Bad first impression at the Front office when i checked in, me and my family had a long journey from jakarta and expect a warm welcome and nice room steady… BUT NO greeting and the room was not ready even its already 4:10pm… and all the mood was ruin until i am mad and ask to meet the manager incharge and still no result, until the room ready. Good things the pool is huge and nice, the FB okelah.. i ordered the burger was nice presentation So sad to have the heritage hotel but with whatever reason to make the 1st impression is the key and face… they try to fix by giving a cake.. good but some guest dont need that… the manager incharge doesn’t even say sorry or something until i almost check out… so lame… Rajab

They play dangdut in sunday morning, they're so loud that i cant even rest properly during my stay, plus the music they play isnt the good one (not the music genre but the sound quality, the bass is too boomy that the mid and high cant be heard clearly). Great hotel, we planned to stay for 2 days in this hotel and going to move others but at last day, we decided to extend because my parents fall in love with this hotel and has big disc from Agoda.The room is spacious and well maintained, has connecting door to other room. The breakfast has some choices but not like 5 stars. The swimming pool is huge, we love the jacuzzi, it's like private pool with hot water. The cons from the hotel is only the location a bit far from the city centre so we need to drive to find the local culinaries.

The rooms is good, the location is perfect for me because in front of the hotel you can buy various foods ( especially in the morning, you can find nasi liwet, bubur / sego gudeg, cabuk rambak, dll ). The price is affordable because it has swimming pool, sauna, and gym ( especially when you book through hotel aplication on a sale time.

We stayed here only 1 night on our way back from Bali to have a rest. Only one thing good, the location is close to the toll road. We took 2 rooms for 4 person, my room is not acceptable, the wall paper is ruined, stains on the couch and sheet. Standard breakfast. They couldn't give us a spare key card which is difficult to leave the room separately. Actually the hotel garden and swimming pool is nice.
