The store is nice, the people are always friendly inside. My wife and I come here often. Since my last review, they've removed the homeless encampment and cleaned up a lot. Of course it's the town and area we live, you gotta keep your eyes open because there's always wanderers. But it's much much better than when I last reviewed.

The most intense selection of art supplies in one store I have ever seen. If you are going there for the first time, and you are am artist blessed with the addiction to create things, give yourself at least two hours to shop there. You will need it.

I want to recognize David at the Olympia, WA store. I asked for the location of clocks and he stopped what he was doing to walk around the corner and point directly to the aisle as he gave me directions. He then later followed up when he saw me to make sure I'd found what I was looking for. He was very nice and courteous and seemed to enjoy being there. Very pleasant and positive experience.

This supposed “christian” store you would assume would have nice charitable people. Instead a few associates I had interactions with was awful. They were rude right of the bat with things instead of trying to ask you about something in a respectful way. It has a nice selection of merchandise but some VERY rude workers. My boyfriend walked in the store with a necklace on his neck and one of the employees instantly assumed it wasn’t his. They were quick to the draw with assuming the worst of people.

If you want some flare for your house and yard or if you just want to collect for the seasons this is the place to go. They also have crafts and some furniture. Pretty much this place has everything you need to bedazzle your lifestyle. You can wander in the aisles for hours.

Great selection of items inside. However be mindful of the homeless that are right next door. Never had a issue with them though.

They have everything for the crafters. And bonus, they have great gift ideas. They cover different themes, Angels, motorcycles,dogs,Bear, lakeside, ocean and gnomes.ect... I LOVE THIS PLACE !! And in Lacey ,my favorite feed store Tractor supply is right next door so it's convenient . Hit two stores in one trip.

BIG kudos to the staff at this Hobby Lobby, especially the cashiers. I have made multiple trips to this store (redecorating my entire house) and have had cartfuls of merchandise, some of it very tedious because they don’t use scanners & hand ring up everything. Everyone is ALWAYS so kind and helpful. I just adore the entire staff. Thanks Hobby Lobby!

So many fun items in the store. Staff are very friendly. Was not planning on buying but I left with goodies. I was only accompanying a friend. I love this store. Many seasonal decorations for the home as well as crafts.

I called looking for paint. Got ahold of Carly (Carlie? Karlie?) over art department. She was so so SO helpful from A to Z when I was stressing looking for certain paint. She then waited for me to get there, (I live 45 min away) and took it upon herself to personally meet with me and point me to exactly what I was needing. Then spent the time to go through each individual item. (I bought a cart full of tiny paint tubes!) And I know she must have had a million other things to do... BUT she spent 1 on 1 time with me and that is soooooo sooooo appreciated!!!!!! I am a Hobby Lobby lifer thanks to this person's dedication to doing an amazing job and caring about her job and her customers to the ever most max extent possible! I have never met another in retail as dedicated!!! I will never forget it!!! Please promote this person to trainer? Store manager? Give a raise 🙌 🙏 something. She is absolutely worth every cent! She acted like Hobby Lobby wasn't "a job". It was her life and her baby and her world! That is a whole new level of dedication and Hobby Lobby is lucky to have such an employee! Huge hobby lobby with really friendly staff. I came into the store with just a few minutes left until close, and they helped me get exactly what and were totally patient and helpful. At least once a month, they have really good sales as well.

Clean and extremely helpful staff members. Victor my check out clerk was super friendly and helpful. Great selection of arts and crafts for kids and adults.

Found what we needed. Store was a little understaffed and had to call a manager to inspect an item that we bought because they had people previously emptying the same item out of its box and filling it with jewelry so they suspected ne and my daughter of shoplifting. We got it all sorted out though a d had a good laugh.

I love Hobby Lobby, but I do not enjoy going to the Lacey location. The majority of the time I am harassed for money from the un-housed that are next to the parking lot. One time at Christmas I stepped out of my car and there was a spent needle. This is not Hobby lobby’s fault. It’s just the situation. BUT… when I do need cute drawer or cabinet pulls for a project I’m working on, they are my go to place! Amazing selection of so many styles. Prices are reasonable and staff is nice.

