The Ramada was a great little get away for my birthday weekend. The staff there were so nice, fun and courteous. They gave me a beautiful room with an amazing view. My son loved his stay there. The pool was warm and we were right on the beach. We were even able to go to the beach at night and watch the waves under the stars. It was a very enjoyable weekend. Only thing is that in some areas the hotel still needs repairs and remodeling and it would have been nice if there were more shops opened and the restaurant at the pool really needs to add more items and improve on selection especially for breakfast. They had eggs or pancakes and not much else and super pricey. I ended up ordering IHOP. The little kiosk cafe had better food offering croissants and pastries. But still had a wonderful weekend.

I called the hotel directly on the Tuesday before I booked my stay and was told that the pool was open. I was deceived because they knew I would not have booked at this location knowing the pool was closed since I was traveling with my husband and baby for my first wedding anniversary. After checking in, when we got to the room I had to clean dried urine on the toilet seat in our room. The cabinets were peeling and all the dishes were filthy. The couch cushions were flipped upside down and when I checked it was because the top sides were peeling so bad. The bathroom had a moldy shower and ceiling. We couldn’t get a crib for our 7 month old baby because we checked in at 10/11 o’clock the first night. The next morning I went to the front desk because I was upset about the pool and there was a cockroach crawling on the floor near my feet (I attached the photo). And we were “upgraded” to a room with a balcony where the two mismatched plastic lawn chairs were both broken and my husband fell because the cracked legs buckled underneath him and he is an average sized man about 175 pounds. A chair should have supported him no problem. And the chair I had sat in pinched me because it was crack in the seat but you didn’t know until you sat in it. We had to pay for Valet parking which we were told checking in to call 15 minutes before you needed your car and the first day it took 35 minutes of waiting in the lobby (after calling 20 minutes in advance), we were late for our reservation. The car was never ready for us on time. The day we checked out we called 30 minutes in advance and it took an hour of waiting in the lobby for valet that we were forced to use and pay for to get our car (waited a total hour and a half! Because we called 30 minutes ahead). My family and I ended up spending most of the time in the room because the water was rough for us to swim. Which was why we choose a hotel with a pool to begin with. I called customer care for Wyndham and they told me I would be contacted within a week and I never was. I reached out again and I was very rudely told that only the hotel directly could do anything. So then I called the hotel and they were going to refund us the resort fee $60 and one night of our four night stay (which I don’t feel is enough because I could have stayed home and had a better experience with out spending over $700 after having to tip the valet and concierge) and they still have not refunded me anything. It was all and all a terrible experience for our first wedding anniversary. I am thoroughly disappointed. I don’t know if I’ll ever stay at a Ramada hotel or Wyndham resort. The only plus this hotel has is it is located right on the beach.

Traveling through for the day. We wanted a place to stay to wake up on the beach with a pool. False advertising!!!!!! The hotel is rough! It is run down, under construction and it looks like a three year old did the most recent repairs. Upon check in staff did not inform us that the pool was closed even after we asked if they had a jacuzzi. The room was clean & the beds were comfortable, but the shower was handle was broke. We were u able to shower after a long day. After two attempts to find another room. They called maintenance to fix the shower handle in our room. The maintenance guy was very nice. He stayed after hours to help. The front desk staff ignores you. You are lucky to find someone to help because they are all on a break. I would never stay here again! I strongly suggest finding another hotel to stay!

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. We were checked into a dirty room. Hair covering everything; on the pillow cases, in the towels, on the toilet and the sink. Dirty foot prints on the wall. Our door didn’t lock. The shower didn’t drain, and that was the final straw. Then we contacted the front office about everything and we’re able to change rooms. The new room was in a much cleaner state, but had a very strong smell.. similar to that of of ice cream shop. During one of our evenings while playing cards the wooden chair sitting underneath one of us completely collapsed. We contacted the office and we’re greeted by a male worker who practically laughed when we said the chair had broke.. they eventually sent up a new chair, a plastic patio chair. The following day we spoke with the day manager and he was not a polite man whatsoever. He brushed off the experiences we have been having at his hotel as no big deal. We paid a great amount of money for this trip and expected a great time and a clean friendly hotel. We were extremely wrong. Rude employees and dirty hotel.

