While no doctor office is perfect, please don’t say you’ll send medical records right away then tell me you don’t have to for 30 days. I could have gotten photocopies to bring in myself (which I will do next time if I have to). I made a mistake trusting their receptionist to tell me accurate information. I asked to have my last few walk-in visits faxed to my family doctor who I said I was seeing the next day. I asked if they would send it over right away they said yes. After my doctor visit I asked again they said yes. I went to the family doctor 2 days later, and they didn’t have the information. I call clover care and am told they have 30 days to send the information, and it said so on the request form I filled out. I was told they would send it right away when I was at the clinic, nobody said anything about 30 days..! They said they would send it in time for my doctor visit. I told her the situation over the phone but she didn’t send the information over, just kept repeating about that 30 days policy, making it clear clover clinic doesn’t really care. If they did, it would have just been faxed over quickly. It makes me so upset when people think it’s acceptable to give misinformation, then not fix the problem. It just doesn’t make any sense and is frustrating. Everyone should be on the same page over that simple protocol of sending medical records.

I had to do a drop in appointment here (no other choice) and I work in health care and can appreciate that it’s a difficult time. But you’re working with people who require medical attention, they’re unwell, possibly scared, and are human beings. The receptionists were not at all personable, the wait times are not under their control but how they are with the people in the waiting room is absolutely under their control. A smile or a “sorry about the wait, it shouldn’t be much longer” would be better than the blank shameful stare I got from them every time they called someone else in to see the doctor. I don’t expect anything but would hope for a bit more compassion- yes you may be burnt out but in an ethical sense you have a moral obligation to be a kind human being. Kindness out, kindness in. The whole world feels the burn out.

Worst doctor to patient experience ever, I was experiencing extreme anxiety I should have went to a hospital, but i hate wasting the hospitals time so came here was prescribed a anti depressant that could take 2 weeks ( might not even treat my symptoms) later that day I chipped my tooth, and called 911 I thought I was experiencing a heart attack. Do not trust Dr. ENGELBRECHT. Shes gives horrid advice. She interrupted me well I was explaining my symptoms, and told me to stop overreacting???? Made me worse off then I was before I had came in. Did you even listen to my symptoms with your best intentions? Would not reccomend please go else where for you health care needs. They dont care at all here.

I've gone to this clinic a few times in the past and was always met by friendly, professional women at the front desk (today was no different – I had a nice conversation with one of the women as she signed me in) and the two doctors I've seen before were both great, which is why I keep going to this clinic. My experience with the doctor today was completely different. Without going into too much of my personal medical information, I'm seeing a surgeon tomorrow but I needed a form to extend my medical disability one month. I was out in a room at 9:08 for my 9:10 appointment and then at 9:40 Doctor Manisha Chumber, who is without a doubt the most unprofessional Dr. I've ever met in my life, came into the room. From the second she waked in the room she was condescending, aggressive, and within the first 30 seconds basically said I was faking it. She had barely looked at me, done no tests whatsoever, nor had she even glanced at my wrists or hands. At first I thought maybe she had a dry sense of humor or something, but no, she was serious and it went downhill from there. So, while I would highly recommend a Well Health – Clover Care Clinic as a whole, I cannot overstate how disrespectful and patronizing Doctor Manisha Chumber was to me having never seen me before. It was just a surreal experience. I still can't believe it happened. I strongly recommend you mention her by name as a doctor you do NOT want to be scheduled to meet.

Impossible to book an appointment with the new online system. I have tried several times and every time the system says it is booked and asks me to try again. I have tried calling and but no one answers the phone! How can I get to see the doctor if I can’t book an appointment, this is a nightmare especially if it’s a walk in clinic! I don’t understand how the online booking system is supposed to cut wait times when I cannot book an appointment and I have been trying for two weeks!!

