    I have dealt with Doctor Beverly a few times over the last few years and honestly I would not visit this clinic again even if we were in an apocalypse. She is rude, argumentative, dismissive and arrogant. She tried to push a covid diagnosis on me over the phone when I was suffering from strep throat and then refused to prescribe me anything or get me in for a swab. She told me I had “the virus” and needed to take Tylenol until I felt better. She was so argumentative actually that I hung up the phone as it was a complete waste of time. Why would someone who seemingly despises other people so much become a doctor?

    This is the worst clinic in Surrey. Doctors don’t give AF. Get you on and off the phone within 2 minutes and don’t even let you explain an issue or ask a question. Front desk has the rudest service. Don’t let you ask anything, and then put you on hold immodestly after answering for 15 minutes. Busy apparently? Wonder what they could possibly be doing? Try booking an appointment with the front desk. Good-luck ever getting a call back. Absolutely ridicules clinic, extremely unprofessional and do not recommend.

    I wish I could give this place 0 stars. After explaining everything to this “doctor” Beverly Saul-Duke regarding my condition the first thing she said to me was “well what do you want me to do” This place is a joke. I literally had to suggest my own diagnosis just for her to say “but your symptoms don’t have this and this” when they were my EXACT symptoms lol. She then continued to roll her eyes because she was clearly miserable doing her job. You’re better off in the ER or honestly even at home than this place. Save your time and energy. The last thing anyone needs is a HORRIBLE attitude when they are already feeling sick. Not to mention the receptionist was nice enough to walk me into the waiting room just to have this doctor walk in and say “oh you’re already in here.” I feel even more sick to my stomach leaving this place knowing what the healthcare system has come to.

    Im sure most of the doctors are fine physicians, unfortunately the owner doesn’t care if his staff know what the doctors provide. What their level of care is and they will take your money without double checking that the doctor you’ve been placed with has the necessary skills to take care of you. He will also be very rude to you when you are trying to figure out why you paid for a service you weren’t provided. I placed a complaint at the college of physicians, which I was told was added to an existing claim on this clinic. So my recommendation, especially if you are traveling here without insurance, go elsewhere. The Care Max has urgent care doctors and clinic doctors and they charge you after your appointment when you are required to pay. Better care overall. And since you can get rerouted to the other 2/3 Mercy Medical clinics and they won’t warn you. Beware We thought we were making an appointment at the closest but our doctor ended up being at south Surrey. Not convenient especially when we needed an in office visit.

    DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS CLINIC!!! LAZY AND UNORGANIZED!! Booked appointment online for 4pm. I was patiently waiting from the time of my appointment, did not receive any calls so I called the clinic to see what was going on. Receptionist informed me doctor was running late, which is understandable. Doctor calls at 4:16pm, sadly our call did not connect due to my spam call blocker. I immediately call the clinic 4:17pm gave them another number they could reach me at. Waited til 4:35pm no call still, I reached out to them again. Receptionist informed me doctor was on another call already. SO they skipped me even though I called IMMEDIATELY to give them a number they could reach me at. Frustrated but waited again. 5:21pm NO CALL STILL. Called them again to see what's going on. NO ANSWER from my phone or the other phone I called from. Ghosted.

    Absolutely atrocious customer service. After finally being able to book an appointment with them for our newborns infection, we never got a phone call the day of. The following day my wife called back and was put on hold, then someone picked up asking "what do you want", then abruptly hung up on her for no reason at all. Currently on hold and Im going to give them an earful.

    I just got verbally abused from a doctor who supposed to help people instead of making people feeling worse. Based on her voice, her age is around 40ish, but the way she worked, and her attitude was worse than a 10 year old kid. She lied or tried to hide her name to avoid a bad review. So if you need to see a doctor, do not trust this place. I requested to talk with her manager, so if you still see this review 1 Star, it is exactly how much they care about you & me.