Ramada Plaza is a pleasant business that is operated and staffed with excellent folks. I felt comfortable in my room, I noticed handicapped accessible entrances, exits, and elevators, and enjoyed my stay. The only concern I have is the great difference in quality between the first room I was in on the second floor and the next room I stayed in on the fifth floor - some rooms have better quality furniture and amenities than others. Overall, I would recommend.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place was run down and the service was terrible the whole trip. From the start there was no communication about an additional deposit at check in after paying IN FULL at booking. The room was barely clean. Walking barefoot my feet were dirty. The shower had soap scuz in it, and the toilet was gross. The microwave was also dirty and rusted. Paint was all over the mirror in the breezeway. Service elevators were both broke (2) resulting in staff needing to use regular elevators but only 2 of the 3 elevators were working our entire stay. House keeping would “clean” or room but nothing was really wiped down or clean and fresh towels were not given anytime. The one particular front desk staff was little to know help anytime we had questions. He was rude. The outside area was also not very cleanly. For the amount of $$ people spend at this “resort” you’d think it’s been in better shape. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Your paying for the view here. It's a inexpensive hotel with issues and room service sucks and won't service your room unless it's requested. The view and area is amazing and that's also a huge plus. Your around everything you need great restaurants and stores. However everything is very expensive of course cause if the area. The pool was "under construction" so we didn't get to enjoy that. There was a lot of construction actually in the hotel It was very noisy.. alot of banging and stuff.

RUNDOWNNNNNNN SO NOT STAY HERE Upon arrival the service was good. Customer service was a little slow but I had no issues waiting my turn. Amenities stated parking and more. Upon arrival there was a fee for valet and an additional $100 hold on my account. I felt those fees was hidden and should have been disclosed online or in a detailed email. However when I got into the room...old appliances, cabinets and bathroom need to be repaired rust everywhere and future was busted. It looks like a motel or worst but that's not the main issue, there was an obvious leak in the bathroom ceiling, when I touch it it's dry but brittle the ceiling material started to fall to the floor. I did not feel safe it reminded me of the incident when the building collapsed in Miami and many lives were taken and still can not be recovered. I went to front desk and requested a refund and that was denied and told me I needed to cancel three days before as if I was warned of the nasty condition I was going to stay in. This was room 418 Front desk changed my room, she told me the company does not have money for a refund I would have to call. I have been calling since Sunday morning and no response. The room she switched me to was moldy although better than the other room, this was room 502. I didn't stay the night because I couldn't I truly didn't feel safe. They say it safely is top priority and I didn't get that way. I need to speak with someone about a refund or to see what can be done because money was wasted. I paid for a night that I couldn't even stay in.RUNDOWNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!

Bad customer service. Checked in late around 7 pm. Still need to wait for the room being prepared. Booked 2 rooms. Check us in for only one and need to come down and waiting to find another room. Rooms and most of everything are old and rushed. Expected for the pool for my kids unfortunately it was close and need to read all the description on the very last sentence for the notice. Don’t recommend

Clean rooms and great staff. We arrived at the hotel before the check in time and were waiting in the lobby for check in time. The manager was kind enough to do an early check in for us. This location has a steam room along with swimming pool and beach at its backyard. Take valet parking to ease in getting in and out of hotel as there is no parking on property. Only thing they could improve is on site restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

Excellent first impression upon arrival at the hotel. The hall is clean and smells very good. We arrived at the hotel before check-in time and were greeted by the friendly Ingrid. She was happy to give us access to our room earlier than our reservation and she even offered us a small upgrade so that we could have a better view, thank you Ingrid for this excellent customer service, you went above and beyond the expectations of the customer and it is much appreciated. The hotel and the pool are clean, the beach is beautiful and the location is very good. We had a great stay

Hey Travellers, do yourself a favour and DON‘T book this Hotel: Ramada doesn’t sound that bad and the staff is very friendly indeed (even fully understanding the request to change room at 11pm because of condition and dirt!). Believe me and take a look at the Photos: The house has seen it’s best days a long time ago. I was staying here 1 night on my trip from Orlando to Key West and if I would have had to stay for more than those 10 hours, I would have cancelled the booking and start searching something else even at midnight… ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! DON‘T BOOK/STAY THERE!

