    I love this place. The reviews here don't exaggerate. The trainers and staff here are so smart, knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging . They're exactly what you want to look for in trainers. They keep you motivated and you feel good physically and mentally afterwards. Well worth the hundreds if you're looking for a healthy lifestyle change. Edit: One year later and I've got great results. They've taught me how to be independent with my work out so I can do some by myself.

    I don’t think a google review can do justice for the amount of time and effort these guys put in their craft. From day one these guys have treated me like a brother and have gone above and beyond in every single way whether it be inside the gym or outside. I’ve seen these guys treat every single one of their clients with love and respect. These guys are awesome. Lots of love. Not to mention they’ve helped a lot with a back injury I’ve suffered. My back has been completely pain free and I’m also back to squatting and benching.

    I first decided to join Fit Nation because one of my friends couldn't stop raving about it! As soon as I entered the building, I could understand why she was so excited. All of the trainers and staff are so passionate, knowledgable, friendly, and encouraging. I always look forward to my training sessions with Gavin and Gurnoor because I know I'll get an amazing workout each time! You can tell the trainers genuinely care about you, your progress, and your goals. Joining Fit Nation has encouraged me to push myself in more ways than I know. Although I've only been a member for a few short months, I'm already surprised at how much I have gained both physically and mentally in that time.

    What a wonderful experience. I'm coming up on being with Fit Nation for about 2 months and I cannot say enough positive things about this gym! If you have been contemplating on joining this facility, don't hesitate! Invest in yourself and you won't be disappointed. Since day 1, I was welcomed with open arms. The staff is amazing and are so willing to answer your questions and address any concerns you have. Ben was very warm and welcoming in our initial consultation and helped make getting back into the gym less intimidating. I have now been at Fit Nation for 2 months and have lost inches but more importantly, feel stronger and healthier. It's nice being in a gym where you feel confident in the knowledge and expertise of the personal trainers in helping you get results. I would recommend this gym to anyone!

    I started with Fitnation in summer 2021 with a 3 month goal to learn proper form for basic strength exercises. 2 years later and I'm still attending 2-3 times a week, every week. I've healed old injuries, gained tons of strength and knowledge, found an outlet for stress and, most important, helped set the foundation for ensuring a healthy future as bone and muscle strength is so so so important as we age. The team is super friendly, supportive and Ajay is the best trainer. He is very smart (even studies Kin!), caring and very attentive. He's helped me reach goals while ensuring I'm safe and practicing good form, as well as teaching me about diet and it's importance in training. The other trainers are wonderful as well, friendly and very focused on designing programs specially for your skill level. So easy to schedule sessions and they are very communicative on closures/schedule changes/etc. Music is (almost) always hype. 10/10 would recommend.

    Amazing gym, joined a few months back and haven’t went back anywhere else since. Perfect for 1 on 1 sessions and training. Definitely recommend Fitnation to anyone that asks !!!

    Fit Nation is all about positivity and motivating you to be the best version of yourself. The coaches are truly genuine and passionate about what they do and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. They support and push you throughout each session. I leave each session feeling accomplished with my workouts. Ben is an excellent coach who pushes you to excel and not give up on yourself. He's very knowledgeable and has put me on a program that is tailored to me and covers everything from stretching to how many seconds each rep should be performed. He always makes sure that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. I've seen amazing results in a short period of time and have also improved my posture. Joining Fit Nation was one of the best decisions I made as it not only improved my physical health but also mental health which has helped me tremendously in all areas of my life. Highly recommend these guys!!

    Joining this gym was the best decision I made in 2019. Ben and Gavin along with other team members are great with their work. They have passion for what they do and keep everyone so motivated. I would not think twice to recommend them to anyone who seriously want to improve their mental and physical health.

