This is a legit family business. Straightforward and super easy to work with. They have a range of bikes to choose from with daily, weekly and monthly pricing. The bike I used was very well maintained and cruised along the roads smoothly. You can ask them for suggestions or thoughts before renting as well. Great service! A fairly large selection of motorcycles from small to more powerful for long trips. I rented a motorcycle for two months, the bike was in good condition, almost new, no problems from the lessor. The owners of the service are very responsive, and kindly if there is any problem, they are always in touch. Speak English. The rental deposit is quite affordable, without a passport deposit (what a very important). I highly recommend X-Moto rentals place! Will come again)

A great place to rent a scooter from! I rented a larger bike to take to the National Park for 6 days, and it was clean and had a full tank of petrol when I came to collect it. The owners even helped me load my large bag onto the back of the bike, with bungee cords to keep it in place, and also allowed me to keep some items with them, which I collected when I returned the bike. I was given a brand new full helmet (with visor) and a phone holder as well, which made my journeys very comfortable and safe. A 2000 baht deposit was required, and a photocopy of my passport - which meant I could keep my passport with me, which is definitely preferred. When I returned the bike, the owners even gave me a lift back to my hostel, as it was raining, which was a lovely gesture! An amazing experience renting here, clear and fast responses to WhatsApp, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers!

Wow, what a fantastic find! Such genuine and honest people. They have a range of bikes, from fully automatic scooters to manual motorbikes. I took a Honda Click as this is perfect to mooch around the city. It was in excellent condition and even came with a full tank of petrol. So friendly and nice people to deal with. They also have a decent selection of helmets that are in good condition. If you're in Surat Thani, this is the best, if not the only place you should consider renting a motorbike from.

Such a good experience! We rented a slightly more powerful scooter and took a VERY long roadtrip for a week down to Songkhla and back. The bike was freshly washed when we got it and drove like an absolute dream; super quiet and buttery smooth with lots of power. We appreciated the bigger fuel tank and storage box so much. The owner, X, is super friendly and speaks excellent English. The cherry on top is he gave the bike to us with a FULL tank of fuel, which is definitely not the norm in Thailand. He also told us if we needed to shorten our trip unexpectedly, he would refund us the cost of the unused days (also not the norm here). Great experience; totally recommend this little shop.
