Doctor's service is excellent. Poor communication and coordination by Nurse staff. Handling of Operated babies by Nurse staff need to be improve.

No parking..no seating arrangement for visiters..doctor's service is nice but staff is not good...

My daughter who is only 8 months was admitted to the Apple hospital for spinal cord surgery. We were advised to admit our daughter to the Apple Hospital by Pediatric Surgeon Dr. Aroon Trivedi while he was a visiting doc at Vapi 21st century. We as parents were completely scared as our 8 months daughter was about to undergo a very difficult and complicated surgery. We come from Palghar, Maharashtra so we had zero contacts in Surat but the Staff was very help especially Mr. Aarif Shaikh. He personally helped us with all the finances stays and earliest responses on our queries. Even the ground staff, nurses and doctors all were very amicable. The hospital is very hygienic. We stayed their for 8 days and trust me from morning to night the cleaning staff cleans the ward at the very least 10 times a day. On every call the masis and the nurses use to come and attend us. Even the top doctors do not show any kind of attitude and they answer all your queries even the silliest ones with equal interest and patience. Truly the best hospital ever. I dont wish any one to want to get admitted to any hospital but if in Surat and if in need be please do visit for all your illness to Apple hospital. They treat you like their own.

Multispeciality Hospital , Health Service is very Excellent

Very pathetic hospital. They are just busy in making business 💰 even surgery cost is decided based on which room you select (General, twin share, AC, Special, deluxe etc.) So base on your choice same surgery will cost you range in 20,000 to 80,000. Also they are watching you how you dressed and which phone you carry based on that final price decided. All the staff will talk in code word category of 1,2,3 or 4. Please don't plan any hospitalization here. If you plan then ready for pathetic service of there staff. Staff is even very rude. Most pathetic and horrible section is Billing. Working like traffic police will charge you like anything. Very bed experience.

Today I admit my baby girl Tnishka bagade here for surgery and they are giving me 100000rs estimate for it. I told him that I am ready to pay. And I admitted my girl here . After that my cousin came to meet me . But the staff nurse's behaviour are very bad. And the security staff is also not good... Very third class service.... The staff are very bad... Not cooperating with patients and their relatives... It was a very bad experience .. 😕😔 I will never come this hospital again ... Not suggesting to others ....

Compeletely tried to cheat patient. I reached hospital and talking normally. In night medical officer checking the limits of mediclaim before treatment . Doctor recommand me to admin in ICU. I faced shameful response and leave hospital immediately and admin in other hospital. Openly doing patient brainwash. Never recommand this hospital. Compeletely shameful.

On 24th February 2021 Arun Trivedi operated on my 5 year old daughter and the spread of hearchprung disease went away, the second operation was done on 16th March 2021 at Shraddha hospital where he did colostomy operation and we were told if this operation was done due to leakage. came we said ok man it can spread but after that we came back for colostomy colse on 20th november since then he asked us to take many treatments, gave us wash many times after taking all reports in shraddha in apple we met him in march he said Everything is ok now we will close the colostomy but even after that they didn't do the operation and said I won't do it alone I need a doctors. Then they sent us to siddha hospital to talk to the doctor then told me the name of the 3 doctors I will do the operation with one of them but our job is to tell those doctor people that you can say what you want to say, what we know is that in the end they didn't do the operation. I had to do an operation from another and this Arun Trivedi is not even asked to work with another doctor. He knows where there are doctors who steal money in apple and if there is a mistake, he should have the power to correct it. . If we leave it like this, where will we go with the patient? Same same 👎

One of the worst services ever. As a doctor I can't even get connected to any other doctor in their hospital and they keep cutting calls. Worst experience ever.