    Before I started going to FitNation I absolutely hated working out. I didn't think I could ever enjoy working out.. especially when it came to weight training because it looked so boring. I realized however I had to take care of my health so I decided to give it a shot with FitNation after I had already tried other gyms, studios, trainers etc., and honestly these guys have transformed how I feel about working out. Before I always used to have excuses and never want to go but now I look forward to my training sessions every week, especially because I've seen results so soon with them. They've helped me feel better physically, but they're also educating me along the way which I really appreciate. I would highly recommend them to anyone! =)

    Best decision of my life! Signed up at FitNation with the intention of learning proper movements and hopefully lose some inches before my wedding. 5 months after enrolling, I was down 25 inches and in the best shape of my life! Highly recommend these guys to anyone and everyone who is looking to lose fat, be healthy, and have fun doing so with your new Nation family.

    After years of working out at other gyms and seeing no results, I knew it was time for a change. I have been training at FIT Nation for four months now and I couldn’t be happier. The coaches are truly motivating and very helpful. They have been teaching me proper lifting techniques and guide me through each workout. Not only that, but I am finally able to enjoy going to the gym and have fun while achieving my goals. Joining FIT Nation was the best decision I ever made, I highly recommend it!

    You come to a point where you realize something NEEDS to change. Wedding season and relatives are not easy on a person’s confidence. I decided that I needed a greater push and guidance to achieve my goals, so I joined FIT Nation. After an assessment and tour of the Strong House with Jas, it was a no-brainer, this was the place I needed to be. Jas, Ben and Pardeep don’t run FIT Nation off of a whim or by putting in half-ass effort. They continue to research and improve themselves in order to always be evolving for the benefit of their clients. These young men have created something truly unique and special. Their commitment to excellence and to their clients is unparalleled. They meet each person at their level. They work with you to create necessary changes to your life. No quick fixes are found here that will cause you gain all the weight back the next month. They have created an environment that is fun, motivating and encouraging. They truly have your best interest in mind and will do all that they can to help you achieve a healthier mind and body. Pardeep and the FIT Nation Nutrition program have helped me tremendously! In the last 8 weeks I have lost 12 inches and 11lbs (so far) and I can honestly say I have never felt so great. By paying attention to the calories and macronutrients that I consume, I have seen a massive change! I feel stronger and healthier than I ever have before. I sleep better and am able to effectively balance my work and personal life. Which, as shift workers can attest to, is not an easy task. I can happily say walking into the Strong House was the best decision I made. PS. I’m not the only one!

    I joined Fit Nation on October 2016 and I can honestly say that it was the best decision I ever made in my life. Before joining I was trying many ways to lose weight and nothing seemed to work. I tried attending public gyms but after a few sessions I did not have the motivation to go back. I knew a few people that went to Fit Nation and I also saw some of their posts on their instagram page. I decided to give it a shot. I went in and the coaches Jas, Ben and Pardeep instantly started to teach me not only how to do the lifting properly but also how to manage my nutrition. They taught me how tracking my calories daily was the best way to see a change in myself rather than dieting as well as strength training is the best way to burn body fat. After a month of going I truly did see a change on myself. Even the second month I continued to lose more weight. The coaches are very knowledgeable and motivational. The best part is that Jas, Ben and Pardeep don't treat you like a client but treat you like family. It is truly a friendly environment and the place to be at to lose weight and gain strength. You will definitely meet your goals there. I did not regret my decision at all for joining . I highly recommend everyone to join Fit Nation. You will not regret it.

    Have had knee problems from squatting for almost 5 months, to the point I had to discontinue squatting as well as many other leg focused workouts. Initially, I had gone to physiotherapy but wasnt very confident in the results. I had contacted Fit Nation, and was set up with a pain analysis to determine the problem. Right of the bat, Jas started working on my knee and associated areas and was able to pinpoint the issue. We had done some stretches which he told me to continue until our next session. About a week later during our 2nd session, he had me squat. From barely being able to squat the bar at all i was squatting a very decent 195lbs for multiple sets. The methods Jas implemented were a lot different than what I had experienced at the general physiotherapy, but had very successful results. Very grateful for the help.

