eat it.

I never go to fast food joints due to the lack of customer service but I’m glad I stopped today. That was the most pleasant visit I’ve ever had a a fast food place. I wish I would have gotten the women’s name. She made my day.

It's my go to spot for quick food. This location has not let me down yet.

Complete trash! Did not get what I ordered and they don't give a crap. Called the driver and the store and now I have to go to the store to get my food? What bullshit! Don't order here they don't give a shit!

Floors were nasty in the back . No one was at the front when I arrived.. the person that finally came up she worked in the back .. the other person was walking around with his pants around 5 inches lower than they should have been.. underwear showing .. could not tell if he worked there or was a customer.. but he did work there.. never said a word to me the whole time I was standing there .. very inappropriate behavior.. I assume there are no dress code for Arby’s employees.. the food is always good when I go there .. this took place at the Arby’s on Trolley Rd in Summerville..

Due to food allergies, I had to make modifications to my order. They got it right THE FIRSTTIME! I'm so accustomed to sending food back at various restaurants so this was an awesome experience.

Do NOT give this location your money. More than once they’ve messed up my order, completely leaving out things I paid for. Food was overcooked. My assumption is they’re in a rush to have good numbers, well this was my last time.

First time back at arbys in at least 10 years, the menu has definitely expanded. Everything that I've tried was very good. Staff are very nice. Definitely a slower store for some reason. Everything seemed to be clean from ebay i could see. I would definitely recommend this location. My favorite entree so far has been the rueben sandwich

I just got home to find half my order missing. This is not the first time it's happened. This location just lost a regular customer.
