Have been a customer here for years, this is because unlike various jewellery stores such as MHJ they are more trustworthy. Also you get what you pay for. The staff are well trained & easy to negotiate with. I recommend putting your jewellery in on loan as you get a fair rate unlike at "cash converters". The sales on their jewellery is much better than at the other "jewellery stores" too. Best place to shop sell or loan either way! The staff are respectful & supportive of regular customers such as myself as well as others in the community.

Not an expert on jewellery and wanted to sell some items as we have no family to hand them down to. We selected this business as one of our options based on Google reviews.The shop is well run and has a nice "feel". The owner is very professional and appears very knowledgeable. He clearly explained how he arrived at the prices offered for each piece. Not real big on bargaining but that's probably because the original figure is fair and he doesn't build in much fat for the bargaining process. Our general impression is that this business has knowledge and integrity and we were very happy with our dealings with them. We would definitely return. Recommended.

All good, I had bought jewelries here and will buy more in the future if money is available and no worries. Oh! I forgot I have a lay by beautiful ruby , i got it when there was 70% off promo. They gave me discounts if I ask which I often do when I buy jewelries. There are heaps of beautiful stuff, i like antique products, unique and classy. You can bring to them your broken or unwanted jewelries for money. You can pawn your jewelries too and if you are a good customer, they’ll give you low interest. The owner and the staff are friendly and will help you what you need. If you have problems with the jewelries you got from them, just go back and tell them, they are willing to help when you are not happy. All the best. Thumbs up.

Holidaying on the Gold Coast and shopping in Southport I came across this small jewellery store that happened to be having a massive sale. Not really intending to buy but happy to look. Marius was so friendly and helpful I ended up purchasing a lovely ring after trying many on! The customer service was 10/10 , a valuation certificate given and the ring cleaned for me ( didn’t look like it needed it). Nice to see great customer service still exists and Kate was also very helpful and friendly. Thanks once again.
