I found this place when looking for a print shop to help me with my print at home wedding invitations (my home printer ate them) and they did a beautiful job printing them for a reasonible price and quickly. In fact they were so well done that my grandfather who used to run the Kwantlen College printing department commented on how well done they were. As a result of their work on my invitations I returned to them to print my wedding programs and seating sign printed. Again they did an exceptional job, helped me decide on the best and most cost effective paper, and completed it quickly. Overall, they are friendly, fast, great quality, and reasonably priced.

Went into the store to see if we could get some digital sticker printing done for our trophies. The man in the store immediately said no rudely without even looking at what our trophies looked like. Not professional at all and 0 customer service skills.

Today was the first time we went to The Print Center. My husband had created a picture we needed enlarged to 11x17 and then laminated to make a placemat for a little girl's Christmas present. The lady behind the counter felt that could be done. I asked the price and we agreed. Sadly after several tries, she was unable to accomplish what she wanted. She spoke to a graphics man who scanned our picture on his computer and was able to produce a perfect 11x17 image. Once laminated, it was exactly what we wanted. I asked the lady if there would be an increased cost and she said there should be but she was only going to charge me what she originally said. Both my husband and I are very impressed with this business and their staff.

I called Print Center last week and I usually deal with Johanne who has impeccable customer service skills. I needed my usual order for my business, but it was a man who I dealt with, (the owner I think) was not very friendly, not impressed by his customer service skills. Was very abrupt in his responses did not give me a timeline for when he would have a quote for me. Johanne was a excellent staff member, she was on top of giving me a timeline for quotes, responses etc, loved her, not sure if she's working there anymore. Unfortunately this experience has forced me to seek my business printing needs else where, so I called Minuteman Press, she was excellent with her customer skills, thinking of switching over.

I have used the Print Center for 4 years to do small projects that required attention to detail and were very time sensitive. The staff were very patient and delivered great finished product. I recommend them to anyone who asks about printers locally ,professional and great attention to quality

I went in to see if I could get two copies of my resume printed and explained that Staples is not printing in the correct format (2 pages/US Letter/narrow margins). Immediately when I made this request, the man there, possibly the owner, clearly did not want to help and rudely said "the format probably won't print properly here either". He printed one copy and showed me and I said it looked good and asked how much it costs and he said there was a $5 minimum to make a purchase. I was confused because when I entered, I made it clear I only needed two copies and he proceeded to print it. I expressed the fact that I cannot print $5 worth of copies since a resume needs to be formatted for multiple job positions and that the competition charges 15 cents per page, no matter how many copies. I offered to pay for the two copies since he already started, but this man was an incredibly unprofessional individual with the tone and the way he responded. "I don't care about Staples. I'm charging for the cost, you can have this copy." I left and he came out because I forgot my USB stick. The man couldn't even look at me as I approached and I told him that he should be more polite to people. He didn't like that and told me to never come back....... I'm sure they offer great services, but the experience I had there today was confusing, disrespectful and unprofessional. He should have told me immediately that he would not print two copies and explain why. That is all!

Competitive prices, good turnaround time, and very friendly staff. We have been using the Print Center for many years for all our printing needs and have yet to be disappointed!

Helpful with small jobs! And their minimum charge isn't as bad as some places. I always appreciate how long johanne spends with me. I'm a student at BCIT and take my work here.

Scanning documents for visa applications: was high quality & fast, staff attentive to specific needs (Eg multi-page pdfs with low MB or DPI limits) don’t waste your time scanning at Staples where this is very, very hard to do - highly recommend!

We have used the Print Center over the years and they have always provided great customer service. They are very efficient with their production and we are always happy with the work. Thanks again!

HORRIBLE I WAS TRYING TO GET IN IT WAS LOCK THEY KNOW I AM WAITING OUTSIDE IT SEEMS THEY DID NOT CARE AT ALL I CAN SEE THEM WITH CUSTOMER AND THEY CAN SEE ME TOO

I had a small job for them to do for me today and I called ahead and right from the beginning they where first class all the way. I got the job done exactly how I wanted it and they were fast too! Highly recommend this business to anyone needing their services.

The Print Shop was great. The are professional, fast and helpful. I have moved all my printing over to Hamid and his team and they are great. They have helped with picking designs and colours.

These guys were slow and overpriced. There was only one other customer in there and it took 15min just for me to be helped when there were clearly 2 other employees in the shop. I had to scan and sign some papers and it cost me $16 just to print 4 black and white pages then scan them back to my flash drive. I wont be going back.