The place is good for medical checkup and diagnosis. They accept walk-in and appointments. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The place look clean and organized but definitely needs improvement. They still use the paper file system which you find when you login with their receptionist after you enter the clinic to have you lined up. There is always a long que anytime of the day everyday so better call for appointment or come in early to avoid the hassle. Parking space is ample you can always find an empty spot somewhere and it is free of charge. The clinic is located right in the heart of cloverdale making it sccessible to both public or private transport. It is beside all major establishment like dollarstore, shoppers drug mart, gasoline station, banks, pubs, medical laboratories, no frills, kfc, ace hardware just to name some. Doctors are professional and accommodating making the visit nice. Overall good experience and reccommended to visit to get medical attention.

Horrible wait times and extremely stuffy and hot inside. everytime im next its another half hour or more. Finally got in to the room and waited an additional 45 mins. After a 2 hour and 45min wait I wont be back again. Have been to allot of clinics and they at least give you a better estimation on wait times so you can do other things. The doc spends about 30 seconds with you as well, not very thorough and doesn’t leave you with much confidence in their opinion.

Last few times ive had bad experiences here. I'm a 25 year old Male. I get sick rarely but i do need expert medical advice and this is not where it is found. The staff here look bored and drained. The doctors are uneducated and just trying to stuff long term drugs down your throat. I wouldnt reccomend this place to my worst enemy .Dr Engelbricht is so unprofessional and does not take her job seriously. Abuse of power

DO NOT COME HERE. I came in with a sensitive issue and was belittled by the doctor, Dr. Gerber. She was completely disrespectful, interrupted me, and made me feel invalid about what I was experiencing. She pushed her clinic on me as well as information from her clinic. The doctor told me that condoms shouldn't be used for contraception, only protection against STIs. I had to ask multiple times for what I came in for after she CONSTANTLY talked over me and she wasn't even paying attention to what I had told her. She spoke down on me as if I didn't know any information about anything. When I left I cried in my car for 5 minutes over my experience. HORRIBLE PLACE. HORRIBLE DOCTOR.

Dr Fahim said he would be my family doctor 25 years ago when I asked him. Now I can’t even see him, not by getting up at 6:30am and lining up outside, nor by trying to get an appointment on their welfare “12 hrs before” online booking system. Listen owners, you need to get it together. This is unacceptable. This morning you turned away the whole line up at 8am! Aren’t you supposed to be a walk in clinic? The booking system is broken, taking appointment for ONE DAY at a time is ridiculous.

Our son was very sick. We went to the clinic on 12/10/22. We were not able to book a slot and also found concerned staff to be very rude. Therefore, we booked appointment for the next day online and went to clinic again on 12/11/22. The doctor who looked our son was Dr. Blackbeard. The doctor made us sit inside the room and stayed outside with her laptop thinking she might catch our child's infection. Then this doctor started inquiring since from when our child is coughing and whether we are aware of current infection going in news or not? We informed doctor we are aware of infection and also we were not able to see a doctor at her place on 12/10/22. Our child was very sick and was coughing in pain with a mask on. Then this doctor started saying some weird things which we found to be rude, inhumane and discriminatory. The doctor said "the way and the number of times your child is coughing is making the entire room and area full of infection". After that she just did a oral checkup for formality and told us to sit outside in the waiting area because she don't want our son to cough inside her room. And later she handed us the prescription in the waiting area outside. This was our fist experience with this doctor and clinic and we will never visit this clinic again. Furthermore, we will make sure each and every person in our group is aware of our experience and doctors at this clinic.