I stayed at this hotel a couple of years back. Since Covid we have not been able to travel we were very anxious about traveling to a hotel that we had a wonderful experience with in the past. However this experience has been nothing but disappointing, horrible and expensive. Starting with the hotel staff. I am sorry that your job is horrible. Get another job if you cannot give the service to your guests that they paid for. This was not a Disney experience. Secondly, the hotel was in construction. We paid for a view of the ocean when we arrived we found a net obstructing the wonderful view of the ocean. Then the 8:00 am sound of the workers pounding on the building and the room next to us. I understand renovations but if you are going to have such a large renovation shut down the hotel and stop taking people’s money. Lastly, the extra fees they don’t tell you about until you arrive and then again the miserable staff not wanting to hear about any of your concerns. I will be contacting Ramada directly with the pictures and posting the information to my blog with 3k followers letting them know not to waist the time or money on this hotel. From the mold, lipstick on towels, the half renovated bathrooms, the noise and construction you would be foolish to stay. Learn from my experience.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the Ramada Marco Polo Beach Resort in Sunny Isles. This was yet another wonderful experience staying there. I would like to recognize in particular the front desk manager, Whitney. She has placed our reservation in the past and chose a beautiful room yet again for us this year. The view was breathtaking and the hospitality was outstanding. Housekeeping kept our room immaculate and the pool and beach staff were lovely each day. I feel like I am in my second home when I stay there and I want to personally thank Whitney for being an angel to us. We also go to see again this year the wonderful staff members Horatio, Ingrid, and Maria. And thank you again to your great valet staff Eddie, Marianna, Felipe, and Jorge. We are sad to be home but we have the great memories of staying here at Marco Polo. If you read review, I hope it influences you to make a choice to stay at this wonderful place! You won’t regret it!

During our vacation in Sunny Isles we always stay at Ramada. Front desk ladies Ingrid and Vesna were so nice. They upgraded our room. We got a room with ocean view. No balcony but beautiful ocean view. The hotel is right on the beach and they have huge pool. There is $15 resort fee per night and $25 parking if you come with a car. The hotel is constantly going through renovations so it might be noisy but they're really trying to upgrade. The neighborhood is safe so you could walk at night. You can grab burgers and drinks by the pool. They also have pizza place inside hotel. Hotel also has convince store if you forgot something at home. Great hotel for your money!

RE: To the business Owner, the Booking was under Sherry Elliott. You responded but left no way to reply. We booked this room six months prior. We called the hotel a few days before our trip to confirm everything was in order, and check on amenities. We were told by THE DESK RECEPTIONIST that the hotel had a pool, restaurant, parking, etc. I also asked if I could have an Amazon package delivered there. ARRIVAL DAY: 9:30 pm after we flew in, we get to the hotel to check in. There was one male desk clerk and he was rude, and put off. During the check in we heard another guest asking when the pool would be fixed. The clerk said it isn't going to be fixed and it's been broken FOR TWO MONTHS. We asked why we were not informed the pool was broken and he said its not their job. We explained that we had called Two days earlier. And he essentially said he did not care. We had already paid for the reservation 6 months ago so we asked for a refund and he said No. He spoke in extremely condensing manners and said, if you don't want the room we get your money and we will give it away. We tried to politely and professionally reason with him, but he kept up his tone. He kept interrupting and would not let us finish a word. We asked to speak to a manager and he said there wasn't one on duty. I asked him to call a manager and he refused. We travel for business on a regular basis and this is the worst we've ever been treated. Fortunately for us, we booked through a third party, and they got our refund for us. At the end of the day, the pictures are not accurate. The hotel is extremely dirty with dust bunnies all over the fake plants in the lobby, the hotel is ran down, and the staff was rude. I give this experience a minus 10. P.S. while we were in the parking lot trying to book another hotel, Guests on the top floor was throwing small things down hitting our car. My wife asked the valet person for security, and he said if you don't like it, just leave the property.

We understood that the hotel was under renovation and the staff was super friendly, but the room was overwhelmingly filthy and run down especially for spending over $300 a night. There were countless drain flies when we initially arrived and throughout our stay flying around the “kitchenette” sink. The bathroom was not cleaned well and the vents were covered with dust which we didn’t notice until our second day after my husband, whose allergies are very sensitive to dust, could not sleep. The location was great. Pool area was nice and was a very short walk to the beach but overall I would definitely not recommend this location nor will I be returning.

