Got glasses from the surrey place mall they screwed up the lenses by making everything zoomed in by x50 and made depth perception way off told me to wait a week for eyes to adjust never had to do that before they fixed the problem and now i have scratches on lenses even after getting the scratch resistant lenses and i only use the cloth that they pervide to clean. Will never go back and will never recommend

Horrible location. Have inexperienced people working there who couldn’t even take an order for contacts and when I did try to call someone back who was “experienced “ they told me that my prescription had expired because it was just past the one year mark. I never heard of prescriptions lasting only one year anywhere else so I called the other location in delta and they said their practise was 2 years for eye exam prescription. The location at surrey central just wanted more money for the eye exam since they knew I was need of ordering some contacts. Never dealing with the surrey central location again but two other Image optometry locations have been great to deal with

I made a complaint about this store because the owner was rude to me and she decided to make it her mission in life to get me banned from all the Image optometry locations. I went to get some information from a different location and was informed that I was "not able to do business with them" because of some "incident". Just look at the responses to criticism here. It's unprofessional and extremely rude. I can't even remember what it was that I did to offend you, but I'm sure it was so serious that I needed to be banned, lol! You did me a favor though to be honest. Hope you feel better soon! Please, if you're considering using this location; Read the reviews that are posted once you sort them to read the negative reviews first. Pay attention to what the majority of people are saying, because it's true. There are better locations of image optometry, if you must use this chain but I would suggest checking a different company out for sure!

The staffs were friendly and welcoming but we had to wait for 50 minutes for our appointment. This was unexceptionable. If the optometrist cannot see the patient then they shouldn’t give any appointments to anyone. It’s a lot of time wasted just to get an eye check. I would not recommend anyone to this location.

I recently had my eye exam books with Image Optometry and I must say from when you walk walking you get greeted with a Hello and a very positive vibe hands down I highly recommend what is optometry clinic I'm a very picky customer but my new optometrist was very helpful and informative understanding hands down the best

I felt comfortable, the technician Sherwin was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind. I'm sure all the technicians will be the same. My family and I have visited Image Optometry for many years. This location always offers exceptional customer service provided by a very friendly and welcoming staff. We have alway left with a positive experience and alway feel very well taken care of. The staff is very knowledgeable and always do their best to answer all of your questions. I did an eye exam at the Guildford Specsavers but ordered my glasses at the Central City branch. When the glasses arrived, I tested them for a couple of days and they gave me a bad headache. I took the glasses to this store to get it checked. They took the time to redo my eye exam and corrected my prescription for me. Then they reordered the glasses with the new prescription and now I’m very happy with them. Amazing customer service! Thank you!

The cost of frames is affordable. The Dr giving the eye exam gave a good experience. They direct bill your insurance, however you have to pay the difference upfront before they send your prescription to the lab. I have been wearing glasses for over 15 years and have always been able to pay the difference when I pick up the glasses. The Manager does not seem to trust his customers as he would not let you pay on pick up.

The best part is the staff follows and maintains Covid guidelines pretty strictly. Now the main part it has a good ,well knowledgeble optometrist and staff. They conduct all eye tests and offers plenty of options to select w. R. T frames and lenses ,leveraged with on-time delivery of glasses makes a customer happy. They talk with a smile on face and I know it's tough to maintain it because of nature of job and 7-8 hours a day everyday . You guys doing good job keep it up and stay safe guys.

Dr. Mannie Dhillon is an awesome doctor and always a pleasure to deal with. She is so good with kids that my daughter felt comfortable and at ease while getting her eyes checked. She went the extra mile to double triple check the fit of my contacts and go through eyeglass recommendations for me based on my job. I felt well taken care of and not rushed. I would recommend her to work everyone.

I went to Image Optometry in Surrey Central Mall to look for some shades. I must have spent an hour going through tons of glasses but the staff was very professional and patient with me. I found a Versace pair I liked and they were very reasonably priced compared to some of the other places I had been to. I will be recommending you to my family and friends! Specsavers really do save you money. I was looking at glasses from Pearle Vision in this same mall, and the prices for their glasses are much, much higher. Specsavers has a nice selection which seem to be good quality (enough for my tastes) with unbeatable prices. They offer all the upgrades to eyewear that other stores do, also for much cheaper. Clean store and helpful staff. I recommend talking to Iyonna, as she is very thorough, knowledgeable, efficient, honest and my overall impression of her is that she's a great person.

