    This location shows closing hours of 10:30 pm. I ordered online and drove to the drive thru where all of the lights were on and someone on the speaker says they closed at 9:30 pm. I asked them to cancel my online order and they told me they couldn't. I told them they show their hours as 10:30 and are still letting people order online until that time. He said that they are still adjusting the hours and I'd need to call corporate to get my money back. So I called corporate and she said they should be open until 10:00 pm. But she credited my card which takes 3 to 5 business days. And that's it. Nothing for the trouble of driving here and being out the money for 5 days. Extremely bad customer service. And changing your hours online is an easy thing to do. They dropped the ball entirely. I definitely will not be back.

    Incredibly slow service, they prioritize drive through orders over those inside which resulted in a 34 minute wait for 1 coffee. While in the store I witnessed the 2 people infront of me have both of their orders messed up. Will never be returning recommend going to the next closest starbucks

    Should never have to wait over 30 min for a coffee. By the time I got it my food was cold. Young lady doing the food was awesome and fast. The people doing the drinks think that it's social hour joking and having a great time. Will never be back. The other Starbucks in the area have less people and 10 times faster and have better customer service. There are so many other coffee places don't waste your time with this location.

    Starbucks is absolutely out of control! If you want to submit a mobile order a hour ahead of time, get to their store & still wait 30 minutes for your HAVE AT IT! Just like Amazon, their sentiment has become that they are too BIG to be called out for their lack of service for their high priced products.

    Go to the one on Sigma. I come here pretty much every day and that changes moving forward. My usual is simple, double shot & cream. Today I received a lukewarm cup of coffee that tasted days old. I got home, decided to warm it up in the microwave, took the top off after and there was a layer of brown film over the top. Disgusted is the best word to describe how I feel right now.

    Staff here are always super friendly and to the point. Placement of the shop is good too; it's nice to grab a drink before heading into Walmart.

    I made my order this Morninggggg approximately $30. The order was incorrect. I immediately called Starbucks and Ms. Diana answered. Ms. Diana resolved the issue of no whip cream in my order. However, this error should have never happened. That just says to me RUSH RUSH RUSH with no checks and balances.

    Dragons Fruit Refresher...I ordered the drink with substitute of Coconut Milk and less ice, grande. I received a grande sized Dragon Fruit drink without the Coconut Milk and 4 pieces of fruit. It was refreshing, but... Starbucks atmosphere has removed coziness coffee shop culture with almost a mall eatery feel. They are focusing on mobile orders and pick up. Gone are the days of interaction with Baristas. They are busy, understaffed and minimally trained. #SAD

    I usually have a decent experience at this location. However the young lady at the drive through was very rude. I was inquiring about bring clean cups from home to the Starbucks establishment, I think that is very unsanitary for Starbucks to accept what they think is clean cups from someone house. I visited this location at 6:00 1/11/24 will not be returning again. The young lady at the drive through made my experience bad.

    Very lousy experience. Without getting into too much detail, they screwed up my order after I had been waiting a very long time. They made my wife's drink but had my order wrong. I asked about it, the young guy said "I got you" then turned his back and started making someone else's drink (even though the had just filled my wife's order which was on the same ticket as mine). I got frustrated and left without any coffee after paying them 9 bucks.

    Run of the mill Starbucks, nothing spectacular except today one of the employees was doing such an awesome job I had to leave a review. They had a ton of people ordering, they were having trouble with the register and you could tell some patrons were getting impatient. There was a young brunette woman that was keeping track of everything out loud with a fantastic attitude, talking to her fellow employees and communicating very well with the customers. She did not appear to be bothered in the slightest with the stress. She was very impressive, as was the rest of the staff considering the rush. Despite the holdups I was in and out quickly in my opinion.

    Make the drinks wrong consistently. Ask for extra peach juice. No peach added at all. Just green tea. The only starbucks that cant seem to square themselves away.

    Incredibly disappointed. Had to give my order OVER 4 times and the final drink cup wasn’t even filled up. Such a disappointment for the price.

    My summerville starbucks is always so fast and efficient! I always place an order right before I leave my house (I’m about 10 minutes away) and it’s always ready way before I get there! They are always super nice and friendly (which is always so shocking because it’s early in the morning 😴 but props to them!)

    Starbucks offers nothing terribly unique and yet they have consistently increased their prices. At a minimum you would expect good (at least) service and good (again, at least) store enviornment. Yet drinks are constantly incorrect, staff is beyond rude, store is never cleaned up (and DON"T blame staffing storages, that is no excuse for overflowing trash everywhere), the manager is never around. Just a consistently terrible experience.

    The lady that’s always in the drive thru (with the glasses) is very unpleasant and unfriendly. You would think after coming there 40+ times that she’d remember you but she doesn’t. On top of that my order was wrong - I asked for cold foam and she gave me sweet foam. She wasn’t willing to fix it so I took it since she was unapologetic. I worked for Starbucks for two years and the one thing I know is that if the customers order was wrong, fix it and definitely don’t hand it back. I also learned peoples name if I knew they were coming often. The other employees seem very nice except her. Sadly, I will not be coming back to this location.

    Out of all of the Starbucks stores, this one is consistently out of something…. White chocolate mocha, oat milk, etc. And before a corporate response can be made of ‘supply chain’ issues, both of the other local locations have had it available. So either their inventory control needs some attention or they need to begin sharing inventory with the other local stores. Either way, upper management here has not cared too much about the issue since it has been going on for 6-8 months now.

    This place is obviously severely understaffed. It was extremely busy, with the inside and the drive through very backed up. There were over 10 people waiting for their order in the lobby alone. This on a Saturday afternoon. Starbucks really needs to hire more people.

    everytime i order at this location my drink has melted ice and an extreme amount of milk. two times in a row this happened. like my drink was made and just left out. anytime i order hot break it’s cold. such a waste of money, the staff is usually nice though but overall the target starbucks it’s way better than this location

    In my opinion, this is the best Starbucks in the area. The people are very friendly and helpful, and the store has a rather nice setting, despite being tucked in so close to Main St in such a crowded and busy area.

    This used to be the best Starbucks in this area. Now they are perpetually understaffed and on most days you can't get a drink in less than 45 minutes in this store. They never have the mobile ordering turned on so that option is out. So if like me you cannot stand for 45 minutes do yourself a favor and just go to the cane bay store. They always have the mobile ordering on. Shame on this store for turning off that option.

    It's exhausting not being treated like other customers ☹️. Everyone else had their names attached to their orders, but mine was not. My name was not asked at the ordering station by the manager (as the previous customers). I waited and waited and finally had to asked if my order was up. The manager pointed to my order and said "Sorry about that." I always try NOT to be sensitive during situations like this, but the Starbucks' brand has an efficient ordering protocol that should be followed for all customers 🤔. The efficiency and product is what brings me here, not the mistreatment! Can't wait until my usual Starbucks opens back up soon!

    Have been on the drive thru line for 25 minutes. The barista in the window has sat out the window for just about 10 minutes talking to the car infront of the white Toyota. I have NEVER waited this long at a Starbucks drive thru before. If I could give this location 0 stars I absolutely would have but it doesn’t give that option. This location needs to do better…

    Disappointed at the least! I paid $12.87 for this drink. Order it the same way at every Starbucks and the cup is always full. Doesn’t even taste like it has the espresso shots! Seems like more whipped cream than anything! Will never return to this location!!!!!!!