I booked a phone appointment through Tia health with Dr. Suzanna Engelbrecht. My phone rang and I picked up, however there was a voice message saying she was going to cancel due to no show. So I tried calling the private number she was calling from which was unfortunately locked. I was right near my phone and I found odd that I could not pick her call. I thought it might have been a reception issue. So I called the clinic to ask if I could still talk to the doctor, but the receptionist said that the doctor had already moved to the next appointment. At that point I was going to ask if the doctor could try to ring people more than once because there are external problems such as phone reception and such, and I was trying to do that in a calm manner. Unfortunately I wasn't able to finish my sentence because the receptionist interrupted me (twice), while raising her voice, and literally hang up on me as I was talking. I cannot believe people in the medical field can treat patients this way, and I will be honest I have seen this type of behavior and entitledness only in Vancouver/Squamish area. Patients usually go to the doctor as they are seeking for help. Being treated like not only they are not going to get it, but also as if they are the problem really does not help. Please hire a receptionist with communications skills, and low desire to yell, interrupt and hang up on patients.

I made an appointment after I hurt my back, left work to attend appointment. When checking in didn’t work, she asked ‘did you not get a text that we cancelled your appointment?’ Excuse me? So I hurt my back when I got rear ended and I’m in pain and I just wanted someone to look at it and tell me how to best take care of it but because it was from a car accident it’s ’ icbc related’ Well, the rules for ICBC have changed and it doesn’t matter anymore, you can’t sue people for money I don’t need to give them a claim number I don’t need ICBC to pay for my appointment. I don’t need a doctors note describing my condition. I don’t need anything related to ICBC. I just desperately want someone to look at my bag and tell me how to best take care of it because I got hit three days before I leave the country for vacation. But only certain doctors will do ICBC related visits. I can’t express how upset I am. I wasted my time, lost money to come, and they still refused just to look at my back. Just even to tell me how to stretch it or something. Anything. ANYTHING

Terrible wait times and reception. Spent just under 3 hours waiting to get into a room, then nearly another hour for the doctor to come in. Face time with the doctor was 5 minutes, if that. I’ll be going elsewhere next time.

Went to the clinic today for a follow up visit with a specific doc. The doc started at 12 so I came in at 1130 to put my name in... no appointments accepted here. I was told that the doc was running late and wouldn't be in untill 1 or 130. I asked if i could put my name down and was told I could not do that until 1. So I came back at 1245 to put my name in and was told there were several people in front of me. The young lady that told me I couldn't put my name down the 1st time was right there and heard me being told I would have to wait and didn't say a thing. Not surprised people these days lack integrity.. why would she risk getting in trouble by doing the right thing and speaking up. So away I went to sit in the waiting room. I am now finally in the little room waiting for the doc, its after 3pm. So much for my day. I understand things happen and doctors can be delayed. But that is no excuse for the staff to waste my whole day.

Arrived there at 8:00am right at opening, only a couple people infront of me. (I went in for my son he's 2)The front staff were great. But we weren't seen until 9:20?!?!?!?!?!?!?????? The reason we go right away is so we avoid the long waits so my sons in a good mind set when being checked...so by the time we were seen my son was passed being happy and wasn't able to be examined properly. Super disappointed and don't understand why there was an hour and twenty wait.

Today after 15 years of coming to this clinic to see the couple of good doctors that I have liked (Dr Wong Ting, Dr Fahim, excellent doctors), I have decided that the staff in the front of caused too much stress. Today they called me to let me know that a specialist I have been waiting for for months has been cancelled because I didn't call the specialist, yet this clinic did not tell me that I was supposed to call the specialist. Then continued to say that because when they called they highlighted in their system to call that meant that they did tell me, instead of saying that someone may have made a mistake and they would try to fix it for me. Not only that, the staff in the front act agitated right away (especially if you can't hear them, not keeping in mind some people have hearing problems such as myself). This is unprofessional especially in a medical field. I am tired of being treated this way and seeing others treated this way when I go in. Please give this staff proper training in empathy and communication skills as this is the only reason there is bad reviews. Thank you and take care, Cecilia

