Very lucky to even get one star from me. The lady at the counter was so rude and didint offer any help when redeeming go cards. She gave very rude body language and smart remarks to me. Both the male and female workers were so rude and i will never be going back to this horrible place

I visited the store because there are only a few stores in the Gold Coast where you can return a go card. But a store clerk told me the internet problem, I doubt whether this is true due to the reviews tell us the truth. Anyway, they didn’t try it anymore. Very helpful in explaining how to get around Gold Coast via public transport and setting the family up with the public transport cards

We had refunded our go cards here, the shopkeeper Averill was extremely helpful and nice, we had a negative balance on our cards, and it was required to top up $5 (the minimum) first before getting it refunded, and the $5 together with the deposit was refunded back, all completed within moments, thanks to this shop's help. Excellent attitude .

Located next to Coles you can get everything you need in one place :) As it's within the shopping centre you have access to underground car parking, disabled toilets and the shopping centre is disability friendly. I live in Surfers Paradise and my mum and I go to this store regularly. Staff are so helpful and friendly and make you feel welcome and that your custom is appreciated. Good service always.

Thank you News Xpress Surfers Paradise! I made an online order with them for some toys for my daughter. One of the small items I ordered was out of stock. Not only did they email me about it in advance and replace the missing item (which I thought was extraordinarily considerate ) they also went above and beyond by writing a hand written note and adding a bonus item.