Yesterday what started as a relaxing day turned into a nightmare I went to the spa from 3 PM and left a spa at 8 PM. I had the most amazing time at the spa. When I got there, I gave my key to the valet Everything was OK with my car. My car was driving just fine. When I left the spa after paying for my car, I was waiting for it just for valet to let me know that my car is not starting After I paid for it. They gave me a ride to the parking lot and when I try to open the car door wasn’t even opening I assume that the car battery probably died because they’re probably left something on .After they drop me off to the parking lot Where they had my car . I asked the valet guy if he had a jumper cable , He told me he was gonna go back to the hotel and he was coming back with it. I was left in the parking lot for almost an hour. No one asked me if I was OK. None of the valet people were helpful they act like they don’t speak English. I called the hotel to speak to Vallet. The lady in charge told me they were coming when I saw the employees when they keep coming to park cars and pick up cars I asked them is anybody coming with the jumping cable act like they couldn’t understand me I had to call my dad when he finally came and gave me a jump, the light inside the car was on like somebody turn it on and was searching my car because there’s no reason why when I left my car I turn off the car that was nothing on but when you guys want to go park my car, my light was left on and nobody cared that it was your fault that my car wasn’t starting. Nobody checked on me left me in a parking lot at 8 PM at night by myself with no explanation so disappointing I will never park my car with that hotel valet ever again.

I want to thank Whitney for checking me smoothly. Not only was she pleasant but once I mentioned that my son booked the room for a quick staycation, she upgraded me to very nice room. Although I didn’t get to interact directly with the other 2 front desk agents Roi and Ingrid by just listening to their interactions with their guests showed me that this is an amazing staff. Everyone that came in walked away smiling. Keep up the good work!!! I look forward in exploring the rest of the amenities the hotel has to offer! My room was clean nice and simple and had the things guests need… fridge and microwave coffee maker. Thanks again Whitney!

Y’all I love my room. The lobby is beautiful. My experience here was amazing seriously. Kelsy and Carlos at the front desk were great and made my check in process so very pleasant. This is my second time staying here and when I tell you I’ll be back for a 3rd stay I will. I called for extra towels and less than 3mins they were knocking at my door. Very attentive! This place is comfortable and welcoming. The location is everything and the pool and beach location 10/10. I’ll be back.

The staff was not helpful and seemed very rude at times. You have to pay a daily valet parking price. Please include it in your budget when booking. They lock the pool area, so you can't just access the beach whenever you want. Room service took our dirty towels and never replaced them. Elevators were a nightmare. Only 1 out of 3 worked most of the time.

This hotel you can see was once beautiful. It's way out of place next to the million dollar towers around it. The front desk wasn't bad, the views outside were incredible. The location was wonderful everything was with in 3 mile walk. Millions of restaurants and stores not even a mile. The most beautiful beach on the opposite sides of islands on both sides. Best location I've ever been. My problem was the way the hotel was beaten. I don't think their restaurant was open. Didn't get to the bar or pool because the pool security was yelling at a child for using the wrong towel. I'm like nope ill use the beach all week. They need to pay attention to staff. The house keeping was also rude. Hurry up with remodel. You pay more attention to that you may raise a bar again.

We drove up to the hotel and the valet was very nice and helpful the check in process was smooth and quick Whitney at the front desk was amazing and great we had just told her about our awful experience at the castle ht down the street and how we booked this place last minute and she was so sincere and empathetic with us she was so sweet she upgraded our room to a suite because of what we went through. Which she didn’t have to do but just made our experience so much better. The room was clean the view was amazing the beach access was great the pool was nice. Everything was amazing! And Whitney again was so amazing and helpful we thank her so much!!!

We stayed 2 months and yes the resort is old however our condo unit was newly renovated by the owner and was very modern and comfortable. Amazing beach front view! The staff were all great but a few need to be recognized. Omar and Alex at the desk were awesome, super friendly, always went out of there way to talk to you even on their time off, true gentleman! The Valet was always very busy however Marianna and Santiago were amazing. Always professional and courteous. Always helpful and pleasant, had a lot of fun chatting with you two. Great job to you all, hope to see you there next year!! Management make sure these four get recognized, very lucky to have them.