(More recent visit Experience update) After 7 month of first visit, i visited there again and the service was awesome. I had a serious issue in one of my eyes and got here after I got some primary suggestions from Surrey Primary and Urgent Care Center. The front office people and the doctor are super nice. I am grateful for the treatment and service I got here as it was little but false diagnosed as a viral eye condition in urgent care hospital. So I suffered 4 days! I should have went to an eye doctor as a first thing. Moreover, the exam at Specsaver was recommended and required by doctor so it was insured! They also helped to get the specialist appointment which is hard to get. Will highly recommend their service to others. (Older review) The experience was very good, from reception point to eye exams, everyone was very helpful. The best thing is they bill the insurance provider directly. Frames are pretty expensive but I got a decent offer.

Since my first contact with Specsavers, the experience has been excellent. First when I quickly scheduled an appointment online for the same date, then the attendants were friendly, the doctor was patient and kind, and the price was better than any other place. The 2-for-1 offer was just the icing on the cake.

Was recommended to come here after my glasses broke, and I desperately needed a replacement due to being severely nearsighted. I have to say the place really lives up to its name! You can get affordable yet quality glasses here, regardless of the different price ranges as there are various available discounts to fit your needs. The pricing guide is super transparent and easy to navigate so you know well in advance what it will cost depending on your needs/preferences. And if your insurance has coverage for eye exams and prescription eyewear, Specsavers does accept this. I of course was a HUGE fan of the deal to get two glasses for the price of one (lens extras not included in this discount), not wanting to end up in this situation again of being stuck without eyesight after a mishap. As they do eye exams/checkups on site (and a pretty comprehensive one at that), if you need a new prescription you can get one right here. I was attended by Dr. Dhillion who was excellent, and according to my wife who accompanied me this doctor was being super thorough and checking lots to make sure I would have the ideal prescription. She was also very knowledgeable on concerns about my condition and I really felt that I was in great hands 😊 After I was done with my eye exams, Sara assisted me in ordering my new glasses. She was AMAZING. Patient, answering all my (meticulous) questions, making sure I knew my options, and focusing on what would be ideal for me rather than trying to sell me more (i.e. when I was informed photochromic and the highest-index lenses were mutually exclusive, her idea to have only one photochromic pair was actually more affordable than my choice to have two photochromic ones anyway). Also she was just really sweet and welcoming and was appreciative of my excitement for my new glasses 😄 When your glasses are finally ready for pickup they come with their case and cleaning cloth as expected, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they also include a lens cleaning spray! So anyway I'm very relieved and thankful I can see again 😅 And having reliable people here I really have no worries that I can approach them if I ever need any help with my glasses. In short, this is an affordable store with very complete service. Comprehensive eye exam, and great value whether you want the most basic glasses or always need several add-ons. Great transparency too in their pricing, knowing your options, and the way you are treated 👍

Several weeks ago I went in to get sunglasses, I chose some I liked, wasn't sure if they were part of the 2 for 1 deal, but it didn't really matter because I didn't need 2 pairs. They have other offerings as well, I chose to get polarized lenses and WOW! It was such a good decision. And as a bonus they bill insurance right away. I was told it would be about 2 weeks for them to be ready and in about a week and a half I received a text message that they were ready. When I went to pick them up I was given a coupon for $100 off a new pair of glasses, but I don't need new glasses, but I can't resist a good offer, so I came back when I had more time to choose some frames and this time I took advantage of the 2 for 1 offer and that was an easy process. Again a week and half later I had a phone call saying they were ready, in my 4 visits to the store I've dealt with 3 different employees all pleasant and professional. I'll be back.

I appreciate a reminder from Specsavers at Central City that my annual eye exam is due. I have been a patient of Dr. Dhillon, the Optometrist, for several years now. I am very happy to be under her care as she closely monitors the changes of my eye health, the progression of the cataract and most importantly the effect of my diabetic conditions on my eyes. When it comes to getting eye glasses, Specsavers offer affordable eye glasses and a reasonable selection of frames.The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I ordered eye glasses from them again…very well priced!