I had some issues last year with the rudeness and the arrogance of a couple of front desk Clerks. They do not represent the efficiency of the good doctors. It is almost like they want To be the keeper of the castle rude sometimes They were worse last year there has been a slight improvement maybe because they're maturing themselves and realize that they can't get away with treating people Like they're not important and to tell you the truth the only reason and I'm putting emphasis on the only reason I go to this clinic is to be treated properly by the doctors Some of these young girls are arrogant and condescending however, but other than that once you get in and see the doctor it's a relief because these women are very rude not all of them but some of them have no respect for you. I HAVD NEVER HEARD THE WORD PLEASE SIT DOWN OR THANK YOU. So if you feel that you're being put down or not treated properly or one of those woman staff is condensing and or rude speak up because if you Don't they will continue to do that to other people who are too timid too shy or feel that they're too old to speak up for themselves this to me is Should be addressed And I'm just making everyone aware that you don't have to put up with it and it would be nice if We didn't have to

I went to the clinic at 10:00 am and was told wait time was 2.5 hours and I could I could return at that time holding my spot, call first. I called at the required time and was told to come to clinic, I was number three in line. I arrived and after 45 minutes 3 people had gone in, I asked the desk about my Call and was told there was one ahead of me which pretty we’ll emptied the waiting room. I said thanks see you later as I had enough. Will use other clinic, hopefully never to step foot in their clinic again.

My son went in to get his test results. The test results came back clear, but he still having major issues. The doctor on today told him to come back next month in May, to see the doctor he saw last time. The doctor he saw last time, just simply sent him for blood urine and stool test, nothing more. The previous doctor is not the family doctor he just happen to have been the last one that saw my son, nothing more, nothing less. So the doctor today could’ve simply read the file and maybe given my son a referral to a specialist because he still having the same issues. The prior doctor is not even in the office for another month, so should my son wait another month just to go see the doctor again??? Unacceptable !!!!

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would! Front desk staff are extremely rude and ignorant! I made my way into the clinic asking if I could have some medical forms (stress leave from work) filled out; keep in mind I have moved from out of Province. The doctor I saw unfortunately was unable to fill out my forms due to it being their first time meeting me, but the dr explained I could see a regular family physician there who would be more eligible to assist me. I went back to the front desk and explained the situation & also explained to them multiple doctors have turned me for the same reason. I showed the front desk staff the forms & the front desk staff said to me " come on in tomorrow & the regular family physician should be able to fill out these forms for you". I asked them, " do you think we should request to get my dr notes from my old family physician back in the other province?". In which she responded, "no, the dr should be able to fill out these forms for you". I graciously thanked the lady and reiterrated the issue I was having with other drs turning me away & was grateful this dr would be able to finally fill out these forms. When I went in today for my appointment, I was turned away once again as the dr was unable to fill out these forms as the same reason from the day prior and that they did need to request my dr notes from my out of province old dr. I, of course was frustrated as I feel this issue could have been resolved yesterday if the front desk staff would have just listened to my issue and clarified with their superiors aka the drs to see if this could be filled out without prior information. When I asked questions about the process to move forward to clarify so there would be no further issues the staff became rude and vulgar towards me, felt like they were teaming up on me. I, of course understand it is NOT up to the front desk staff to approve what the dr can or cannot do, but I feel it is within their position to know how they are informing the public! They would not make eye contact with me, shaking their head and mumbling under their breath to me, when I explained that I was misinformed yesterday. I asserted myself & said I did not like how I was being treated/guided and just wanted further clarification so I don't waste the drs time in the future and my own time, in which that was not received well and just increased their vulgarness towards me. To the point, the one lady passed off my papers to another front desk staff member to assist me & would no longer engage with me. Keep in mind, I was respectful to the front desk staff as I know, as a Social Worker myself, the level of energy that goes into a job like such supporting the general public! I feel this issue could have been handled with so much more grace and understanding. There clearly was misguidance and misunderstanding between the front desk staff and myself, which is frustrating, but human thing to happen. As vulnerable individuals going to see a doctor we are expected to be under some sort off distress as no one likes to feel unwell. It is expected to be treated with respect and human decency by every and all levels of staff at care facilities, like a medical clinic. This, however was not my case... it actually was the quite opposite leaving me with increased anxiety and stress leaving the office. If you are someone who is looking to be respected as a human, this medical clinic is not the place to go!!

