Guildford mall is massive!! Huge retail space packed full of fabulous shops!!! It is definitely THE MEGA MALL. So many name brand shops and high end retailers. Love it. The mall is super clean and very well maintained. Plenty of seating areas in the plaza areas to stop for a rest. Great mall

Sept.2023 update! They got a mini dinosaur land! Wow, that's a pretty big scale! If you have dinosaur fans in your family, go check them out! Nice shopping mall for family fun! Lego store and Hallmark is one of our favourite.

Visited Walmart Supercenter and Chipotle. Prime location to shop, and dine. Connected via transit conveniently.

It is one of the busiest malls in Surrey specially on weekends. Usually parkings are full. There are plenty of shops, some of them are really good. You can get the small strollers at the main gate in $10 for your kids. There is a small play area near one of the entrances. Location of many shops in google map is not correct and hard to find them. I strongly suggest to use internal map located inside mall at multiple places to find any shop inside the mall.

This is probably the biggest and the most beautiful mall in Surrey. It has a large food court, different brand stores, sitting area and literally everything you can think of including a cinema. It’s definitely worth exploring.

Huge mall with SO MUCH in it! Food was good in food court, impressive how big it was, pretty holiday decorations. All I would say there could be some improvement is a bigger parking space because of how crowded it was. This is by FAR my favorite mall! :)

Pleasant place to spend time with the family. Discounts and sales almost the year. Parking lot, Food court is very spacious. Wide variety of stores to suit all tastes. This was my best outing to a public place. Probably the best Shopping mall in Surrey.

Nice place to go shopping or just for a walk specially in winter if you hate the cold outdoors. It looks beautiful, spacious and very clean after a massive renovation work was carried out in 2016. It has a huge food court with ample seats. However, getting a parking spot and driving out of the underground parking lot can be a big hassle during busy holidays, weekends and evening hours.

Been going here for years. Now it's a massive complex with amazing selection of stores and various services. You find anything here. The staff is friendly and the Information Desks are very helpful. If you love to shop this is a place for you. If you need to be among people, this place is perfect.

This is a nice mall however it spaced out way too much. It is difficult to navigate and find your way around. You really need to plan which stores you want to visit and then shop them that day. Gone are the days of goIng to the mall and visiting all the stores to find the perfect outfit or good find . There area few good restaurants inside the mall. This place literally takes up 16 city Square blocks . Too much space to cover.

The LEGO Store is what brings me to Guildford Town Centre. Amazing store with a great crew of employees. I have yet to have a bad experience at this location. The store has a wide selection of the latest sets. A few were sold out, but most that I was searching for were there. Highly recommend this location for excellent staff and great selection.

One of the best malls in Surrey if not the top! It has everything you need and has an outdoor plaza with restaurants and other. The mall has many shops including the well known brands and other brands. The food court has a big varieties as well to pick.

This is the greatest mall in Surrey. You have almost all shops here from Walmart, Dollarama, Clothing stores, shoe store etc. A must visit if you are visiting the Surrey area.

Guildford mall is one place I love to visit as it's close to my house. Lots of shops with varying price ranges which us awesome. From Thriftys to Gap, HM to UNIQLO lovely pieces all year round.

I like this mall alot. The fountain in the front makes it look so beautiful. Alot of great stores, good food court, and Sitting in front of the steps is an amazingly relaxing experience.

This mall definitely has gotten better over the years! I just wish that there was better pathways from the entrances to the bus loop.

It looks nice overall. Spacious and clean. It’s first time I been there, Chatters salon was good. Clothing stores were more spacious as compared to other malls in nearby area.

I enjoy the Food court, and the Praguery that solds yummy Chimney cakes and ice cream. I like the Mall, I found very good deals in many stores. I like how they enforced the Covid 19 safety rules, making you feel safe but still warmly welcomed there. Freedom Mobile has very good deals.

My 5 stars are because of the time of Covid. Early on a Saturday morning went to the mall to pick up an item I ordered from Apple. I was early for my appointment so I walked around for 30 minutes and it was the nicest 30 minutes I've spent in Guilford mall in over a decade. Why you ask? Because it was like having the mall all to myself. No lines or crowds and being able to browse the stores in peace was excellent!