I was so pleased with how helpful the staff were and with the eye measurement procedure to ensure that the lense fit was good. I have numerous eye issues and require prism in my lenses and for the first time the lenses felt perfect. No pulling or discomfort. I am so happy my Son recommended that I try you out. The Central City Specsavers experience was excellent. Unfortunately, not so much with the Delta B.C. location. Alma, the staff at Central City Specsavers, greeted us immediately in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner. She did a great job locating the style of frames we were looking for. She was efficient and thorough and worked with us to navigate the insurance coverage. On a couple of occasions, and in Alma's absence, Angela was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The two staff were patient and supportive when an error occurred on my insurance. Your prices and eyewear packages are exceptional. I would definitely recommend Specsavers.

Visited the store at Surrey Central. The customer service was good. Very well organized and friendly staff. Thank you Gulshah for explaining all the offers and answering all our questions. Got 2 pairs of spectacles and the quality is satisfactory. My only suggestion is to increase the collection in all the price ranges so that we can have many more designs to choose from.

Doctor was very nice and helpful. However I've never had to book seperate for contact prescription. I been wearing contacts and glasses for almost 30 years and to be told it's standard is not true. At least it has never been the case for me always been supplied both. Turned a pleasant experience into a cash grab.

I received my glasses with an anti scratch coating under warranty with frames for less than $120.00. I will definitely be suggesting image optometry to anyone who asks advice on where to get their glasses.

MOBEY GRAB would not recommend. The doctor was completely helpful but paying up front for eye exam to be told it only applies to glasses and have to pay further for contact fitting prescription. I had received an eye exam promotion they had with frames etc.. a few week later the frames cracked, I went to the store and was told that they won't replace them, they will have the mgr call me. The manager called and replaced them as he noticed there was no damage or scratches on the frame. A few months after that the frames cracked again in the exact same spot. Sukhi the manager said they won't replace it this time cause they replaced it once. It a defect or the lens is not the right size. How can frames crack at the exact same place twice. Worst customer service ever.

I came here last week, Dr dhillon was great and i would come back for an eye exam. I would never come back to buy any sort of glasses, The employees are not expierenced enough to handle basic adjusting needs. we had bought sunglasses from them and when we came to pick it up we noticed the arms were to far apart and bending like we had bought them years ago, they were so loose that they were falling off very easily , when we told her (lady working there) she bent the frame and told us that is what the glasses should look like.ive had glasses since 2005, and i told her that it shouldnt look like that at all, we got no apology she didnt acknwledge her mistake. I ended up having to go to a diffrent eye glasses store who had told me that the girl who did the adgusting did not know what she was doing. I will never come back here again and i really hope that lady starts doing her job better. thank you so much for ruining my glasses which costed me alot of money and thank you for argueing with customers because i guess that is what youre suppose to do. DO NOT BUY GLASSES HERE,OR YOULL BE VERY DISSAPOINTED! have a good day and fire your staff

They are helpful, meticulous and take the safety of their customers/staff seriously. The Groupon voucher is a good deal but might offer limited options on choosing a frame for your prescription glasses. But nevertheless, they are awesome!

The staff here is so friendly! I would definitely recommend coming here. The girl who was helping me was able to answer all my questions and was so patient with us, as me and my husband tried on a variety of sunglasses and glasses. She didn’t rush us even though it was late and past closing and definitely appreciate that. Was afraid about cleanliness due to the pandemic but the clinic was very organized and had several procedures in place to keep all areas sanitized as possible. Will definitely be visiting again in the future!

The sales staff and eye dr's were all great to deal with at this location. They were friendly and very helpful both times we went. The selection may not work for some (tons of plastic framed glasses but most the metal framed ones seemed flimsy to me) but for the amazing prices and the great service we can't really complain. All the glasses we ordered arrived within the week timeframe they told us they would so that was great!

Everytime I call or visit I’m absolutely so pleased with the customer service and kind helping nature of the staff!! I couldn’t quite find the location at first being here in BC only a year and the staff at the Surrey Central location were FANTASTIC. I’ll be returning in a few months to get my frames and I’m so absolutely looking foreword to the visit. Thanks again!! 10/10 would recommend and do!