I was used to the long waiting times in here, but I kept coming because my doctor works at this clinic, but today was completely unacceptable. The online form says they’re open till 8 PM. They called me and told me that my prescription was ready and all I had to do was come in and pick it up. So I arrive at 4:40, and as I’m walking up one of the nurses locks the door. I point to my watch to indicate they’re supposed to be open, and she just shrugged at me and pulls the security grate over the door. She couldn’t have cared less. Long waits, they don’t even adhere to the hours that they post on their website, and the staff are rude. I advise you to stay far away from this place. Once my doctor moves out of here to his own office, I will not be coming back.

Horrible, the doctors are fine but you can barely get the chance to see them. You can’t get a walk in visit unless you’re there exactly at 8 in the morning or wait for hours. They close for their limit so fast. So hard to navigate.

Let's face it - Walk in clinics are the new normal and no longer supplemental to primary health care providers. For that reason, they're usually places where employees are under stress, and wait times are long. Despite this the doctors I have interacted with, doctors Fahim, Wong-Ting, Englebrecht, Gerber and Chumber are all what I appreciate in a physician. They are clear, thorough and professional. They are managing multiple issues in my health and I feel I have been given the tools to make informed decisions on my health care. The front office staff in any clinic are under varying degrees of stress, and quite frequently the target for abuse and frustration which I have seen first hand, so I am not surprised to see a low rating here for the clinic regarding reception. I have never had a problem with them. They manage documents to my pharmacy well, they are polite and try to be as accurate as they can be when letting me know how long the wait is. If there is an issue relating to paperwork they let me know about it and help me deal with it. I would definitely recommend that patients consider this clinic if they are in need of a physician.

What a joke of a place. Since when do you need an appointment at a walk in clinic? Doesn't that contradict the meaning of walk in? Also, as so many other reviews state, the women behind the counter act like they hate their jobs...maybe change careers then. 45 minutes after opening and they are booked for the day. Yup, good old Canadian medi care.

I would not recommend this walk-in clinic at all. The doctor I saw was rude beyond belief. I came in with what could have either been a bladder infection or possible pregnancy, I communicated to her that my husband and I were trying and instead of testing me for pregnancy she handed me a requisition form for an STD test because her words "your husband is obviously cheating on you". I didn't do the STD check and did at home pregnancy test a week later and turns out yes, I was pregnant. The doctor lacked the ability to listen or any bedside manner. Do yourself a favour, find somewhere else.

I rather wait 5 hours in the hospital ER than go back here. Dr Frankel was my dr 22 years ago and I haven't gone anywhere else it's about time I did. The lady I saw today shouldn't be called a Dr. The "care" I've received has been pathetic, they just want a referral or prescription.

Arrived around 10am and was told wait would be about an hour and a half, which was fine. Mentioned to receptionist that I would be back in an hour and was told ok. Came back an hour later only to find notice on door advising they were closed until 1pm. I could have avoided wasting time returning, and being frustrated to find out they were closed, if I was initially told to come back at 1pm instead. Not impressed with the lack of attention to detail; would be nice to recieve better overall service.

Well…this new WELL system is not so well ! Now you can only make an online appointment, which is supposed to be better and help you save a lot of time! But unfortunately the online booking is not working properly, I tried to do it at the exact specific time the receptionist advised me and simply didn’t work! Many times! I went to the clinic next day at 8.00 and the receptionist didn’t help at all saying booking it’s only possible online! Looks like nowadays people can’t talk to each other to solve issues anymore because of a machine! Same machine that soon is going to replace you, dear lady receptionist! What if I don’t have any internet access or I can’t afford a smart phone or a computer?! What if it’s an older person who has no clue about tech?! And more importantly, why the booking system is not working properly if that’s the only option? How can they ignore you sending you home sick three days in a row because you couldn’t make an appointment ?! Well, this used to be a fine clinic up until recently! I also posted a 5 star review up until now! Not anymore!