    Extremely very bad experience, front desk receptionist behaviour is so rude that you even cannot imagine. I and my husband visited the clinic, she doesn’t give us form to fill. I contacted physiotherapist they said need form to start treatment. They called doctors office on their behalf too. I contacted them, the lady put on hold. I called again she disconnected. Next day, I called again, I asked her what’s your name she didn’t tell her name, I explained her everything she told me she’s not working yesterday. When I told her I recognized your voice she didn’t speak anything, just disconnected. If these people does not understand the patients painful condition then how we expect from others.Disgusting experience. Needs more experienced and responsible staff here

    Awful experience start to finish. As others have said, the reception staff was rude and unhelpful both times I've been. When I presented my medical concerns, the physician was dismissive and asked, verbatim, "Well what do you want me to do about it?". Rude, arrogant and judgemental. I'm still a little stunned that these folks work in health care when they show such disrespect for the patients that walk in the door. Do not go to this clinic unless you have no other option.

    I would give them a 0 if it was an option. Made online appointment. Time came and went took 10 calls to the clinic for anyone to even speak with me instead of hanging up on me. Then they claimed I never made an appointment while I was staring at the email confirmation. She then hung up on me and when I'd try to call back I'd get sent to the delta clinic instead.

    Don’t go to this clinic! I booked an over the phone appointment for my daughter and the doctor did not call… I called to see why. The receptionist told me she couldn’t find the name and that I must have called the wrong clinic (nope I called this one). Then put me on hold again. A few minutes later someone else picked up and asked if I had an appointment before I could say anything I was put on hold again. This clinic is not organized.

    The front desk staff were nice in person, but they only offered phone call appointments despite me saying that the issue could not be diagnosed over the phone. It's impossible to actually see a doctor without multiple appointments

    Surprised to read all these poor reviews. Happy with location and easy access. Called and they answered promptly. Made an over the phone appointment for the next day. Dr. called and listened. Made an in person appointment for the following week. In person visit was right on time. Dr was down to business and referred me to a specialist. Specialist called me back the same day. Mercy Clinic followed up with a call in the evening. I was pleasantly surprised!

    Dr. Beverly Saul-Duke is sooo rude! I was tested positive for Covid for the first time and was feeling really sick. I booked a phone appointment with Dr. Beverly Saul-Duke. I described my condition to her. The first thing she said was “Everyone has Covid"

    Went to see the doctor here today, doctor had no idea why I was there, then argued with me on why I was there. Doctor then refused to complete any documents I needed completed for work. AVOID coming here at all costs.

    The service by the receptionist was horrible, always blaming her own faults on the patients. I swear this clinic has the worst receptionist I've ever met in Canada. She didn't focus on her work at all, and perfunctory patients with the worst attitude. The clinic owner should consider talking to the receptionist, looking through Google views I see that they are giving too many patients a bad experience.👎

    Customer service is not something they care about. Terrible. They don't bother to call you back. A broken system where doctors are only interested in maximizing their fees from the govt. but have no accountability.

    Both of my small children developed a sinus infection over the weekend I called Mercy medical 9am on Monday and they got my family in at 10am that day, they are extremely professional have a great bedside manner and maintain super clean facility. We will be definitely coming back, thank you doctors and staff.

    Went to the clinic and they booked me to get an ultrasound on my neck. Had the ultrasound in March, and was told the results would take 2 weeks. It's now December and I have no results. I phone the clinic every two weeks asking about it and they say they are so busy they will have to get to it another day. They have yet to get to it. Last time I called they told me to call myself and get them to fax the results to the clinic, so basically do their job for them. I called and I'm not allowed to do that, it has to be the clinic. Don't go to this clinic, worst experience ever.

    Booked online several times they can’t seem to find appointments. I showed them my confirmation each time told me too bad come again another day. Doctor is good but reception is extremely rude. My whole family have been going here for years will not be coming back.

    Had a phone appointment never called. rebooked 2 more never called. called family doctor and they said they had completed the appointment which was a straight up lie. Avoid this clinic if possible.

