joined
FIT
Nation
in
April
2016,
and
it
was
one
of
the
best
decisions
I've
made
for
both
my
physical
health
and
mental
health!
Ben
and
Jas
are
honestly
the
most
amazing
trainers
anyone
could
ask
for!
They
work
with
you,
and
not
only
motivate
you
to
set
and
reach
goals,
but
help
you
smash
PRs
in
such
a
short
amount
of
time.
After
being
in
two
motor
vehicle
accidents
when
I
was
19,
I
gained
a
lot
of
weight,
and
thus,
began
a
journey
of
trying
to
lose
all
of
that
weight
while
juggling
university
fulltime
and
a
job
on
top
of
that.
Over
the
years,
I
became
discouraged
because
I
wasn’t
able
to
shed
the
weight
like
I
used
to
be
able
to
prior
to
my
accidents.
I
had
been
following
FIT
Nation
for
quite
some
time
on
Instagram,
and
finally,
this
April,
I
made
the
decision
to
join.
Not
only
do
Ben
and
Jas
work
with
you
on
strength
training,
they
provide
nutritional
counselling
as
well.
I’ve
modified
the
way
I
eat
drastically
since
I
began
at
FIT
Nation,
and
I’ve
noticed
a
huge
change
in
my
appearance
and
energy
overall.
Over
the
past
couple
of
months,
I’ve
been
strength
training
with
Ben,
and
he
definitely
knows
how
to
push
me
to
my
full
potential.
I
recently
began
having
pain
while
working
out,
and
I
booked
two
sessions
with
Jas,
and
he
is
honestly
the
best
kinesiologist
I've
been
to.
I
previously
was
in
2
car
accidents,
and
was
sent
to
kinesiologists
by
my
physician,
but
neither
of
them
had
quite
the
effect
on
me
as
Jas
had
in
just
2
sessions!
Jas
was
able
to
target
my
problem
areas
effectively,
and
he
taught
me
stretches
I
could
perform
at
home
and
after
working
out.
These
stretches,
alongside
Jas's
treatments
have
significantly
decreased
my
pain,
and
allowed
me
to
train
without
pain!
