Lotus's Sungai Petani is a great place to shopping. Product inside include food, cloth, utility stuff and many-many more. Most of the customers are came from the nearest area in sungai petani. Other then that, Lotus's also have a food court for customer to take a break and have a dine in meal. Delicious food with multiple choice may fit all customers need. Car park also very convenient, Is a good place for family gathering.

foodcourt(nasi ayam) staff so rude n not pack our food like we order..order for daging hitam but give ayam like kuah pajeri..n order chicken drumstik got dada side..papadom masuk angin..happens on 13.6.2023 around 1.30pm..hope incharge take more action to ensure yr staff not give bad servis..we pay for our food so we need food not sampah!!!

Rarely been here. But today really upset with the meal served at this foodcourt. So tasteless food & nothing more than just plain fried meehoon (only got 2pcs of small mincemeat). Not worth spending here & everything’s HIGH PRICE yaa.. Blahh!

This place is a very good place for daily shopping. Almost daily needs can be found here Very spacious and easy to move around. Ample parking space. The most convenient place for shopping. Now, you can use Lotus's app to buy groceries. Just scan all your item and at the counter just let the cashier scan the app. Only counter 5 you can pay using e-wallet like grab and touch n go. Easy and convenient.

Vegetables and fruits are fresh. Prices reasonable. Services are good.

I believe this is the most visited Lotus store (among 3 Lotus stores) in Sungai Petani. Service is good and the produces are always replenished.

Good place to shop for daily groceries and foodstuff. There is covered car park on the grounds. Besides the supermarket, there are other outlets where one can shop for IT accessories, clothings. Besides, there is KFC and a few stalls at the food corner. In addition, there is the Post Office where one has the convenience to pay bills and send parcels or letters. There is also the PTPTN branch outlet where one can enquire about study loans.

Abit not happy with express counter service. There are few selfish shopper with half full trolley use express counter and pay separate bills. "telling 2 ppl so 20 items kinda stupid idea". Tesco express counter staff should be more stern n denies them at the counter.. should hv channel them to other normal lane counter.. its not fair for those buying only 2-3 item have to queue longer due to this selfish ppl.

Everything well Organized here. I hope in the evening they just prefer to open more and more billing counter. I saw today very less counter was in service. Other than this everything is perfect.

No properly dedicated area for returning trolleys. With typical Malaysians attitude of lack in descipline, you have a mess at the car parking areas. Everyone seemed to leave his trolley everywhere as wished.

Open up the scan and shop counter express for users who convinient on apps. But end up all were queueing up as normal counter. No difference at all. Management should keep an eye on this. Really disappointed.

The environment is clean and some of the staff will respond to your appreciate. Here I want to commend an Indian female vegetable bearing employee, very polite. But it seems that patrolling is not frequent enough. Often there are canned beverages that have been damaged and the shelves become a little sticky. i saw a cockcroach at seafood section. The shopkeeper seems very calm??

Very disappointed because some products no bar code. The cashier asked me to wait, then a worker came and disappear with the product l buy, then another plastic basin also no bar code asked me to wait again. I asked how long must l wait she told me cannot find the incharged. When she dont border to call. Two things, the first one, didnt comeback and have to wait for the second one. The customer is afraid to stay there too long because of Covid-19 infections. I dont know so many workers hanging around but cannot helped. Its my bad day. Hope the managements see to this problem. It can happened to other customers too. Thank you for listening. Very frustrating.

20 counters, and only four were opened, and that include one "non-halal" counter which I went through. This branch is a bit smaller than the one I frequented in Plaza Mutiara & some of the items are not sold here also. Plus, the place is cramped with so many stuffs that were waiting to be stacked.

the staff for drinks in the food court are very rude towards customers despite full compliance of customers.

I also want to thank the staff at the Customer Service. I carelessly left my credit card behind. I am very happy I managed to collect back my card. A very big thank you again. Lots of goodies choices to search for. Ststioneries for schools, factories n not forgotten homes. Electrical products, daily veges, breads n fruits, clothings n many more items. All these in one BIG STOP stores with compatible prices..Local food stalls to family kiddies relaxing n enjoy with FREE WIFI plus convenient parking space shedded roof.. Another LOTUS SP SELATAN located near to plaza tol highway, also space n easier elevator to move about with trollies loaded goodies.

Conveniently located. Been shopoing since 15 years ago. Still my favorite choice of hypermarket in Sungai Petani. Always attract a good crowd with variety of products and good discounts. Layout also simple and make customers easy to shop. Will definitely come again.

What's the use of promoting the "Shop and Pay" app when the "Shop and Pay" counter is closed? Plus the queue was so long and one of the managers told us that all counters are the same so we can queue anywhere. There's no proper flow for counter payments. So people started lining up at the express counter since the manager said it's fine to queue anywhere. And then the cashier said that's not allowed.

Easy access and compact space to be visit. Single story Lotus store. I can see some Lotus product at frozen department start to introduce for user.

This kind of mall are provided alot of item that you can buy from household products to electronics products.Outside of sales floor (Lotus), there's fast foods shop, bakery shop, shoes shop, smartphone accessories shop,poslaju center, and etc. For some item for its price depends on branding, some are cheap and some are expensive. Lotus worker are friendly and if i'm asking for something, they can provides information about it.

Good selection of groceries items, fresh and quality produce, their in-house brands are affordable, delicious and good quality. The staffs here are friendly, helpful and practice good C19 prevention SOPs.

I enjoy doing my monthly shopping at Lotus Sungai petani utara because things sold here are at reasonable price and .besides that it has ample parking lots . So it' is so convenient for us to shop there.
