Really enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff that find quick solutions. We hope the place keeps getting better since we would have love to come back. Good: Easy to reach by foot or public transport. Comfortable beds Nice breakfast with a lacrte option included. Fun view. Nice to take the boat to Slussen. Bluetooth speaker in room Points of improvement: First room had a big window in the bathroom. No privacy guests on the other side can just look in. Had to darken whole room and bathroom to use the bathroom. Needs an easier option. Too few plugs for default items in room either one lamp and speaker or two lamps. Kettle had to be dismantled from base station, move a bit of furniture in order to be able to be used. Plug in bath was leaking and resonating so one had to keep the water running for using the bath, or just shower. No hair dryer. Lose tile in bathroom. Wereally likedit and with justa little more thought this will be a really good hotel to book again.

Shares the building with ABBA Museum. Beautiful und spacious rooms with cozy Interieur. We had a warm welcome and very pleasant stay. Soft mattress and the quiet place made for restful sleep. A perfect selection for breakfast, i.a. delicious different kind of coffee and fresh swedish cinnamon buns, fresh bread, srambled eggs, omelet and fresh mixed yummy juice (carot, ginger, orange juice). Highly recommendable.

Friendly hotel staff, cozy hotel rooms, good quality breakfast. Mostly museums around, not much city actions/athmosfere. We where just passing tru and stayed one night, good value for money. Next to the Abba museum (hotel has a direct entrance and as a hotel guest you can visit with discount) Parking around the corner, reserved by hotel staff in advance.

++ Good location, directly at the theme park Gröna Lund/ ABBA museum. Spacious, modern room. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. - - Shower in a bath tube is really not solved in a good way. Fortunately, it is not my bathroom and I do not have to clean it. Wardrobe for us not big enough and we only stayed 4 days. the room offers enough space for a better (bigger) solution. Gym is located on the first floor. one morning I was able to run on the treadmill while lying in bed. This is the wrong location for a gym… Not a prob for us, just good to know: - mattress really really soft - with open windows one could hear the screams of the rollercoaster ride

The hotel was really convenient for the ferry and the bus and many nearby museums. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and helpful, the breakfast selection was excellent and we enjoyed our stay very much indeed.

Fab hotel in a good location! Recommend the breakfast as well. Mattress could be abit comfier but all in all a really good getaway.

Modernt och fräscht hotell nära de bästa sakerna på Djurgården. Det som var mindre bra: saknade sylt, våfflor, laktosfria alternativ och frukt till frukost buffen. I rummet vi fick så var eluttaget långt från spegeln om man ville torka håret. Annars som sagt väldigt värt ställe med hjälpsam och trevlig personal!

All around the experience was fantastic, the staff are incredibly helpful and go out of their way to offer support and guidance with no trace of it being obligatory, they are friendly, professional and most kind. The hotel breakfast is lovely and good for someone looking for a quick and fresh bite before a long day in the city. The location is well situated in a calm area neighboring mostly museums, with a direct line of transportation to the main city; it is easy to navigate almost anywhere from there. The cleanliness and daily cafe offered by the room service is exemplary, and there was no delay in providing more items and utilities that weren’t included in the room upon request. I had a redeye flight leaving the hotel at 4am, and the staff were extremely kind to pack me a full breakfast on my way out since I was missing breakfast that day, a gesture that would make me sure to visit again.

I would say 3 stars is fair. We had an issue with our room temperature it wouldn't go below 24, so it was very hot and when we asked for someone to come fix it they came into the room and told us they could change it. The breakfast is also underwhelming. The last issue was when they sent me a message about how they were charging 600sek for someone who used my room number. They didn't charge me in the end. But just not great

The service here was exceptional and personal. We had to checkout early to catch a morning flight, and the staff prepared us some juice, coffee, and sandwiches for our early morning departure. They went the extra mile to accommodate and whenever we went by the front desk, it always felt like approaching a friend. Location is excellent: the island is full of museums and parks, and the hotel lends out bicycles to guests to explore. It’s also near a tram and ferry line that runs pretty frequently – we were in Stockholm for 6 nights total and never found ourselves waiting even 10 minutes for transit. We had a larger studio suite and it was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I would come back to this hotel if in Stockholm again!

Wir waren in der ABBA-Suite und haben uns so sehr darauf gefreut. - Die Wände waren zerkratzt - Die ABBA-Goldauszeichnungen waren total betatscht, verschmiert - benutztes Geschirr wird nicht getauscht - Selbst die Kaffeebar wird nicht aufgefüllt Für all das war es wirklich viel zu teuer Aber, Frühstück und der Service dazu waren toll.

I've spent 6 wonderful days here. There's so many museums nearby to visit (Vasa Museum and ABBA Museum are a must), the city centre is literally a stone throw away and Skansen area just on the other side of the road. The Backstage staff is highly professional, very helpful and friendly. I stayed in the Studio room and even tough it was not that spacious it still was very comfortable and cosy. It was so nice to come back here after a long city walk and enjoy a hot bath (yeah, I've stayed here in November so the weather was quite c-c-c-cold). Oh, and if you consider breakfastless stay - please, don't do this to yourself! The Konsthallen breakfast menu is top notch - once you'll try the salmon sandwich, you'll end up ordering it EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I will come back again.

The is small full service hotel has great rooms and a lovely breakfast. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are well designed. We went for the Terrace Room and it has a huge wrap around private outdoor space with chairs and chaise lounges. The room is large with a sitting area and a nice table. The breakfast room has a great vibe. Even though it’s right by Grona Lund, it was quiet in the room. A tram and bus stop is next door.