In the middle of remodeling but didn't affect guests at all. Our room had just been updated and was lovely. Beds were comfortable and big sliding door to personal patio. View of city and inland waterways. Quiet and right on beach. Valet parking only so when you need your car, request it early, sometimes wait up to 30 min if you don't call. Would definitely stay here again!

We were in for only one night during spring break. the front desk staff was very good to us. Anna checked us in, she helped us with a very nice room and explained the facilities, parking and resort fees. we were able to hit the beach and pool in the afternoon and again for the whole next day. We enjoyed the Italian food in our room. Diana C checked us out and was very warm and friendly. We know it is not easy dealing with tourist sometimes. This place is an older hotel that is kept very clean with miner aging issues. We felt that we received very good value for our money. We will be back. thank you, Richard & Monica

There are many features that the hotel offers that separate from others. But by far, the most pleasantly unexpected surprise was the service from the bartender, Susana at the pool. Very attentive Her coming to the table several times to check in with us and offering us any other possible service that was applicable. That kind approach and attentiveness was super unexpected and welcomed being in Miami. Wonderful. Allowing us to play our own music through the speaker, was the final touch. My wife and I were captivate by the attentiveness and personal touch. What an experience and would an attention to service.

It's placed quite good. Most employees were polite and helpful. But: It wasn't possible to change money to get 5-dollar-bills for the bus. The room wasn't cleaned all 5 days long although we claimed abut it from day 3. The balcony was a mess. It was broken and dirty. The worst thing was that the parking service brought scratches into our car. All in all it was a very disappointing stay. :(

Very disappointing and waste of my hard earned money stay. Do not fall for the glossy pictures on their website. The cabinets and appliance were broken / damaged. No utensils in the room. Foul smell in the room. Was supposed to stay for 2 weeks but checked out in 2 days. Think twice before spending your hard earned money to stay here. Only good thing was courteous / friendly staff.

Horacio at the front desk was absolutely! He got his checked in smooth and an early check-in. He actually got us a better room with a better ocean view. Horacio & Whitney went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Pool was being remodeled we didn't know till we seen it blocked off. The room smelled old/musky paint touch up all over and peeling. The bathroom was the worst mold in joints and rust all over. Do not waste money here. The ac unit sounded like it was going to blow up made it difficult to sleep.

I have been staying here Atleast twice a year since the age of 2 and I am 29 years old and have never had any complaints at all about the hotel. My family has also been coming here since before I was even born. I recently booked a two night stay here with my fiance as we just got engaged and on my last day , we came across 3 cockroaches in the room just roaming around. We contacted the front desk as we wanted to stay for an extra night prior to that encounter and also contacted them when we came across the roaches. I am currently two and a half months pregnant & expressed that to them to see if maybe we can work out some sort of compensation for the inconvenience of the roaches. They refused to give me an upgrade and only dropped the rate by $10 dollars. This is just pathetic as I have been coming here my whole life and actually feel comfortable with the place. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to stay here nor would I have expected to ever have such a horrible experience. The front desk supervisor was also very rude and not understanding. I will not be returning here ever again and will let everyone know of my experience.

The restroom did not flush. I had to ask for maintenance to check it twice. The people in the entrance choose who to great I'll just say certain people get better treatment. Front desk was nice, respectful and kind to help.

Pros: awesome location and fantastic views from beachfront rooms. On the other hand, our room was unfortunately suuuuper moldy. To the point we left feeling sick. The front desk was somewhat accommodating and placed us in another room, but the second was just as moldy if not worse. For the price, I think we just expected a lot more. Valet misplaced our key when we were checking out. We understood that not everything would be perfect because this property is undergoing renovations, but at some point, the owners should probably shut it down and then take on projects. We did not book this hotel to sit outside with a piece of cardboard blocking us from our neighbors! Very disappointing from a Wyndham-licensed hotel.

Big shout out to Clifford R who checked us in very late at night . He was excellent. I added one star mainly for him. I liked the view of sea from our balcony. The rooms are pretty good size. There was coffee n microwave in our room which was helpful. Location this hotel is in makes everything very easy. There is a bus stop couple of feet from the hotel. I liked the walk to ocean from pool option. Pool bar is very good as well. House keeping comes every 3 days so you can get it cleaned if you like. Overall recommend people to stay here.