The doctor prescribed me with antibiotics that would not be affective with my condition (they knew the results to my urine and culture sample and still let me continue taking the wrong antibiotics) i only know this because they booked a followup appointment with me on a saturday saying the doctor needs to speak with me. At this point the results were posted online already I just assumed the antibiotics i was on was okay to take. I asked the lady on the phone if it was serious and she said it was not. In my opinion once you know that a patient is put on the wrong medication, you advise them right away to stop taking them, but I was NOT told this. And once telling me this on wednesday and being put on the "right" antibiotics after switching from the other one, the side effects sent me into extreme panic attacks. It's interesting the a doctor prescribes a medication with such side effects knowing my previous history, and if she didn't know my previous medical history it's clear in my Rx history. Not coming back to that specific doctor ever again.

I wish there was a negative star rating. The staff is beyond rude! Staff member stight up said “I can’t do this” and hanging up on you on the phone. THEY MIX UP PEOPLES MEDICAL RECORDS!!! I found someone else’s medical files within my own file that is a complete breach of patient confidentiality!!! They don’t even know what they’re talking about and send you to get blood work without even a req wasting your time. And then when you call telling them exactly what you need 3 times having to repeat yourself and then come back saying them and the dr have no idea what you’re talking about or what I need. Even my gyno said that this doctors office is such extremely difficult to deal with and are making things very hard for him. Which isn’t a great thing because I’m pregnant and almost lost my life having my first son, and now have complications again with this pregnancy. I don’t have time to be wasted and this clinic and their staff are all about being rude and wasting your time.

Waited 2.5 weeks for a x-ray results after a car accident. They never called to tell me the results were in, couldn't tell me over the phone when I called, but told a family member about the arrival of my results, when they had their appointment. No doctor/patient confidentiality what so ever.

Tried calling from 645 until 700 pm with no answer. Drove to clinic arrived at 710 pm, no one in waiting room, and was informed that they were finishing with a patient and going home. Hours are until 800....usually means open until 8, if you're too inconsiderate to answer the phone, at least stay open until you advertise you are

I received a call from a doctor i asked not to see anymore. it made me uncomfortable that the doctor i'm uncomfortable seeing is accessing my information and putting me on a list to call. I asked the front desk to note in my file that i no longer want to see this particular doctor so i was never expecting this to happen.

Save your time and gas and go somewhere else. 99% of the time I go to this clinic they are closed early. Today, 45 minutes after they opened they were accepting patients. However, they had a 3 hour waiting time.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!! The front staff are incredibly rude. Someone needs to give them a course in customer service. I understand that they may be under some pressure due to covid and all walk ins but that doesn’t mean that they shouldn’t know how to talk with respect. I called them and the lady hung up the phone in 5 seconds. I didn’t even get to ask my question. The doctors are great but front staff need to go.

Normally see Dr. Davies - very kind knowledgable doctor. Had to see Dr. Engelbrecht for last minute help, she gave the worst biased medical advice. Will not be returning to her

This is one of the worst clinics I've ever been to! Extremely rude receptionists and they almost always open late sometimes up to an hour they leave people standing outside wondering why the clinic still hasn't opened. It's worth driving to a clinic near by for better care.

I'm having a hard time getting a chance booking through the online system. Is there any alternatives? I need to see a doctor very soon but I dont have any luck. Are walk-ins appointments closed ?

The staff here are amazing and actually really care. I showed up as they were closing and I’m not even a patient but they all stayed late so that I could get seen by the doctor. Thank you!!!

