    I can't believe this kind of people exist in this country I bought the tissot watch and after 5 watch became faulty and their horrible customer served lied to me all the time watch should send back to Switzerland to fix and after 15 win and contacted them 9 times the finally back to me pay us $150 we can send to Switzerland Can you beloved the big company lied for 14 weeks that reason take time to fix your watch because watch sent to Switzerland but during all this time watch never sent and seat in there office for 14 weeks And all the time I was calling they lied to me And after deal with that shop for almost 4 years to support local businesses the only time I had issue their poor customer service rejected and played with me for long time and finally after 14 weeks they said you can have your faulty watch back or pay us $150 and wait another 14 weeks how 1 years warranty works that small.watch should stay with them for more than 6 months This is unbelievable they way treats customers just stay away from this people Questions is why $1800 watch should lose crown easily and get faulty and not tissot or wallace bishop respond so they just get your money after you deal.with zero customer service one of the lady with black hair was so rude when I told her afrw weeks finally is any news from my watch he rejected me and said no I don't know leave your number they call you I said I call them 7 times already she said you nit happy go complain to fair trading As I am going to do from today hopefully they help me

    I spent $900 on a sentimental ring for my husband as I have metestatic cancer. I bought it at Wallace Bishop Pacific Fair. Two weeks after Christmas, the centre patterned piece of the ring broke off. Went in, they said they'll send it away and they'll most likely replace the ring as it should not have broken like that. It got caught on a towel, wrecked the towel and the ring. A week and a half later, my husband gets a call saying that they were sending it off to the manufacturer to see whether it can be fixed under warranty. How on earth could this possibly be our fault? The ring was worn in the usual manner, not doing anything out of the ordinary. This has caused me no end of stress and sadness. This ring has 3 diamonds to represent our 3 kids and the yellow and white gold entwined to symbolise our love. Now there is a question mark about whether it will even be fixed by Wallace Bishop.They say we have to wait 6 weeks to find out.This is unacceptable. RESPONSE TO OWNER: After escalating my complaint, I have to say that my matter is fully resolved by Wallace Bishop. They have replaced our ring and in a timely manner. These things do happen and it is refreshing to see that their upper management take complaints seriously and work hard to put things right, though the initial staff we dealt with need some more training in customer service. But after all that, it's a gorgeous ring. Let's hope this ring lasts!

    Return warranty repair, i heard all the reasons why my apparent pressure tested Seiko watch was getting moisture in it. Apparently my hot showers had deteriorated the seals? It's been summer in QLD, and i have only had 10 warm showers over the past three months, in which i think I wore my watch once . My 100m water resistant watch doesn't like a warm shower? I'm waiting results of inspection. UPDATE So after an extended delay in getting back to me, Wallace Bishop technician got me on a day that I lacked patience as was too busy. He claimed that there was a large crack in the crown and was surprised I hadn't seen it. It will take 6 weeks and cost $130. This should have been a warranty repair and it was now costing me $130. I couldn't find the receipt from the service request so I just agreed. I just found the receipt and no note about a cracked bezel. Posted photo of receipt I bet it won't make it to website. You have lost a loyal customer Wallace Bishop!

    What a hopeless store. Went in to buy a watch. Staff couldn’t be less interested. When we finally got someone’s attention, they took us outside the store to look in the window. Hopeless. $3000 watch sale down the drain. Do your research and buy it online.

    Worst experience, worst customer service. Team lied to me about my watch warranty. Paid more than $2000 for my Omega watch. Kept my watch for more than 3 months ,keep saying to me that they have sent to Switzerland to fix but now they told me I have to pay for it to be sent away. Now I don't know where they keep my watch as staff won't be able to tell me which store in Brisbane have it.

    I went into Wallace bishop last week to buy a jewellery box for my daughters birthday. I was served by a lady called rae. She was very helpful and caring as i am elderly. A lovely experience.

    The customer service at Wallace Bishop in Pacific Fair is excellent. They were incredibly helpful to me with a matter and went above and beyond to remedy. I highly recommend dealing with them if you are buying something special.

    Had a fantastic experience at pacific fair today, i was served by Simone and wanted to buy a casio watch. She was so lovely and helpful. Needless to say i bought the watch. Will definitely shop at Wallace bishop again

    The staff couldn't care less if I buy a wedding band or not. They are extremely bored and have 0 knowledge about their products. Can't answer basic questions and the answer is always: "I don't know". When I tried on the ring they just stayed there quietly staring at me-didn't try to sell it at all. Very unfriendly environment. Buying a wedding band should be an exciting experience you will remember for life but mine wasn't like that at all. They don't care if something is sold or not especially if the value of the ring I'm looking for is JUST $2000. I bought a ring in the shop right next door in different retailer with a lovely staff member.

    Shocking. Brenda is very rude, they all have no idea what they’re doing. Bought a $3700 bracelet after the $2500 one broke 5 times.. And they’re being rude and making excuses after then 3k one also broke.. don’t you think we are the ones that should be upset? DO NOT SHOP HERE. Save yourself money and a massive headache 🤕….