We came into town for the Golden Knights games. We decided to stay here. So in-between games we could go to the beach. From the moment we checked in - check out the customer service has been outstanding. Whitney and Vesna helped us the most in our time of need and we are extremely thankful 🙏. Thank you so much ladies. I'll never forget you!! We got the room with a balcony. So don't be afraid of pics on Google they are old and the remodel of the room is spot on. The beds were extremely comfortable. Wish I would of taken pics. The hotel has direct access to the beach. The pool was closed because they're in the process of redoing it. Not a big deal for us because we wanted the beach anyway. They also provide pool towels and beach lounge chairs (the chairs are an extra fee). So thankful they had that option. I do wish they had some toys to rent like boogie boards, surf boards, paddle boards. Parking was a little of a shocker. I didn't read enough online but still not a deal breaker. You have to valet which cost $25 a day. Understandable since we are on the beach and surrounded by high rises. Wish I would have gotten the valet names. Every valet person I dealt with was extremely professional and nice. You have to call 20 minutes before you need your car for them to pull it up. I forgot to do that the first day and we were running late to our game and he went out of his way and ran in the downpour of rain to get our car. I couldn't be more thankful. Ramada you have a great team!! Don't lose any of them. The next time I'm in town I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!!

Check-in was a long wait. We had to wait 2 hours to be in our room. Shower didn't work the next day. The oven was really dirty with a broiler really dirty. They moved us to a different room and the stove was not working. Pool was in construction. The staff was great. Good employees and humble, really nice people. The Italian restaurant was great! We did check-out and they refunded us for the rest of the week. The only pics I take was the view when we were move to the next room.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not come to this hotel! Beware! We ended up leaving because of the horrible experience we had. The service is absolutely horrendous. Francisco, the manager, was rude, and the entire front desk team needs a class in customer service. The pool was closed for reconstruction, but this was never notified at the moment of booking. The hotel looks like it's falling apart. The walls are full of mold and cracks. The structure looks extremely old and worn down. Honestly, I am glad we ended up leaving because the structure does not seem safe. Once you arrive, they also charge you unexpected fees and charge you additional money for the nights after your first night. This means that the price you see at the booking isn't the price you will end up paying. I have never given a bad review because I know the impact it can have on a business, but this experience was so horrible that I really feel the community needs to beware about the awful service provided at this hotel. Cancel your booking or just completely avoid it all together. You will regret stepping into this building. Also, there is public access to the bottom floors where there are offices and shops. Therefore, the security at this hotel is awful, beware.

I usually don't write reviews, but I have to write this time to help others from making a mistake like me. By falling for false advertisements. What you see on theirs website is not what you will get. Not impressed with the rooms at all, especially the bathroom. These rooms needs serious renovation/upgrading. Bathrooms were molded with grocery/department store bags used as trash bag . I will not recommend Marco polo resort to anyone, nor will I ever return. The hotel is over price ,not worth the price. This hotel is worst than a Motel, not what is advertised. (False advertisements) don't fall for it. Most of the hotel staff are very rude and not friendly or welcoming at all. Do not waste your money or vacation for this hotel, trust me. I have pics to prove it. Huge disappointment!

I felt really welcome at the lobby by Ingrid who was an excellent help during our visit to Miami. She was so cordial, really nice and professional. She knew what we wanted and she gave us many options. We received her help both in English and Spanish. The service was more than excellent and the hotel is amazingly big with a great view to the sea. The cost is justified by all the fancy things that come to the hotel.

Nice family friendly hotel. Rooms are big and most come with kitchenette which is a big plus if you don’t feel like eating all your meals at restaurants or on a budget. Beds are comfy. Hotel is conveniently located right on the beautiful beach in Sunny Isles. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Public bus stop is right in front of the main entrance. I had a night flight and was able to get a late check out thanks to Heinny Whitney. Will come back again.

When I say I couldn't have asked for a better experience, I am truly not exaggerating. Roi checked us in and gave us a wonderful experience. He was helpful, attentive, kind, informative, personable and addressed all of our many questions and concerns. The hotel was lovely. I very much recommend you give it a stay and don't forget to ask for Roi. P.s. Housekeeping is not back to normal and they are in the midst of renovating so some rooms are a bit run down and old.