Rooms are dirty for a clinic. Stale gum under exam table in plain site. Dead moth on window sill in waiting room. Dusty all around. Finger prints on doors and cabinets both visits. Not super nice treatment either. Not the worst but definitely not the best. Front desk was nicer than last time. Doctor makes me feel unimportant...and I can't say I felt cared for.

I personally don’t feel like reviewing walk in clinics is very effective. Here I am anyways. I have symptoms of a UTI, I went in Friday for a urine analysis they sent my sample off without ensuring the lid was closed. It was leaked in transit, never performed. Fine, accidents happen. I went back Monday for my second urine collection to send off and it looks as though it either wasn’t sent off in less than 48 hours or they sent it off with my Friday requisition leading the lab to believe it was over 48 hours old, my e health chart shows the sample was discarded. So just be careful going here, and be diligent about any tests ordered.

You can book your appointment online only. How are people who don’t speak English, don’t have computer/internet access or are not technologically literate to book an appointment? The website wouldn’t open for me and there was no other way to book an appointment. There should be a way for the receptionist to book an appointment to make healthcare accessible to all.

I booked a doctors appointment through Tia Health which outsourced to this apparently terrible clinic. The receptionist sent me two threatening voicemails about cancelling my appointment if i didn't call back before 2pm the next day(today), which wasn't even 24 hours notice and which I found aggressive and rude. The phone system itself gives you a rude message about how they'll hang up on you if you're rude, I told her to go ahead and cancel it. I'll be following up with Tia health as well but I can see how this place earns its 2.0 rating without even seeing a doctor

As of May 2022, almost all the past reviews of this clinic were rated 1 or 2 stars. Out of the 130+ people that went out of their way to rate this “clinic”, they have a low rating due to their miserable receptionists. If you thought you hated your job, wait until you see the people that work at their reception table.

Staff and male doctors are great! Female doctors are either incompetent or very rude and over react here. It’s no coincidence the male doctors are always busy and the females here wait for patients and have zero wait times. Short wait for walk ins for the good doctors and appointments available for family patients! Been here with my family doctor 15+ years. A+

All good here. Been here many times. I've had to wait many times but I've also gone and walked straight in. Some people giving reviews are right out of line. I wish some of these people could take a deep breath and except that the world has many struggles and taking it out on some person just trying to get through their day of work is not going to make you happier. The doctors here give their time to help you!! It's better than sitting 6 hours at the hospital. Cheer up people!!

Staff was rude even when my husband was trying to be pleasant. No need to be rude right from the start. Clearly the management or owners of this place need to rethink their policies or maybe implement some customer service training, judging from all these negative reviews. Would NOT recommend going here. There are a lot of other walk in clinics around where the staff are pleasant. Don’t waste your time with this clinic.

There is a sign saying doctors available to until 6. Filled out their COVID screening and stood by the door to be let in. 4:43 and they say no doctor are able to see my son. Only virtual apts available. Waste of time!!! Wait room was empty! If doctors had already seen the max # of patients that day they should post this info on the door!!

This place is too pathetic to be called a clinic. HAS TO BE CLOSED DOWN!!! staff is rude and very unprofessional. They are not clear in what they tell u. I came in today for a virtual appt, they said they would call me, I waited an hour, went back into the clinic and they told me the dr left already. Pathetic. Don’t waste ur time here.

I’ve been to this clinic twice now and I’ve had a very pleasant experience both times. I was a little worried because I was reading through some of the older reviews where people complained that the website didn’t work or staff weren’t polite. My experience is the complete opposite. Booking appointments on the website was a breeze, staff are polite and courteous and I arrived slightly early for both my appointments and they took me in almost right away.

You are not guaranteed a walk in spot even if you go before opening. You find out if you can walk in right when the doors open which might be around 8am, I don't think this clinic takes walk ins but still has the sign, they want people to book appointments. The doctors and staff are friendly.

