The
management
team
was
very
quick
to
contact
me
after
this
review
and
not
only
offered
me
a
free
meal,
but
also
made
sure
to
note
that
they
would
review
my
experience
with
the
staff
as
a
training
opportunity.
I’m
very
happy
with
this
result
as
all
I
want
is
to
be
able
to
return
to
my
favourite
Poke
restaurant
time
and
time
again
without
any
issues.
I’ll
start
by
saying
I’ve
had
countless
great
experiences
here
and
I
genuinely
love
this
place
and
their
food
quality.
Truly,
I
never
like
to
leave
bad
reviews
and
it’s
clear
to
me
that
Steve’s
has
a
great
reputation
and
I
would
never
leave
a
bad
review
after
only
one
bad
experience
because
I
believe
that
human
error
exists
and
doesn’t
represent
the
entire
establishment.
However,
I’ve
now
had
two
bad
experiences
here
that
haven’t
been
reprimanded
and
hopefully
by
leaving
this
review,
there
is
some
room
for
improvement
and
an
opportunity
to
better
train
staff
to
make
sure
orders
come
out
perfectly.
Last
time
I
ordered
here,
my
entire
bowl
came
without
any
of
the
sauces
I
asked
for
and
I
asked
for
4.
I
know
for
sure
I
asked
for
them
because
I
used
a
food
ordering
app
which
shows
me
clearly
what
was
requested
in
my
order.
This
was
pretty
disappointing
because
I
had
no
similar
sauce
or
any
sauce
for
that
matter
at
home
so
the
meal
became
dry
and
inedible.
I
never
bothered
to
mention
it
because,
like
I
said
it’s
just
one
mistake.

down
the
drain
but
what
can
ya
do?
Tonight
I
was
really
craving
Steve’s
again
so
I
decided
to
give
them
another
try.
I
always
order
the
exact
same
thing,
BYOB
with
added
avocado
which
costs
$3.50
extra
but
soooo
worth
it.
The
avocado
I
received
was
clearly
very
unripe,
so
much
so
that
I
could
tell
just
by
looking
at
the
bottom
side
of
it
and
the
staff
obviously
weren’t
able
to
cut
through
it.
I
think
it’s
really
unfortunate
that
they
would
risk
giving
someone
a
bad
experience
instead
of
just
calling
and
letting
me
know
they
don’t
have
a
good
avocado
so
I
can
get
my
money
back.
Now,
both
of
these
experiences
were
not
from
ordering
inside
the
restaurant
so
maybe
if
I
had
been
there
I
could
have
watched
the
mistakes
being
made
and
stopped
them
but
that
doesn’t
say
much
about
the
quality
of
their
service…
That
being
said,
one
particular
staff
member
when
I
do
go
pick
up
in
person
is
always
extremely
thorough,
helpful
and
very
friendly
and
he
certainly
deserves
a
raise
for
how
well
he
does
his
job.
But
I
can’t
say
the
same
for
the
others
after
these
experiences.
I
don’t
even
care
about
the
money
wasted.
I
just
wanted
some
enjoyable
meals.
