    The service we received from Erika, Tatiana and Camilla was fantastic, absolutely faultless. It is very hard to find a business offering such amazing customer service. Nothing was a problem and they went out of their way to help and make sure my ring fittings were accurate and other jewelry was appropriate. I am so happy with the quality and price of my new jewelry, this shop will definitely be my go to in future. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you Jennine and Graeme.

    Horrible experience definitely go to Robina or DFO before you go anywhere near this place. Staff and management rude and know very little about the product they sell. Had every intention to purchase a 4K watch today till the manager was rude abrupt and had no idea what she was saying. Not to mention admitting they don’t take as much care with the products because they’re an outlet. Brisbane DFO went above and beyond and happy to give them my money.

    I bought Christmas gifts from this shop. A lovely lady called Erica helped me. She was very polite and got me a new one from the back before I asked for it, and when she realised it was for a gift she did a white out to hide the price sticker. I appreciate her kindness. Thank you Erica.

    The old lady working in shop was very rude as we enter, the first question she asked was are you here to shop or just here for window shop with intimidating tone and if you wanna spend, how much you wanna spend? Still we spent couple hundred bucks but was not happy at all with the service. No one has to go through with such racial profiling.