Absolutely horrible clinic. It seems when you make an appointment, they can decide to cancel it because someone who comes in as a walk-in is more important than you. I especially liked the smirk on the receptionists' face when she was telling me she cancelled my appointment, like it was some kind of power trip for her.

Needed an urgent appointment for antibiotics and couldn’t get in to my own doctor. Front desk staff were friendly every time I spoke on the phone and patient when I would re-enter to ask how much longer. The estimates were spot on and the doctor was very kind and helpful. Thank you!!

Dr. Manisha Chumber is phenomenal! My husband and I went and saw her. She was so thorough and went above and beyond. I went in for a foot injury, she referred me to Valley Medical Imaging and took the time out of her day off to call me with the results. (Which were megative). 🙏🏽 She prescribed my husband a different medication, as the one our gp was prescribing was not working and we asked her for a different medication...but she said there wasn't any. Dr. Chumber prescribed a different one right away. A special Thank you Dr. Chumber for treating walk in patients as your own.

Front desk staff are very kind and compassionate. On more than one occasion they have allowed me a return time so I don't have to wait with my children for long period of time in the wait room. Appreciate them so much!

Terrible reception!! This is walk-in clinic. I was waiting for almost 2hours. They don't keep in line-up. The people who came there later than me saw the doctor. I complained to the reception but they didn't mind it. Finally I had cancelation and I wasted my precious time.

Old white lady said she didn’t want to help me and just walked out of the office. That doctor doesn’t truly want to help people if it's too tedious for her. I’ll keep her in my prayers and hope god softens her heart . If you value your interactions you should avoid this place at all costs because they’ve cleary decided to “own it” in regards to all their bad reviews.

I think its not right that patience waited for more than an hour in freezing cold and not be able to go because of the barcode system and let other patience get away with their excuses. Taking temp is way faster then registering with that barcode.

I booked an appointment one week in advance and got daily reminders of the schedule. One day before the appointment I confirmed on the app as required. Later on the same day, the appointment was cancelled due to unconfirmed appointment. I called the clinic only to know that I should have confirmed verbally. There was no guidance as to make a verbal confirmation. If this is the way to go, why do I have to confirm on the app?

Dr. Ajaero that works on saturday is one of the WORST doctors I have ever met, he diagnosed me wrong with herpes and also made an exam that didnt had enought material and was inconclusive, he gave me a cream medication that burned my skin and after a couple days I hade red spots itchying constantly from my face, ears all neck, shoulders, both arms and on my ribs and made my condition worse, after going to a couple other doctors I found out I had tinea versicolor, which it could've been solved earlier if he had found out about my diagnosis earlier and gave me the right treatment. I came back for another consultation because I wanted a stronger medication and he refuse it to give to me and was extremelly rude and unprofessional and even kept telling me he wasnt sure it was tinea which I had proof that it was when I questioned him that because of his mistake my condition got worse and I had Tinea for 3 weeks now, waking up in the middle of the night itchy. Went to this clinic today Jan 28th, 2024 @ 9:20AM. Physician started by saying they don’t deal with ear flushing and said they had more important issues to deal with than mine. She looked in my ears and said they were fully plugged. Told me I might have an ear infection but nothing she can do but give me an instruction sheet on how to flush my ears. I told her I have been doing this for 5 days with no results and the pain is worse and I cannot hear at all from my right ear. She told me to go to ER. I asked her why I would need to do that and why she could not treat me for an ear infection, she told me “ thats the way the Canadian health care system works.” I calmly and clearly told her I was worried about this infection getting worse, I have pain and other symptoms, she said yes “I am sure you do have pain but there is nothing I can do for you.” Then she just walked away from me. Clearly did not care about my well being nor was she interested to listen to my symptoms . I had an ear infection like this last year and it as promptly treated by a caring physician at this clinic. I have been going here for years when I can’t get into see my family GP - I am very disappointed and concerned about the manner of this physician. No one should be told their health issue is unimportant.
