After
a
very
long
day
went
to
zaxby's
for
dinner.
I
drive-through
too
tired
to
go
in
got
home.
Was
not
my
order?
Or
my
family's
order
the
order
was
wrong
compleadly
very
Disappointed
I
called
explain
to
the
manager
she
told
me
to
bring
it
back,
I
explained
to
her
that
I
was
already
home
And
I
was
not
going
back
out
after
the
day
that
I've
had,
And
did
not
know
if
I
could
make
it
back
this
week.
Had
my
receipt.
It
was
on
the
receipt
I
told
her
what
I
received
and
this
manager
told
me
to
keep
the
food
to
whenever
I
get
back
and
then
they
would
restore.
My
order
not
my
money.
Or
my
food
unless
I
brought
this
food
back
even
though
I
told
her
it
may
be
a
week
before
I
could
get
back.
This
was
a
lot
of
food
and
I'm
supposed
to
keep
the
wrong
order
but
I've
never
heard
such.
I
felt
that
the
manager
was
short
and
totally
unprofessional.
So
I
can
only
understand
now
why
my
order
was
wrong!
It's
a
direct
reflection
of
leadership!
This
store
at
least
has
lost
2
different
large
families
of
customers.
This
could
have
been
handled
in
a
total
different
way
without
an
attitude
and
an
Explanation..
I
could
simply
took
a
picture
of
the
food
showing
that
it
was
wrong.
The
picture
would
have
Shown
the
date.
It
would
have
coincided
with
the
receipt
,not
to
keep
food
in
my
refrigerator
for
her
to
throw
away
a
week
later,or
Serve
the
next
customer.
I
wouldn't
put
it
past
the
person
I
talk
to
just
for
your
reference.