The hotel is undergoing some renovations, so the pool wasn’t open when we came which is why I took a star. BUT Ingrid and Horacio were extremely helpful during our early check in. The check in was such a friendly and smooth process with them, and they told us about fees up front. $25 for valet parking and $15 resort fee. Love the partial view from our room, location and access to the beach!

Getting double charged before arriving really set the tone. This place is decrepit!! It smells like hot dogs and perfume. The ocean view is completely covered by construction netting. The balcony is no longer separated by room. The whole floor shares one balcony and it's creepy. I would have appreciated that information before paying for an ocean view...twice. The pool is closed and you cannot access the beach after sunset. Thankful for the bodega in the lobby so we could get a beverage after 8pm since none of the soda machines work. The $15 per day resort fee only gets you 2 bottles of 'complimentary' water and some pool towels. It states it includes beach chairs and umbrellas but those cost $10-$20 each. After all is said and done I have paid $546 for 1 night including $100 deposit. Steer clear!!

Whitney, Horacio, and Ingrid were very accommodating. My family and I always stay at this resort when we’re in the area and appreciate the great customer service. Solid and safe spot with the mall being across the street with TONS of food options and the beach a few steps away is definitely a perk.

Ingrid and Horacio has been providing an excellent service since the second I stepped in the hotel. They immediately helped me checking in and stayed through the whole process to make sure I get the room on time. I fully recommend this hotel. Simply ask for Ingrid and Horacio. They will literally take care of you the best possible way.

The rooms and lobby was clean. Pool was under construction so only the ocean to swim in. Most of the staff appears not happy working there, they don't look up smile or say Hello. The front gift store lady (owner/worker) was rude when we didn't buy anything after browsing, they kept a poor ferret in a small space in the store as pet. The Pool Security lady name Doris (I think) is totally rude to me and my friends on several occasions during our stay just to go in the pool area, you get the 3rd degree! The Bar staff was very nice, so was Joey @ Concierge. Location oceanfront is a plus, no fancy sit down restaurant, only the snack/grill/bar area open certain hours and the Pizza place in the lower level. There are no walking distance to nearby shops or restaurants, impossible if the weather is very humid.

We stayed here for three weeks when we were in-between two rentals. The room was very nice and included a kitchen for cooking which saved us a lot of money. We had only planned on being there for a few days but our move in date was delayed. Every time we needed to extend our stay, the employees were professional and always assisted us in getting a good rate. The view is beautiful and waking up there every morning was a pleasure.

Want to recognize Maria at the front desk with her sweet personality and being so helpful. Very nice stay at an affordable price. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Hotel is currently (November 2022) having construction done to make it even better……did not effect my stay. Will be returning😊

Don't be fooled by the name of this "resort." This is absolutely no resort! Photos are extremely deceiving on the website. Everything is extremely outdated and old. Two chairs out of three around this tiny little table in our room were broken. Looks like they painted recently in the room...painted right over the remote on the wall, didn't even remove the remote off of the wall. Cracked tiles on floor and in bathroom and in tub. The only good thing about this place is the pizza in the lower level of this hotel...Pizza Bianca. Would never come here again. Totally not worth the price and they even have the nerve to charge an additional " resort fee" to the price. I have been to plenty of resorts in my life...this is definitely not one! Stay somewhere else!!

I had the worst stay of my life at this hotel. The rooms are extremely dirty, no water bottles accessible after 8pm. When you ask something from housekeeping, it never gets to the room or maybe 2 out of 10 times. My friend was all bitten by bugs and when we asked for the room to be disinfected it never happened they told me they don’t have products to do so, your room will never be mopped all they do is make your bed and leave. You will always smell weird disgusting smells in the hallways the only area that smells ok is the lobby. I know most will say why didn’t you leave, we paid in full when we booked and there was no way we were getting our money back so we had no choice but to buy disinfectants and stay and go down to the lobby to grab things ourselves. A person from housekeeping had the buttons of his shirt all open showing his abdominal area and walking around the hotel, the same person was using keys to clean his ears in front of us. One morning we did not have water in the room until 2:30pm without notice. I would say Whitney was very kind to change our room but the problem was every room in this hotel. Although you will pay $20 a day resort fee you have to pay for chairs towels and umbrellas if you want them by the beach. Lastly, there was blood on the elevator floor one day and only 2 out of 5 elevators are working. Will never go back nor recommend it to anyone.
