DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO. My young daughter had a very nasty earache, and with a history of ear infections, we thought we could get it checked out quickly and possibly get an antibiotic if needed. My wife and her waited for 3 hours or so, saw the doc for 5 minutes, and were discharged (no infection, who knows what caused the pain...). I have since been billed twice: $922.19 for the "USACS Community Emergency Services of Colorado", and another $422.33 by Centura Health. That's a total of $1344.52 - which my insurance doesn't cover, because this was "urgent" care rather than an emergency. (Another rant for another day...) I would like to note that this location is named after a Catholic saint, and Centura is apparently a Catholic health company, that espouses Christ in its mission and values. Centura, if you're reading this, you should be horribly ashamed of yourselves. As a Christian myself, price gouging such as this is shameful. For Peter Banko to have made $2,612,162 in 2021 while abusing your patients in this way is in no way glorifying to God.

I was there for an hour and got 2 small stitches. They charged me $4300. $850 after insurance. Absolutely ridiculous gouging pricing. They want ALL of your money. Thieves work here. Edit: I called their number to confirm before they added their same generic comment and they confirmed their deceptive and outrageous pricing. I will be disputing this but the channels they offer here are useless.

DO NOT GO HERE unless you are dying! My son walked in after falling and bumped his head bad. They gave him anti nausea meds, did and ekg, and gave him IV fluids. He was there for 2 hours. Our insurance was billed 16,568.56!!!!!! He walked in and walked out. Waiting for an itemized bill to dispute. For that bill I’d think he had broken several bones and had to be airlifted off mountain. Criminal!!

I got a concussion after falling on the superpipe and was recommended by ski patrol to get checked out at the clinic. I walked in and asked about the billing process before any care was provided and they told me I would receive all information by mail later and not to worry about it. All that happened was they sat me in a patient room to "monitor" my condition for about 30 minutes, and told me I was good to go home and to just rest -- absolutely nothing else. About a month ago I got was sent a bill for $3200. I called the billing line because that didn't seem right and all they told me is that it was a level 3 emergency room visit. I asked what that meant and what services they provided to me and nobody at the billing department was able to provide an explanation. It just seems criminal to bill me $1000 for every 10 minutes I sat in a patient room, staring at a wall, with no medical care... But what do I know Wouldn't recommend going here unless it was a life threatening emergency

They will do everything they can to run up your bill, be careful. They bumped me to a level 4 ER visit when I was perfectly fine.

Flu symptoms so decided on the clinic, a 5’ walk from Center Village at Copper. Excellent experience start to finish.

Sad that we had to be there, but the clinic was great. Super friendly staff even though they were at full capacity. They were very timely with us even though they were super busy. Update on the bill: 4 stitches cost $4,111. 😳 So, bottom line, try to not get hurt at copper, but if you do. You will be taken care of very well at the clinic.

Amazing and friendly staff! Brought my son in there and the front desk was so friendly and the nurse and the doctor had excellent bed side manner. Thank you nurses Steph and Katie and doctors Stone and Weiner!

I received good care and was given a lot of great info from the front desk, since there would be bills from different companies. Maybe this is just how it is without an MRI machine, but I was significantly under-diagnosed - what was said to be a knee sprain ended up being a full ACL and partial meniscus tear. Paid over $2K after insurance just for that. The biggest thing though is that the knee brace they provided retails for $1000. After my ACL/meniscus surgery, I was given a more advanced brace from a different company that only retails for $400? After potentially $thousands in bills that the patient will be responsible for, why only carry braces that are so much more expensive than they need to be?

$3000 for a chest x-ray. This is NOT urgent care. This is an emergency room made to look like an urgent care. Found out they charge 10x what would be charged at a doctors office. It’s not complicated at all, their billing department are incredibly corrupt. I talked with the insurance agent about this. He was shocked as me to find out what they were doing. they are absolutely taking advantage of people and should be ashamed of themselves.

DO NOT GO HERE. If you do, refuse everything that is unnecessary as they will, seemingly knowingly, do everything they can to run up your medical bill without letting you know what contributes to the total price. They will take advantage of you. This entire operation feels like a scam to extort money from people on vacation via excessively high medical bills. With a small foot injury, and I was walking the next day, they billed my insurance $5,000 and charged me another $1,175. If you try to dispute the bill, they will take months just to tell you no. I will never go to a a Centura location again if I can help it, and I urge others to do the same.

Terrible service and their billing process is sneaky and should be illegal. I was neglected in the doctor's office. I even left my door open and caught two nurses who said they'd get the Dr for me. After two hours I finally left and checked myself out. I then got billed a facility fee co-pay and a separate bill for a physician's. It's criminal to be charged a co-pay for someone who popped their head in and asked me the same questions the nurse had just gone over with me. I've had two children, so I've seen my share of doctors, and this was by far the worst experience.

Great staff from check in to nurses to doctor. Place extremely clean. Drove over from Vail due to poor rated options there. Well worth the 30 min drive.

These guys were excellent! They got us right in and fixed my 12-year-old daughter right up! I highly recommend! Very, very pleased!

We were in Colorado for less than 24hrs when my 4 year old started to show worsening signs of altitude sickness. They were super compassionate, fast, and patient with him. They eased his fears and quickly put this mama at ease. It was a quick stay and they sent us home with medicine and oxygen for him. I didn’t have to wait or go other places (pharmacy) for his needs.
