Service is good enough... Just parking is the problems especially during lunch hours

Order from grabfood apps,receive with in a ripped paper bag no tissue and no sauce..please improve quality service..please take action ASAP

The zinger burger was extremely salty. Where is the quality control?

First KFC in Kedah - little has changed since those days in mid 80s - same layout apart from a couple of self service kiosks... Consistently cooked and tasty fried chickens. Prices generally have crept up in line with everything else in Malaysia.

Long waiting because the staff were slow. Even after long waiting, I got tasteless drink and extremely small chicken part. Not recommended. Save your money and go to McD instead.

Chickens are bit salty & don't like others branch of KFC (i don't know how it taste others days). Customer should be notify by staff if they should clean their tables themself ( i think maybe they short of staff to clean the table after they used it.

Order grab food delivery but missing few items. Try to call but the number cannot be reach. What kind of service ?!!!!! Missing sets?!?!?! Not one or two items but two sets!!!! Therefore, I visited KFC for picking up the missing items. The staff attitude is good. Please improve for the service. Thanks

They reheated the chickens so it was really chewy. Even the wedges was hard that you can throw it to the wall. I hope they will reconsider to look after the quality after this.. this is already the 2nd time that this happens. Really disappointed about it.

waiting time quite long even not so many customers😥. Upon asking, order counter didnot passed order to pack. Got to wait 40 minutes for a mistake done, what a very very bad service. Better close jer la

Foods,staff are all good but it's not suit fir dine in with old people because have to climb stairs they don't have tables at ground floor

I come around 1015 pm. They are soo busy.. They close at 11pm.. But they still give a very good service and the staff was so friendly.. I order a chicken breast. And they said it take 20minute to cook. I say ok. And take the number. They take only 10-15minute to send my order on table. It it was exactly what i wanted. It one of the best kfc!

Just average can't blame for ayam sejuk because I don't like my food to be reheated too many times. Service also average; dry and uniterested staff, talking while packing foods but kind of okay to me since service time is fast.

This place in central of sungai petani city, you can grab some snacks or dinner in with outside views of sungai petani city,specially the big clock of sungai petani.

Staff comunicate clear and fast diliver.this branch locate near sp icon clock tower(jam besar) at the back of sp ktm station and no parking issue.

Sometimes the chicken size not as big as the other stores

One of oldest and most established kfc in Sungai Petani. Have been dining here or taking away KFC at here since childhood. It's among the busiest KFC store in Sungai Petani, therefore in most of time the chickens served are still warm and fresh without being kept on displays for long time. That's why we only come here.
