Authentic balkan burek! Glad I found out about this gem and stunned that I did not know about it for so long! I was thinking about buying burek here and telling my family members that I made it myself, but if I kept this place a secret it would not be fare on everyone else. Superior burek in every way - outstanding quality.

I used to come here before school nearly everyday as a kid to get a fresh burek and have only recently revisited it after 11 years. Just how I remember it, so deliciously golden and hot. One of my favourite food spots in Melbourne.

You don't come to Kings Fresh Burek for the ambience. It doesn't exist for a pretty location, or a fancy shop front, it delivers on the best burek you can possibly eat. I know there are a range of options, but I cannot get past the spinach and cheese burek. It is beyond delicious, and incredibly cost effective. I will typically purchase a family size and if well hidden from the family I can eat a serve each day for 4 days. It's also very easy to reheat. If you're in the west and looking for something to eat, do yourself a favour.

They offer a very delicious Burek and it is unique. It is always good to try different things and it is very tasty. The only thing is that it is very heavy on the stomach and not very healthy, they could do it in a more lighter form and would still taste very delicious. There is free street parking just in front of it or you can park in side street just few meters away.

Loved the Burek and great customer service, but I think the shop needs a revamp. So much potential

Use to be the best Burek but recently they don’t taste the same the meat tastes in fresh and the cheese Burek is way less so much pastry disappointment use to love this place !!

Haven’t had burek from here in years and went a few months ago because I was craving it and was very disappointed. There was barley any cheese in there, almost just pastry. I thought I’d try it another time and that it was a once off, but no, still very dry and empty. Will not buy from here anymore.

Burek is always delicious. The only thing that I have to say is the homemade yogurt needs to have a used by date on it as I bought one and it tasted and smelt funky that it made me feel unwell. Saying that I won’t buy there yogurt anymore but I’ll still buy there Bureks.

I was in the area and looking for something to eat. Saw the reviews on this, never had it before but thought I’d give it a go. You won’t be disappointed. Greeting was friendly and fast, Bought one cheese and one meat one, very tasty, great pastry, really filling. Worth going back for. Authentic.

The Burek I would dare to say it was the best I have ever bought. However the Tulumba was sickening sweet; I dumped it.

Absolutely devine! The best bureks we’ve had so far, tried the spinach and cheese and the meat burek. The pastry is flakey filo like dough and the edges were super crunchy. Definitely going back for more.
