If
I
could
leave
a
0
star
review,
I
would!
Front
desk
staff
are
extremely
rude
and
ignorant!
I
made
my
way
into
the
clinic
asking
if
I
could
have
some
medical
forms
(stress
leave
from
work)
filled
out;
keep
in
mind
I
have
moved
from
out
of
Province.
The
doctor
I
saw
unfortunately
was
unable
to
fill
out
my
forms
due
to
it
being
their
first
time
meeting
me,
but
the
dr
explained
I
could
see
a
regular
family
physician
there
who
would
be
more
eligible
to
assist
me.
I
went
back
to
the
front
desk
and
explained
the
situation
&
also
explained
to
them
multiple
doctors
have
turned
me
for
the
same
reason.
I
showed
the
front
desk
staff
the
forms
&
the
front
desk
staff
said
to
me
"
come
on
in
tomorrow
&
the
regular
family
physician
should
be
able
to
fill
out
these
forms
for
you".
I
asked
them,
"
do
you
think
we
should
request
to
get
my
dr
notes
from
my
old
family
physician
back
in
the
other
province?".
In
which
she
responded,
"no,
the
dr
should
be
able
to
fill
out
these
forms
for
you".
I
graciously
thanked
the
lady
and
reiterrated
the
issue
I
was
having
with
other
drs
turning
me
away
&
was
grateful
this
dr
would
be
able
to
finally
fill
out
these
forms.
When
I
went
in
today
for
my
appointment,
I
was
turned
away
once
again
as
the
dr
was
unable
to
fill
out
these
forms
as
the
same
reason
from
the
day
prior
and
that
they
did
need
to
request
my
dr
notes
from
my
out
of
province
old
dr.
I,
of
course
was
frustrated
as
I
feel
this
issue
could
have
been
resolved
yesterday
if
the
front
desk
staff
would
have
just
listened
to
my
issue
and
clarified
with
their
superiors
aka
the
drs
to
see
if
this
could
be
filled
out
without
prior
information.
When
I
asked
questions
about
the
process
to
move
forward
to
clarify
so
there
would
be
no
further
issues
the
staff
became
rude
and
vulgar
towards
me,
felt
like
they
were
teaming
up
on
me.
I,
of
course
understand
it
is
NOT
up
to
the
front
desk
staff
to
approve
what
the
dr
can
or
cannot
do,
but
I
feel
it
is
within
their
position
to
know
how
they
are
informing
the
public!
They
would
not
make
eye
contact
with
me,
shaking
their
head
and
mumbling
under
their
breath
to
me,
when
I
explained
that
I
was
misinformed
yesterday.
I
asserted
myself
&
said
I
did
not
like
how
I
was
being
treated/guided
and
just
wanted
further
clarification
so
I
don't
waste
the
drs
time
in
the
future
and
my
own
time,
in
which
that
was
not
received
well
and
just
increased
their
vulgarness
towards
me.
To
the
point,
the
one
lady
passed
off
my
papers
to
another
front
desk
staff
member
to
assist
me
&
would
no
longer
engage
with
me.
Keep
in
mind,
I
was
respectful
to
the
front
desk
staff
as
I
know,
as
a
Social
Worker
myself,
the
level
of
energy
that
goes
into
a
job
like
such
supporting
the
general
public!
I
feel
this
issue
could
have
been
handled
with
so
much
more
grace
and
understanding.
There
clearly
was
misguidance
and
misunderstanding
between
the
front
desk
staff
and
myself,
which
is
frustrating,
but
human
thing
to
happen.
As
vulnerable
individuals
going
to
see
a
doctor
we
are
expected
to
be
under
some
sort
off
distress
as
no
one
likes
to
feel
unwell.
It
is
expected
to
be
treated
with
respect
and
human
decency
by
every
and
all
levels
of
staff
at
care
facilities,
like
a
medical
clinic.
This,
however
was
not
my
case...
it
actually
was
the
quite
opposite
leaving
me
with
increased
anxiety
and
stress
leaving
the
office.
If
you
are
someone
who
is
looking
to
be
respected
as
a
human,
this
medical
clinic
is
not
the
place
to
go!!