    I’ve been attending Fit Nation for my active rehab program since June of this year due to my second car accident. For the past year I have been consistently visiting physios, chiros and massage therapists, but coming to Fit Nation is the best decision I’ve made. Jas Johal is a very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring individual who has taught me how to manage my back pain, through various stretches and exercises. He targeted and addressed problems associated with my back and neck, leading me to feel significantly better after the first few sessions. Although the workouts could be challenging at times due to Jas’s expertise in relieving tight muscles and his ongoing commitment towards my overall health, my back pain has completely diminished. I walked in not knowing anything about weight training, proper form, meal management or diet plans, but coming to Fit Nation had equipped me with the tools and the expertise to excel in all three. Fit Nation has a great environment, it’s a lot of fun and all the trainers are very experienced. I’ve completed 15 active rehab sessions with Jas and have joined Fit Nation for strength training. I’ve never enjoyed working out as much as I do now and I would recommend Fit Nation to anyone who has been in an accident and wants to change their lifestyle for the better.

    Fit Nation is the epitome of what a training space should be. They empower you in all facets of life. I came here to learn how to strength train and to kick start a healthier lifestyle but I have gained so much more! Fit Nation truly cares about each and every "fitizen". They go above and beyond to continuously improve themselves and to create a space where you feel safe/comfortable. They will teach you how to train but do it in a way that keeps injuries at bay. The encouragement and support they have given me is simply unparalleled. I highly recommend checking them out. You will not regret it!

    I sustained an injury and visited a number of chiropractors and physiotherapists to help alleviate the pain but the injury lingered. I was referred to Fit Nation by a friend and was invited for a pain analysis. Jas was very thorough and laid out a detailed recovery plan. I immediately noticed a substantial difference and am well on my way to recovery thanks to the rehab program. Jas and the entire Fit Nation team are very professional, friendly, experienced and fully committed to helping their clients reach their goals. The environment is fantastic! I highly recommend Fit Nation to anyone who is looking to rehab or looking for a healthy lifestyle.

    Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality Initially, I had my doubts, but as soon as I walked through the doors, all doubts were resolved. I made the right choice by joining FIT NATION and have no regrets whatsoever. All the staff is very knowledgeable, motivating, and their individual approach is beyond compare.     My experience at FitNation has been incredible so far! I joined FitNation over a year ago with no prior expectations of the gym and with the goals of losing weight and toning up. Over the year, my coaches Gavin, Ben and Jas helped me achieve my goals. They monitor my progress and do regular check ins with me to ensure I am held accountable. During my workouts, my coaches ensure my form is correct and adjust my workouts as needed. Gavin actively researches new strengthening and rehab exercises to incorporate into my workouts and challenges me to progress. I feel stronger and healthier since I started here. My coaches also motivate me to do my best and helped me become more confident. Initially I was very self-conscious and hesitant; however, the safe and fun environment in the gym helped me overcome these feelings. Going to FitNation has changed my perspective of fitness and now it has become a part of my lifestyle. I highly recommend FitNation!

    After doing several consults with facilities similar to FITnation and being extremely disappointed, I stumbled across their instagram page and decided to set up a consultation. After sitting down with Jas, I was sold. I knew FITnation would be the perfect fit for what I was looking for. They not only helped me psychically but also mentally. I have been at FITnation for a year and a half now and still don’t regret my decision. My coaches Ben and Gavin have helped me lose weight but also have taken my medical history into account and worked around my restrictions while making sure my workouts are still challenging enough. Joining FITnation was one of the best decisions I made, I recommend it to anyone looking to get into shape.

    I joined fit nation 2 years ago and really enjoy my weekly training sessions. The staff are so welcoming and friendly (always greeted with a hug), honestly a home away from home. Jas, Ben and Gavin are all amazing coaches and really know their stuff! If I miss a week of training my mind and body really feel it and I cant wait to get back in the gym. I've had a couple rmt sessions with Lucki for my upper back and neck. I walk out feeling so relaxed as he's incredibly good and very knowledgeable. I recommend fit nation to everyone as it's a fun and very friendly environment and you meet many like minded people along the way!!!!

