This
is
my
first
time
here
with
family
and
the
place
was
crowded.
There
is
air-conditioning
here
so
you
won’t
feel
hot
during
a
busy
day.
Even
so,
the
glass
windows
are
bright
in
the
morning
so
it
is
hard
to
enjoy
your
breakfast
when
you
are
sitting
facing
it.
The
windows
should
be
tinted
to
give
customers
a
more
pleasant
experience.
For
those
bringing
a
baby
or
toddler,
please
be
mindful
of
the
2
entrance
doors
because
some
customers
do
not
close
the
door
when
entering
or
exiting
the
place
and
the
staffs
aren’t
paying
attention
to
the
doors
consistently.
Your
child’s
safely
rest
solely
on
your
shoulders.
The
food
arrived
quite
timely
and
it
was
delicious
even
though
it
lacked
seasoning;
The
coffee
tasted
alright
too.
Unsurprisingly,
the
food
prices
here
are
expensive
(similar
to
Penang
cafe
prices)
for
the
ingredients
used
and
western
breakfast
served.
However,
the
service
and
table
set
up
had
me
perplexed.
There
should
be
basic
items
on
all
the
table
(serviette,
sugar/salt,
chili/ketchup
sauce,
water
bottle
with
cups,
etc)
for
the
customers
to
do
some
self-service.
This
will
improve
the
service
effectiveness
of
the
cafe
and
I’m
surprised
it
is
not
being
integrated
as
a
basic
feature.
I
ended
up
standing
up
and
walking
towards
the
counter
5
times
to
ask
the
staffs
for
those
table
necessities
which
was
embarrassing
for
myself
so
I
can’t
imagine
what
the
staffs
must
be
feeling
to
have
to
see
the
same
customer
so
many
times
in
one
sitting.
Overall,
I
see
this
place
as
only
suitable
to
come
on
a
once
in
a
while
basis
for
large
families
with
kids
unless
if
you
are
by
yourself
or
with
a
partner.
