Very nice hotel with good location, near to Solo Square, one of the most popular mall in Solo. The room was clean and comfortable. Above all, the staffs were very attentive, especially the F&B team. The hotel has kids activity during weekend. My kids were enjoying planting activity on Saturday and movie time on Sunday. Swimming pool is available at 5th floor, adult pool and kids pool. A very recommended hotel.

The service is five star! The room is fine and spacious enough. The thing I don’t really like is the floor in the shower room in the bathroom: It’s really slippery. Also, the hairdryer is only upon request. Location is a bit far from downtown though.

Room was surprisingly big. Clean. And the bed quite comfortable. The exhaust fan a bit noisy as you can hear in the video. Air con works well. Linen clean and fresh. The room acoustics is a bit poor as you can hear quite clear the noise from outside. Located near (walking distance) from the train station. Breakfast was quite OK, not too many options. But the dining area was nice, bright and clean.

One of the best budget hotels in Surakarta. The rooms are standard 3 star hotels, cleanliness and facilities are sufficient. There aren't too many breakfast options, but the dining area is quite comfortable with an outdoor and semi-outdoor concept and you can see the skyline of Surakarta City.

Just stayed here yesterday. It is located in a complex of a dead mall. The mall is closed and the only activity in this complex is only the hotel I think. However having said that, the hotel is fine and quite affordable. Just average 3 star hotel.

Rooms in this hotel have a modern inventory and are clean. The room's TV is also relatively new and they have digital TV service. WiFi coverage is great and their Internet bandwidth is sufficient. Their restaurant is spacious and bright due to a lot of natural lighting. It also allows to sit outside to enjoy the morning sun. The selection of breakfast items is modest but sufficient. Their personnel is friendly and helpful.

We booked a non-smoking room, but found that all the non-smoking rooms were occupied. Hotel staff offer smoking room with treatment (not sure what that is), or downgrade from 24m2 room to 20m2 room. When we reached the smoking level/floor (Our assumption: where all the smoking rooms are), right after the elevator, the smell was unbearable, hence we decided to go for the downgrade option. We have asked for an upgrade but the staff mentioned that only smoking rooms are available at the moment. The staff mentioned that preference for non-smoking rooms can only be fulfilled based on availability. Smoking vs non smoking rooms is not something we (as non smoking guests) can easily accept and tolerate, unlike the window view or even the size of the bed. This is our biggest disappointment. At night, we smelled something from our 20sqm non-smoking room. Not sure if it was cigarettes or something else. And based on our personal opinion, the pillows are too hard while the bed is too soft. Your experience may be different from ours Soundproofing for our room was not good, noises from other rooms could be heard clearly, and because of the location of the hotel which is directly next to the train station and close to the main road, noise is unavoidable. If you think silence in your room is important, maybe this hotel is not the right choice for you. And for body soap, only a few drops are left in the bottle. Although we didn't use it but would love to know if it was refilled. For breakfast, it's normal. The fruit is not as fresh as we expected. Chicken sausage, yellow rice and fried rice are too dry. The car park is quite big (outdoor and basement), although we're sure it won't fit if all guests take their cars. If you park at the hotel, you will be asked to pay around IDR 5K for parking fees for 1 night's stay. This is new for us, usually there is no parking fee for hotel guests. During our stay the staff were as polite and friendly as we would expect. The restaurant is clean, and well maintained. However, the hotel's policy regarding non-smoking vs smoking rooms made us decide not to consider this hotel again for our next stay in Solo.

+ clean, very clean + staff is just amazing, they are willing to help in everything + very good location + huge tv + spacious parking spot + if you're taking a train, its basically just next to the train station + smart interior design makes the room feels spacious + the swimming pool area and restaurant are so pretty + value for money + tons of destination around - noisy aircon and train outside - window is a bit tiny for me, but i guess - such a shame the Robinson closed down didn't expect too much because as an sbec member usually i slept in the belhotel. but this one are very good. overall this is one of the best swiss belinn i ever been, and definitely one of my favourite in solo.