    Fit Nation was recommended to me, when I looked up the reviews to be honest I was skeptical because of how extremely positive they are. Well the reviews did not lie! I am so glad I chose to do my active rehab here. I am another one of those people where Jas Johal has changed my life in a short period of time. He’s given me hope that one day I will be back to feeling like myself. I am sleeping better, am stronger, have better range of motion and able to manage my pain better. Prior to coming here I tried many methods for pain relief - massage, dry needling, physio, medication and nothing seemed to be helping long term or brought me as much relief and progress as Fit nation did. It’s a very welcoming environment to work out in and all the trainers there were helpful and pleasant to work with. You can truly tell that everyone who works there loves helping others. I highly recommend this facility

    I joined FIT Nation in April 2016, and it was one of the best decisions I've made for both my physical health and mental health! Ben and Jas are honestly the most amazing trainers anyone could ask for! They work with you, and not only motivate you to set and reach goals, but help you smash PRs in such a short amount of time. After being in two motor vehicle accidents when I was 19, I gained a lot of weight, and thus, began a journey of trying to lose all of that weight while juggling university fulltime and a job on top of that. Over the years, I became discouraged because I wasn’t able to shed the weight like I used to be able to prior to my accidents. I had been following FIT Nation for quite some time on Instagram, and finally, this April, I made the decision to join. Not only do Ben and Jas work with you on strength training, they provide nutritional counselling as well. I’ve modified the way I eat drastically since I began at FIT Nation, and I’ve noticed a huge change in my appearance and energy overall. Over the past couple of months, I’ve been strength training with Ben, and he definitely knows how to push me to my full potential. I recently began having pain while working out, and I booked two sessions with Jas, and he is honestly the best kinesiologist I've been to. I previously was in 2 car accidents, and was sent to kinesiologists by my physician, but neither of them had quite the effect on me as Jas had in just 2 sessions! Jas was able to target my problem areas effectively, and he taught me stretches I could perform at home and after working out. These stretches, alongside Jas's treatments have significantly decreased my pain, and allowed me to train without pain!

    Made me do heavy squats on every session, even after I informed them that I am getting knee pain after doing that. Been 2 year, still can't do squats anymore because of the pain. Paid Jas for the sessions. He was the one who did initial consultation. But he actually never cared to provide them or inform me that he won't be the one training me. Didn't provide any guidance on how to stretch after workout even after asking for help. Did not inform about the credentials of the other 2 trainers.

    Literally the BEST gym ever!! I always look forward to coming in. I successfully rehabilitated an SI joint injury with my active rehab program from Jas. After a fall skiing I managed to injure myself yet again, and now we are rehabbing a bulged disk.There is no way I would still be able to mountain bike with my injury without the stellar care I get from Jas and Ben every time I come into the gym. I feel like I can safely push the limits with my training here. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to actively recover from an injury and return to high performance activity!

    Over the last two years I have experienced concussion symptom that restricted me from daily activities. After a course of different treatments over the years, I came across FitNation. After 3 weeks of attending, I began to notice substantial changes in my symptoms. Over the last few months I have been able to control my symptoms, build and increase my tolerance in strength and endurance. The coaches have been able to gradually increase the volume and help me push my boundaries. Thanks to FitNation I not only have been able to surpass majority of my concussion symptoms but also get back into training my body through the multidisciplinary approach. I highly recommend the program at fitnation for those looking to overcome various symptoms, yet also wanting to strengthen their mind, body and spirit!

    I have recovered incredibly from my lower back injury, which I had incurred when working out on my own at other gyms in the past. I had been to Chiropractors and physiotherapists for over a year, but nothing had worked until I met Jas Johal. He knows what he’s doing; and one can see that it is not only his profession but also his passion to help people recover from their injuries and gain back their physical strength. And then again, his whole team of incredibly dedicated coaches and trainers, and the awesome friendly and welcoming workout environment is a bonus!

