The guy working at night was rude. It did not seem like he wanted to work. He did not even bother to close the sandwich properly and now I have all my sauce outside. Did not even provide a napkin. Worst subway service I have ever seen.

Absolute worst service and disrespect I have ever gotten. I got served by Amole. Or however you spell the name. And she was very rude to deal with. Wouldn’t take my order. And said that she is close at 3AM when they stay open till 4. Because she doesn’t get paid after 4 to clean. I would never recommend getting customer service by her. 0/10

I orderer a salad. I wanted just tuna, lettuce, green peppers cucumbers and onions. After she put just a very tiny amount I asked for her to put more. She said I am already over my limit of 3 cucumbers on a salad. Dear Subway Corporation: This marks the last time I will ever shop at subway. If there are limits to veggies, when never has been, I will buy my own and make it for 1/4 the cost. I get it if someone orders a ridiculous amount, but this was ridiculous.As you can see from the photos... this is one small 11$ salad.

Solid service. My rice bowl was decently assembled meeting my expectations. Portion was nice and nothing missed. Parking at this location could get tricky due to large traffic but most of times, it is not too hard to find a parking. Overall, this is a decent place for Subway sandwiches and salad.

Very poor customer service. The lady did not acknowledge us at all and made us wait for about 5 minutes while she chit chatted on the phone. She continued to chat on the phone while made the sandwiches. And had as little enthusiasm as one could possibly have.

I’m happy that I can grab a bowl so late at night, they work till 4 am. That’s great. Steak n avocado was good .

The girl that worked at 5pm on Thursday august 24th - is amazing, very kind person. Didn’t get her name! But she deserves a raise.

Staff is rude and put nothing in the sub. Poor quality. Veggies were not fresh.

Best subway in Surrey! Staff are always super nice, quality of food is good and store is always clean. Thank you especially to the staff who work overnight- its a hard job and I appreciate being able to grab a quick dinner even at midnight.

Worst place to order. I just ordered half an hour ago veggie delite salad. The veggies was not according to my order. It was all mess up. When I call them and ask, the girl named Anmol told me I make it properly. She was literally lying to me by saying I added veggies which u mentioned but it was not. If u don’t like ur job just leave it. Don’t waste other’s money.