Too many people walking through the mall were not wearing masks or not wearing them properly. No security around making sure people are abiding by rules. However; staff in the stores I went in were making sure people were following protocols.

Great selection of stores, only second to Metrotown. Good sized food court and good covid protocols in place throughout the mall.

It wasn't busy and all social distancing measures are in place. Its best to avoid weekends or holidays because for some reason it still gets slammed. Not sure if there is a max capacity in the MALL as opposed to the individual shops, but on holiday feels like they may be exceeding them. Mid-week is best. Security even stopped to help answer questions without being prompted! Lots of great stores too.

This mall is way too big and confusing. The layout of stores and hallways is illogical and meandering, causing customer to walk in crazy circles, searching, searching. The new interior design supposedly to give a Walk In Nature feeling is just juvenile. A few waterfalls and planters, and tree bark painted pillars just don't do it! I hate this mall.

It's a shame that some shoppers either can't read directional arrows on the ground and haven't quite caught on to the whole social distancing thing, but overall most shoppers are willing to comply with these minor inconveniences. Lots of sales in this mall and good selection. The food court has a lot of variety and the outdoor dining areas are a pleasant touch. I quite like shopping here.

Parking lot is troublesome. Exiting mall from exits is a hassle and bottlenecks around the Red Robin area. Has some higher end stores and mid range stores. Prices are high and they always have vacant stores.

One of the only malls I’ve been too during covid. At Guildford there are plenty of shopping options. We stopped here during our Tesla charge and were surprised at how many great stores were in this mall. This mall does have the Tesla supercharger stations which is perfect (for those Tesla owners). For the rest of you … there is tons of parking and plenty of gas options.

Great mall, LOVE Landmark cinemas which is right next to the mall. Guildford is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Excellent selection of stores and I love that Walmart is integrated into it with an underground, covered parking lot. Apple store is very large too and has great employees working there.

I just walked around and didn't buy anything, but I was very impressed with this mall. There was a good variety of stores throughout the mall, the design was very nice, especially the wall covered in plants. The parking lot is quite easy to get in and out of, and it's easy to get to the mall and back from the freeway.

I used to live across from this mall. It's nice to return to it whenever I'm in town. So much bigger and more stores then when I lived there. You can get tired walking through all those stores. Way better for shopping then where I live now so we usually make a special trip to this mall. The kids love it.

This is a good mall with lots of nice stores. They haven’t been updated much lately, but there are nevertheless many good ones. There is lots of parking and the mall has lots of nearby/attached restaurants. It is easily accessible from the highway and is very spacious.

Guilford Town Centre has a wide variety of stores. It has a large food court with a pleasing selection of fast food options. There is a lot of parking options as well. It can get quite busy over the weekends. I enjoy the atmosphere at this shopping mall and I highly recommend it!

I love this place

The mall was fine. But how can a mall of this size have only 2 charging stations and 1 of them is broken. So we went across to library and those stations are gone. What a joke. Way to encourage use of electric cars.

This is definitely the best mall in Surrey. It has stores of all the good brands. The parking area is clean and safe at any hour of the day. The design of the mall is great as it has lot of glass ceiling for natural light. They can still probably improve on food court as seating capacity is limited with lesser options.

Too BIG in my opinion. Guildford has a lot to offer inside a comfortable clean environment but dont try to find anything fast. The store directories were not well marked nor easy to find. The touch screen was non responsive , so basically it is USELESS. I tried 3 different directories as I came across them.. all non functioning. Even the mall map with all the stores listed is unfriendly and difficult to use effectively. . . I can see how multiple visits would improve the experience. The variety and selection of retailers and their wares is extensive.

They need more parking. Build another parking structure, something. As a delivery driver I need the designated parking spots by the food court to be clear, but when you see a Tesla there, you know they don't drive for Skip the Dishes.

A huge mall with all the main stores inside it. It's beautifully constructed and closes at 9p .m. which is an added advantage to the working people. The food court is really well built and there are a lot of options to choose from.