This is such a fun store. Even if you aren't a hobby person; there are so many things to look at and buy for adding decor to a man cave, your home or office. The clearance and sale items are great! I bought scrapbooking supplies for 40% off but the best was my plant stand for %75 off. Regular 32.99 for 8.24!! I love a bargain. This is such a fun store!

Love to go and get design ideas. Christmas is out, and I can lose myself strolling through the shelves of everything new. My mom goes more for crafts and sewing supplies. It has something for everyone!!

Lots of variety, friendly employees. Sketchy corner of lot seems to be cleaned up pretty good and safer. 1 star less due to never having Halloween decorations, my favorite holiday!

Hobby lobby is a fantastic store, good customer service and the prices are not bad either. They have some terrific items especially around Christmas. I would recommend for decoration or gifts go to Hobby Lobby in Lacey and check it out.

I love Hobby Lobby! I just moved to the area and this is my new local store. I was so excited to walk in and see the huge selection of everything I was looking for. There are always great sales and inspirations around every corner. They have everything you could imagine for holiday decor too. I always spend more time than I intend to in there.

They have a lot of things. I didn't go in for any reason in particular but to experience it for my first time. It was well lit, staff greeted us and I had a look around. There's definitely someone for nearly everyone in this store.

Greeting customers and asking them if they need help is a thing of the past. Even friendly cashiers seems to be too much to ask for. 75%off is nice. Fall clearance going on now.

Have spent a good amount of $ here, but the last time I went, will be the last! I couldn't even shop comfortably because we were followed and harrassed the whole time and saw others being treated rudely.. Completely awful how some of the staff treat their customer's just because they ASSUME someone is homeless or less than for whatever reason or whatever the case may be.. NOBODY was able to miss the judgement and assumptions we saw spewing out from a couple workers at a few different customers.. It was sad and disappointing..

They have good prices but don't ask to use the bathroom. While there they had a staff member there letting people in the bathrooms, but when they did, they would follow you in there and stand watch to make sure you didn't do anything other than pee or poo. The weirdest moment ever!

Hobby lobby already has some of their X-mas items out. I think these are last year's inventory.

I love looking at all of the different products at Hobby Lobby. The staff are always friendly and kind. The store is always really well maintained. I've never been there when things have been unorganized at all. The only two reasons why I gave the 4 instead of five stars are as follows: the high prices and the huge store. I always find things that I love, but I can rarely get them because even when on sale, they're marked up much higher than most of their local competitors. It's really unfortunate because I'd be able to frequent their store much more often (being a preschool teacher and all) if their prices were actually more reasonable. As for the size of this particular store, I find it great that they can fill it with so many products, but it can be overwhelming. I have been to this store numerous times, yet I've still never seen all that they have to offer. I never have enough time to make it from one side of the store to the other. If I dedicated an entire Saturday from open to close, I might be able to do it if I mostly skim through the products without stopping much...maybe. All in all, it's a great company that provides an expansive collection of art, crafting, decorating, and party materials. It's definitely worth coming back to, just make sure you keep to your budget and save up before you go!

Spent $45 in wood and paper crafts and saved $19. Love shopping there. All the staff are so nice and very helpful.

Of course if your an artists or crafter, this place is meca!!! I love hobby lobby, they have everything! Their prices are a little high, but well worth it!!! So check it out! If it's your first time, you will love it!!!

Hobby Lobby is an amazing store. They having plenty of arts and crafts to choose from. They also have small furniture sets and plenty of little pieces to put in your rooms for decoration. I love going here it put you in your happy place.

What a great place. Plenty of arts and crafts supplies for any of your upcoming events or everday tasks. The employees are extremely helpful. If you cannot find it there then they will help you find it somewhere. This Hobby Lobby is clean and disability friendly. I feel comfortable frequenting this establishment as often as I possibly can.

I've never seen so many decorative signs with quotes and artwork all in one place. Lots of yarn, and crafting supplies. Didn't have the gallery shelves my dad wanted but still found plenty of other crafty things!