    My Mom was referred to this office by her regular doctor. Dr. Martin claims he doesn't understand my Mom's English. He had her come back several times because he couldn't understand her. I finally went back with her. It's a 30 minutes drive for us in each direction, every time they want her in the office. Nothing is ever done. She was referred for tests, but this clinic never followed up and keeps asking my Mom to come back to see the doctor. I don't see why we have to see the doctor repeatedly and no action for CT scans is ever made.

    They do not call you when you book a phone appointment. Then, they try to blame you for the error when you call to ask why your appointment was missed. I’ve never been gaslit from a clinic before, that’s a new one! Avoid!

    I am extremely sick with dry and sore throat, fever, difficulty to breath. Worst than Covid; I asked an appointment and they promised to call between 3:15 and 4:15. No call was made and when I called all the options said that there is nobody to take my call and the voice mail is FULL. Our health system is broken in BC

    Walking Dr. not introduced himself so not sure who was it maybe a lab assistant, dropped my son's test and re-did it again( not really pleasant procedure),did a quick checkup and rushed out of the room, said they will call on Friday with results and never called. I left a message and nobody return my call until now...not recommending this clinic.

    Postponed my appointment with out notification. I booked the day off for this. Called me 1 hr before my original appointment to tell they rescheduled. As a business owner this is very costly. They said they left me a message a few weeks prior. Didn’t happen. Find it peculiar that they would call the same day as original schedule.

    Dr mahesh was exceptional. He made me overcome the phobia of getting an injection in my lower back. He listened to my problems and provided his expert advise on how to deal with my back problems. I would highly recommend him.

    Walked in to get a ear cleaning which has been done at other clinics in 5-10 minutes of seeing a doctor. Here, I need to book a phone consult to start the process and then chat about the next steps as though I am doing something major. Ridiculous, and walked out

    Most unprofessional doctor I have ever dealt with. No introduction so I don’t know her name, I booked my appointment three days ago and told them I was coming in to confirm my pregnancy and have my first round of blood work and first ultrasound ordered so that then I could continue on with the maternity clinic. I went in for my appointment, the lady at the front desk took me right back to do my urine sample and then sent me into the exam room. The doctor flat out said she would not order the tests for me because she “didn’t want all those reports coming back” to her. I explained I just need them ordered before I can go see my doctor at the maternity clinic and she said “it’s doctors discretion and I’m not doing it”. I walked out of the exam room and told the other lady she could stop doing the urine test because the doctor won’t see me and I walked out. I understand doctor discretion, but that fact that they let me make an appointment with them knowing exactly what I was needing done, I took time off work, got a sitter for my other kids, was there on time, gave a urine sample and THEN was told too bad I don’t want to do this was incredibly rude and unprofessional. This is my fourth baby and I have never had a doctor react this way to a simple procedure that’s always been done quickly and easily. Shame on you

    This review is specifically for Dr. Chen. I can’t believe the unprofessionalism of this clinic. I called in order to get a prescription filled. Called the pharmacy it was supposedly sent to. No prescription. Called the clinic again, the receptionist said she would talk to the doctor. Called the clinic again a few hours later. No prescription. Called the clinic again and they closed an entire hour before their closing hours posted. So don’t even bother with this clinic as the doctor can’t even do his job.

    Dr. Beverly Saul-Duke Misdiagnosed me with acid reflux and then hung up on me. Dr. Saul-duke asked me very few questions. She wanted me to book in for another appointment, but screamed that she would hang up if I didn’t stop talking, when all I tried to tell her of my symptoms and history of pneumonia. It felt like a bit of a cash grab. I way would have rather just gone in for an appointment to get a diagnosis and some Antibiotics. Being so close to Christmas and all. Yet the clinic made me wait 2 day for a phone visit which was a serious joke. It’s scary to think this is what our health care has come to. I was able to get in to another clinic thankfully and received antibiotics for pneumonia.

    Absolutely awful!! I went in after being sick with a cold for over 7 weeks. The ‘Dr.’ went with what seems like her go to diagnosis of acid reflux. When I told her my entire family has had this cold for weeks, including my 1 year old son, she got very defensive saying ‘I have made my diagnosis with the training I have’. She clearly does not have a lot of training. I will never go back
