Nice fast service. French fries and chicken were hot. Clean inside.

Need to get people who want to work. No reason to close inside. I am in a big truck and was told to order through online or door dash. I am not paying fees to eat at your restaurant. Stop trying to be like the other chicken store. I will go else where

My son wanted to go here because he wanted the kid meal... if consistency is key to making people happy I'm still waiting on the consistency... One time we go we get three chicken fingers in the kids meal next time it's 2 just trying to figure things out.

I work here and I can say this is one of the best jobs I had Mr Tyrus Miss Santa Miss Ann Mr Will ,Miss Takara are the best managers I worked with. Zaxbys is getting ridiculous... the food taste like it sits out all day long. The chicken tenders are hard and nasty. The wings are dry. The fries are hard and taste old also. You never get what you pay for anymore. It's like they charge you extra just to keep your money. The new management needs to retrain employees and need to be trained themselves. I can honestly say I will NEVER order from this restaurant again. You waste money plus they pocket some by charging for things you order and never give you what you paid for. They need to shut this location down

I ordered on mobile app for this store. The app glitched and put at North Charleston without my knowledge. I get to azalea square location and ask about order. I am told its not quite ready. I ask if they did have it. I was told yes. I was REPEATEDLY assured it was getting prepared, running behind, they did it but don't know what happened to it. Just for them to after an hr and half later to THEN look into what was going on and tell me it was at another store. The man who told me this snatches my phone out my hand, steps back where I can't get MY PROPERTY when I show him the order, laughs in my face in front of a crowded area even though numerous employees assured me they had it and we're preparing it.

went and ordered a zaxbys spicy signature club meal. received my meal & it was missing the cheese and bacon on it. i was also rang up for a spicy chicken sandwich meal and not the club. i went back through the drive thru and they told me to pull forward. i got to the window and instead of making me another sandwich; like any other place would, they asked for my sandwich back & sloppily placed the cheese and bacon on it. the girl at the window also accused me of just ordering the spicy chicken sandwich meal but after i showed her the picture of what i wanted which was the club she got an attitude and said okay. won’t be coming back here again.

Ordered SO much food. Chicken, bacon, ranch fries were pitiful! 1 strip of bacon and a tbs of cheese! Did not recieve drink with meals. Did not receive sauces that were requested. Called manager to discuss and she snapped saying that I was wrong because she specifically made my order and she "made sure" that everything was correct. Second time having issues from this location. They will no longer recieve my money.

Just sat in the drive thru for almost half and hour (10 of which it didn’t move at all) before leaving without ordering. The service has gotten drastically slower the last several months and the food has been worse for longer.

The kicken chicken sandwich had no sauce, it was dry. They didn’t even put the zax sauce in the box with the fries either. This place has gone down hill since the Covid 19. Pay attention and actually put some care into your customers if you want to stay open.

All I can say is that, it’s better than the one on Central. Expect one of the workers did have Covid a long time ago and might’ve effected the other workers probably why they shut down for a long time…. Don’t come to work if you’re sick. Take tests in advance. Although great.

The dining area was dirty. The fountain drinks had no carbonation, so only tea to drink( it was good). The food was good, and served quickly

Took Mom here for a kid's meal when we were out shopping... The staff was so nice to her and she loved that her tiny meal (perfect size for an 80 year old woman) came with cookies. Made my day!

Food was great, as always. I made a joke about “Bidenomics” and how he’s a large part of inflation and ruining the country… only one sentence as a joke, in fun. There was an intentional hole poked in the bottom of my water that was obviously caused by a pen or pencil. I even tried to make another hole using my straw and couldn’t. I eat out 5 times a week for the past decade and this has never happened to me. Go figure it was probably a snowflake that got offended. Wow. Really? Even an apology from a manager will not keep me from telling everyone I know about what happened at Zaxby’s. Especially this location. Nice work guys.

It’s alright, I have had ok experiences here. The lines are always long because they are always really busy. The food comes out rushed due to the lines but still good just have had better at other locations. The worst situation I experienced there was they started closing early on customers. The sign said closed at 8 and we pulled in the drive through at 7:30 and they said they were not taking any more customers even though they had just let a car go right before us.