The most, is the cozy night at the outdoor restaurant. Seriously, it is so nice! The surrounding night view of Solo city from this spot, is very relaxing. We have family event, the hotel acomodate us very well; nice.

Second time I stay here. Still the same like last time I visited the place. Good hospitality, huge parking slots, including the basement. The pool big enough, with dedicated kids pool just next to the main one.

Checked in not expecting much but turns out to be pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was cozy, perfect size for family of 3, and most important, CLEAN! The bathroom was spacious, the towel was clean unlike other budget hotel The highlight for me was the breakfast, various local menu and flavour was delicious. Staff was super polite and engaging. One of the best hotel of its price range, kuddos to the staff and management. Please keep up the good work. Definitely will come back when i'm in solo

the hotel is very close to train station. The room is very clean and comfortable as well. Very well designed accompanied with friendly services. They have good facilities as well, mid-sized gym and pool.

Quite nice hotel for business traveller or family vacation. Room quite clean and spacious especially one with King bed. Toilet also quite clean and smells good. Breakfast served from 6 am to 10 am, many main course variants from Indonesian to Chinese food, also bread, salad, porridge, and cereal.

Plus: - connecting rooms (subject to availability) - clean rooms - great size of rooms. Not too big, but still easy to maneuver around. - nice & friendly staffs delivered great service - nice swimming pool & nice view too - great location, near Kampung Batik Laweyan & Jalan Slamet Riyadi (Car Free Day every Sunday) Minus: - I ordered sandwich from Room Service. The taste was OK. The plating was pretty but my sandwich fell off 😭 It would be better to use just an ordinary plate. - Perhaps this is a business hotel and the decoration was kept minimal. However, I think the lobby was a bit dull. On the contrary, the rooms were beautiful especially the floor tiles. - Only 1 hook in the bathroom Conclusion: we enjoyed our stay & would recommend it to our friends 😊

A good place to stay if visiting Solo, Our delux room was clean with wonderful beds, had a great view from the window (a must for me) and the wonderful housekeeping staff where only to happy to resupply us with coffee and sugar. We will be back.

All services and facilities are great aligned to the offered pricing point. Unfortunately we are located in the same floor with the bride family big group that will conduct the wedding ceremony in early morning. We also suggest that the hotel services information provided through qr code should be updated to current condition, (e.g. breakfast time).

I love this hotel, the staff's service is great and friendly, room is clean and comfy. Unfortunately it's still pandemy, so i cant enjoy the spa and gym. But, i have suggestion for the restaurant, in my first day, they served my tea with a dirty small plate as base. I hope it will get well prepare more. But overall, this hotel still great to choose. I have been stay at swissbell sari petojo for many times. I like this hotel because they are provided smoking room for smokers. I hate the hotel when they prohibited smoking in the room. Besides that the room is clean and comfy. The breakfast are good with various menus. The staff are friendly. I always stay in this hotel when visiting solo

Strategic hotels, near from purwosari station and near from coffee shop. Stayed here for 1 night, and it's quite worth it. Polite staff, great rooms, I can see the solo's scenery (I get on 12th floors). But I found 1-2 cockroach in the room. Please be more attention about it.

I stayed here for 2 nights, and for me it's quite worth it for the price Staffs are nice and polite, there are welcome drink to drink while you wait for checkin, and parking space is adequate. The room itself is okay, i'm okay with the design, unfortunately i have to request for bath gel (they initially provide only bar soap)and there is no hair dryer in the room Breakfast is superb. They have modest selection of food, but every dish is tasty. Gym and swimming pool is also good enough to use

I very liked the service, the rooms are great, but one thing I questioned, while other hotels, inns, con. centers are free of ticket charge, why is this great place charges for a parking ticket? Overall, great

I stayed here for a business trip. The hotel is strategically located in the downtown, only 5 minutes from the Purwosari Station. I enjoyed my stay for 4 days 3 nights because the staffs are all helpful (I requested early checkin) and the sahur menu are all delicious (I stayed during Ramadhan). I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay in Solo.
