The park is the 2nd oldest park in surat city comes after Duch Garden. Previously there were good road but proper planning has been missing. Now a Days Garden are good well planned. There are lots of people do excercising, jogging and walking early in the morning. There are two separate section for exercise for men and women. The best time to visit the park is early morning 7:00am to 9:00am

I was been here to visit my friend and he took me there to visit Gandhi Baug. It was really nice maintained. There got a big lake and nice View Around the Place and Got lot more types of Trees and Plants around. Should Visit.

A good garden for walkers, joggers. There is a good playground for kids. There is a skating space made specially so good for skaters. A few fountains are there in the place which I don't know when works. People who want to exercise can come here the equipments are readily available for regular exercise. Many people from around come and sit in the garden just to pass time,mostly workers nearby. Bats surrounds at a few of the trees. The place is not much well maintained. Seems Not much cleaned.

A great place in city to just take a chill time out of our busy city life's. The atmosphere is great and chill. You can sit and pass time in nature. Best recommendation for time is evening as more family are there so you can have that warm family atmosphere and feel the togetherness. You can also take your dog or any pet with you and enjoy there company as well. Also restrooms are also available but kinda unhygienic so I will advise to take care of your business at home only and then come to the park.

Very clean garden. Ecology is also good. There are few slides for kid to play. But for jogging it's very nice.. It's area is also big.Also very nice environment.

beautiful garden maintenance by smc . very old place to visit in surat so many unwanted people, beggars here. surrounding approach roads are too noisy as metro work is in progress.

No cleanliness, many excercise machines are no proper making noise and broken also. The area for female excercise was so dirty the birds and bats shitss all over it. Dogs roaming around. Entrance lane smelling like hell because of birds and bats shitss. Municipal should hv to do something.

Overall it is good. Especially the environment in morning and evenings is adorable. But I think they should work on for maintaining its cleanliness, and I predict the work is going on. In a couple of months they have brought a lot of renovation to the park. One thing is very unique. Thrre used to be plethora of bats population here, although u didn't see them much in last visit. They have introduced a range of exercising equipments and devoted a special area as a children's zone. Henceforth, it's a kind and cool visit for Ur regular exercise and refreshment routine. The park has icecream parlor, and variety of food stalls, surrounding it.