I just wanna say yall have amazing customer service. I'm tired of going places and people are rude. Like nobody told you to work where you are. Everytime I come here everybody is so nice from ordering to drive through and they are super fast I have never had to wait. Yall don't understand how appreciative I am! Thanks so much!

Had no issues until I came home. My daughters chocolate milk was missing from her kids meal and she literally got 11 fries. For $5 per kids meal really? Going up on prices and going down on portions. This is ridiculous! I bought 3 kicked chicken sandwiches and not one of them had ranch on it. Yall need to do better!

Got the new Philly, fried and it was so good! Really good if u add the fries on it and the spicy Zax sauce. Delicious! Carlos my friend and I's cashier was nice!

The food was excellent. No issues. The only suggestion I have is to clean the floors better. The floor area near our table was sticky. I assume it had happened recently so there is no need to complain about it.

Guy on speaker was not friendly at all. Was pretty rude to the old lady in front of me. After you would say an item you want, all you got was just silence. Then finally a "that it" "pull up" no total or repeating order back to make sure he got everything. Pulling up to window, I notice that taking drive thru orders was his only job, he should definitely be doing better.

After a very long day went to zaxby's for dinner. I drive-through too tired to go in got home. Was not my order? Or my family's order the order was wrong compleadly very Disappointed I called explain to the manager she told me to bring it back, I explained to her that I was already home And I was not going back out after the day that I've had, And did not know if I could make it back this week. Had my receipt. It was on the receipt I told her what I received and this manager told me to keep the food to whenever I get back and then they would restore. My order not my money. Or my food unless I brought this food back even though I told her it may be a week before I could get back. This was a lot of food and I'm supposed to keep the wrong order but I've never heard such. I felt that the manager was short and totally unprofessional. So I can only understand now why my order was wrong! It's a direct reflection of leadership! This store at least has lost 2 different large families of customers. This could have been handled in a total different way without an attitude and an Explanation.. I could simply took a picture of the food showing that it was wrong. The picture would have Shown the date. It would have coincided with the receipt ,not to keep food in my refrigerator for her to throw away a week later,or Serve the next customer. I wouldn't put it past the person I talk to just for your reference.

This has never happened out of the many tones I’ve ate from this establishment. Zalad i ordered had old lettuce(brown and not fresh at all) fries were covered in seasoning salt. I mean fully covered and this was for the kids meals at that. One kid drink also has a dead bug around the rim. Im so displeased with the food service provided and I will NEVER eat out after this. This made me sick to my stomach 🤢

Love that the Asian salad is back but I’m keeping a star to myself for the overcooked egg roll. 🥹

Always good from the Azalea zaxbys location. The staff is reasonably friendly and the chicken is good. Checks the boxes for a fast food joint

Not as good as everyone makes it out to be. Sure, the chicken is okay but it's not amazing. Definitely not worth the price which only keeps getting higher for fairly small portions.

Never been my favorite. The food is always a roll of the dice. When it's on it is really good but when it is off it is lack luster for the money. This visit was an off day. I just wanted their seasoned fries, literally 3 of the fries had seasoning. On the upside most people like the food and the drive through was very quick for lunchtime.

Azalea one is BAD! Mixed 3 kinds of wings in one container. Took'em back with a complaint of the mixture. They gave us back the same wings but in separate containers. I got my son's nuclear and suffered. The manager reimbursed the cost of the meal. But me, they need major training so no one suffers what I went thru.

Ordered food for my family. I got a 2oz piece of grilled chicken in my sandwich. I also paid extra for sauces and they failed to even give me the sauces that come with the meal.

start wearing hair nets so my kid doesn’t have to eat y’all’s hair in his food. other than that your cashiers get 5 stars because they’re always polite and well spoken over the speakers Edit to add- Decided to try and eat MY meal with the benefit of the doubt after having to make something else for my son, 3 bites into my sandwich and another hair, same type of hair, was in my sandwich. This is actually disgusting, whoever is shedding like a dog in the kitchen needs to get a haircut. Hairnets should be MANDATORY. I spent over $50 on food not the chefs special on short brown wavy hair.

Still is and will always be my 1st choice spot! House salad is my favorite. This Zaxbys wasn’t anything different than the rest, good food, clean restaurant, some of the evening staff could use help in the customer service department. Other than it it was good
