Beautifully restored colonial-era Javanese house, established c. 1850. Located at an alley at the heritage site Laweyan Batik Village on the midwest part of the city, it is a quiet and peaceful home surrounded with fresh plants and bird chirps. Its very spacious porch and living room are very suitable for quality time with family as well as for me-time while reading or writing. The host is very friendly and helpful, providing bicycles for the guests as well as hearty breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay here with my family.

There are 3 rooms (1 bathroom inside, 2 bathrooms outside), the price includes breakfast, if you bring a car you can leave it on the side of the road, if you bring a motorbike you can take it into the yard. Lots of antiques so be careful if you bring children (they are prone to breaking), the atmosphere is warm and beautiful. Clean and comfortable

Probably one of the most authentically restored colonial houses we've ever stayed in. The attention to details is second to none. Highly recommended!

Hidden between small streets, it is really a gem. Everything is preserved perfectly. Good service, good breakfast with local culinary in the menu.
