And i rate only 1 star because i really want to be honest for the attitude of the workers in this cafe and if i could, i really i want to see the manager for this ‘blackwood cafe amanjaya mall’ to ask if this is the way the workers treat a customer . I think its not a joke when u asked a customer if he or she fasting or not in this ‘Bulan Ramadhan’ . For me it’s kinda rude to ask a customer that is non-muslim if he or she was fasting or not . Its clearly that i am not a muslim and my boyfriend are non muslim too . Hopefully the workers will take this as a lesson and advice that they should not treat their customer especially the newcomers/new customer to the cafe that way even tho the workers doesn’t have motive or just saying its a joke for them . Honestly i dont feel like to be treated like that . Sorry but in other Blackwood cafe doesn’t treat me and my family or friends like this and i love blackwood foods and drinks . He single handedly manage the cooking and drinks preparation all by himself! My only regret is I didn't notice his name but I think it would do the management good to look into who this examplary employee is. He was seen behind the kitchen counter, then even went back to pick up all the newly cleaned plates and utensils from the back. I mean he was amazing and brilliant! His other male colleague (taller and with moustache) wasnt in any way helpful as he was constantly gazing outside into the mall and was obviously not even bothered to help his friend. Almost seem like he was in misery at work and can't wait to leave cos he was constantly looking into the mall and not at all paying attention at work. Bravo to the young lad and keep up the good work. Taste wise..cant complain.. It is a franchise and they pretty much has the recipe worked out. Perhaps if I may request, for hot white coffee (less sweet) ..ease up on the susu cair as it makes the coffee having a sourish after taste.