    Joining Fit Nation was one of the best decisions I made for my health. I joined back in late 2015 and have seen wicked results since. I've lost countless inches, created awesome muscle definition, increased my metabolism, and overall gained quite a bit of knowledge on how to continuously maintain the health of my body. Going in, I knew nothing about the weight lifting world and had an endless amount of questions, all of which were answered with evident education. The atmosphere within StrongHouse is super welcoming and friendly. Everyone understands we are all working towards the same goal of bettering ourselves which creates a complete familial environment.

    As someone who sits in an office working on the computer for long periods of time especially over the years, I didn’t even realize my muscles atrophying due to incorrect posture and inactivity. This led to me feeling pain in my daily activities and not even realizing it. I tried to work out on my own but my muscles were too tight and stiff and it was just too painful. I also had visited many chiropractors and physiotherapists with no luck. A friend of mine referred me to the Kinesiology team at Fit Nation and just after a few manual releases from Jas, I immediately had more mobility in my neck and was able to bend down and reach for things much easier and with less strain. Jas is very knowledgeable and uses a holistic approach which combines releasing tight muscles, stretches, and rehabilitation via strength training. The more I stick to the program, the more benefits I noticed. My appetite/digestion, sleep quality, and my ability to train without feeling tightness and pain has increased tremendously! If you are struggling with pain I HIGHLY recommend the Kinesiology team at Fit Nation StrongHouse!

    Anyone can tell that they are passionate about what they do at Fit Nation. There is a constant sharing of information about health and wellness and I have learned how to work on & improve issues that I have had for years that have never been addressed elsewhere. I joined 2 years ago and plan to stay for many more years. It’s the change and the motivation I needed to re-focus on my health. I feel accountable to the trainers when I walk into Fit Nation, not that they make you feel that way, but they prepare your sessions to ensure you are increasing your strength session after session and I want to use that time wisely. They genuinely want to see me succeed so I’m motivated outside of Fit Nation to continue working out and keep up with what I’m learning and doing there. That being said, there are definitely days when my body just can't keep up and the trainers at Fit Nation adapt to that without sacrificing a good workout. I appreciate their ability to positively push me further physically. I have recommended Fit Nation to many of my friends and family members and took my son over the summer to train with Ben & Gavin.     Continuously impressed with Harpreet's knowledge base, skills and adaptability. And even further, the conscious effort she makes to learn new information and apply it. She demonstrates a genuine interest and investment in her work and the outcome for her clients. I was referred to this gym by a patient of my own and will continue to refer patients to them, this team knows what they are doing. Also, I make it for the music :)

    Fit Nation was my first gym experience and honestly the best thing to have happened to me since moving here from the UK and not knowing anyone! You feel like you belong somewhere. The so call staff (more like buddies) were so welcoming despite me being unsure of my ability, and will always help you find the appropriate weight/movement so you can flourish. They have taken me from zero to being able to do things I wouldn't have even thought of attempting! I've learnt so many skills and techniques and there's still a whole lot more to learn. I can honestly say this place has changed my life, fitness and I love the whole positive well-being and mental attitude to lifestyle and training! Never felt fitter and you actually look forward to working out. Whatever age, shape or condition you find yourself in, you will not find better coaching or more diverse and friendly bunch of people to get functionally fit with. It’s not a gym, its personalized training for real world fitness, a lot of laughs and doing things you never thought you could. Although Fit Nation seems expensive compared to gyms, in my opinion it should be compared more to having a personal trainer because the level of focus they give to new comers is exceptional. Jas, Ben and Gavin are very knowledgeable, patient and adapt movements to your own needs! They help you and genuinely care for you. These guys pay attention to what everyone is doing and correct mistakes, help you improve, gently push you and are always available for a brief chat about scaling. The best thing to do is to just get involved with little thinking and the rest will just happen, it doesn't matter if your new to fitness they welcome all levels! If you're thinking about starting Fit Nation ....do it! Highly Recommended! Joining is the best thing you'll ever do.
