Love staying here when I come to town. It's reasonable, and very nice rooms, staff is always helpful, and the location is perfect for me. The king suite is the best with a jacuzzi tub when I want to spoil myself. The breakfast is amazing, they have whatever you like.

This was one of the nicest hotels I've had the pleasure of staying in. It was very clean and all the fixtures and amenities were modern, the staff was friendly and always available, and the morning breakfast was delicious and had a tremendous amount of options. A little ways out from Surrey central if that's where you'll be spending your time but not too far out. I stayed here for a holiday weekend and it was excellent. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

We were visiting Surrey from Edmonton and got chance to stay in this hotel. The staff, food and room’s everything was so great. Specially the front desk person Vivek was so nice and cooperative and took really good care of us. I suggest everyone to stay here and take benefits of this hotel’s excellent service!

Was a nice hotel they had some water damage that was being dealt with, so the sound of fans was there not terribly invasive. The room was clean and well laid out. Breakfast was great. Service at reception was amazing.

The hotel is very clean (new like) and quiet. The beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is accommodating and friendly. The breakfast has a lot of options, both hot and cold. I would highly recommend Holiday Inn Express.

Enjoying my husband and I stay here! Eventhough its raining outside, the cozy feeling inside the room and the peaceful ambiance of the hotel makes us just want to stay inside.

I liked some of the eco features, reduced laundry. I noticed, though, that the sign that suggested to only wash the sheets when necessary listed the water and detergent use that would be saved, and left out the energy... I know I'm a nerd, but this was a glaring omission that I found interesting and telling. Energy is the biggie. And there no signs for reducing energy (Eg. Thermostat lowering, shorter showers). Our planet is in trouble.

When we entered our room, we found that the garbage can had been knocked over, and one of the beds was missing. We contacted the front desk about the missing bed. They said they couldn't do anything about it because the rooms were all booked. The drainage system in the bath was absolutely terrible. When you tried to shower, the bathtub would just start filling up instead of draining properly LIKE IT SHOULD. The bathtub drains at about the same speed as it would if the bath plug was closed. The pool in the basement was not much better. It smelled like the pool was half water and half fresh urine. The hot tub was broken and about the same temperature as the main pool. Also, the shower you were greeted with upon entry to the pool room had only one temperature: EXTREMELY FRICKING HOT! The insides of the elevators were vandalized, removing essential words from warning signs. And the beans from the continental breakfast tasted like sauerkraut. Terrible experience. Would not recommend.

Holiday Inn Express had clean rooms. We were in the one bedroom suite right beside the elevator but it was still quiet. The pool was back in order, and my family enjoyed the swim. We payed $360.18 per night in July.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel… absolutely loved the modern interior. It was really quiet, clean and we had a very nice 2 days stay. Front desk working nights on 26 and 27th was extremely polite and helpful. We will definitely recommend this hotel and would be back here.

Excellent place to stay. Staff was wonderful and attentive when asked for fresh towels and extra pillow. Facility is clean and the breakfast is superb. The air freshener they use throughout smells good but is a bit overpowering. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Rooms where clean and smelled nice. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional and lots to chose from for every appetite. My only complaint would be that the rooms are not sound proof and we could hear everything our neighbors were doing, and anyone talking and walking down the hallway.

Great experience here, i stayed in the king suite that has a jacuzzi tub. The room is super big and clean and the tub is so relaxing. They also have a breakfast in the morning and they provide lots of choices and options for what you may want. Very clean the staff are friendly and eager to help with anything you may need

Excellent team at the property, congratulation to GM and his team , very friendly staff , smiling and helpful all day and night. Awesome customer service. We stayed for a week and we had great stay at the hotel, very nice room set up and clean room, spotless bathroom and plenty of towels and comfortable bedding. Daily breakfast was fabulous and many choices, much better than downtown Vancouver hotels. Many sightseeing spots, parks and shopping mall close to the property. Keep up the excellent team work.

Breakfast was sweet. A pool 3 blocks away you csn use and be reimbursed for. One issue was ghe fire alarm at 6.30 one a.m. but that was just part of the adventure. 😏

Loved our stay here. It was close to everything. The hotel pool/gym is currently under construction so they reimburse you to go to the recreation center which was awesome. The daily breakfast includes: baked beans, fresh pancakes, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, Turkey and pork sausage, several cereals, juices, fruits, yogurts, toast/muffins, oatmeal, etc. The staff are alllll soooo friendly and awesome workers. The hotel is super clean and quiet. My mom and I really appreciated the full bottle size dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and lotion. I would 100% recommend this place. They even let us check in a few hours early! Thank you!!!

Unfriendly & rude hotel staff (front desk). We stayed at this hotel 4 nights for a vacation in July 2022 to visit B.C. I parked in a spot closest to the main entrance to register. As soon as I stepped out of the car, a staff woman caucasian smoking outside the main entrance loudly said "that spot is reserved for the staff!!" What a greeting! I guess this property provides priority for their staff & not their guest. I got into the elevator & when I exited the elevator there wasnt any room sign. So I looked to the left & the room number sign was on the left corridor wall. It printed an arrow pointing a direction Rooms 200 to 220 sometging like that. I walked to that hallway and followed the direction. Guess what, there were 3 rooms in the corner. Dead end. Very funny. So I have to find the right corridor to find my room. Upon entering our room it smelled so bad . Bad odor. The room was very clean but the smell was disgusting. The hotel guest were 80% people from India. I then realized that Surrey is a community dominated by families from India. And I almost missed writing this one, I asked one morning for fresh towels from an Indian housekeeper. She said I am out of fresh towels as she have to refresh two checked out rooms. She said I will come knocked on your door when I have your fresh bath towels. More than one hour passed, no knock no towels. I went down to the front desk to get it. Bad hotel experience from my end being an IHG member.

Stayed for a few nights and it was a bit disappointing. During my stay the pool was unavailable which was already sad but we walked in accepting the fact renovations happen. However, having no water for most of one day was very inconvenient and had to go somewhere else to be able to use the washroom without having to do it manually. I really wish I was notified of this ahead of time or was compensated in anyway. I did not pay that much money to manually flush my own toilet and worry about when to shower before the water cut off. Other than a sad and inconvenient stay, I was really happy with the customer service. Service was really friendly and helpful, however, it could’ve been better.

Front Desk staffs, housekeeping & breakfast bar hosts are awesome people. Courteous smiling and friendly. Breakfast is great. I highly recommend this place to stay if ever your at the Surrey area. I will stay at this property again if given another opportunity.

Wonderful time at hotel over a Saturday night. We were able to arrange for a group stay while our daughter's hockey team was in Canada playing a Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning game. Booking and contact with sales was easy and straightforward. Check-in went smooth with the two front desk agents taking 16 parties all showing up at the same time. Hotel was clean and worked well for our team. Saturday night we were able to use a room to have a team holiday celebration. Sunday morning breakfast was good for the girls to recharge and fuel up before their morning game. Great stay for all of us. Thanks and keep up good work.
