Wow, what awful customer service. Rude and entitled. When a woman tells you where she wants the placement of the logo on the shirt that she has chosen, YOU NEED TO JUST BE QUIET AND LISTEN. A MAN DOES NOT KNOW BETTER THAN A WOMAN ABOUT HER BODY EVER. The manager is a misogynistic jackass. Stay away.

Quick and effective. Initial phone conversations led to us sending Canva created artwork (PNG), and a quick visit allowed final adjustments in size and location on the shirt. As we were using white tees for the DTG (Direct to Garment) printing, stock levels were good for our large order. A short time frame was worked within, and both the final product as well as the staff interactions were exceptional. Pricing was reasonable as well. Thanks Dog's Ear!

Dog's Ear Langley has been awesome. We are a local charcuterie company and we got our Merch logos done from here and they killed it. I don't know what people are talking about when they refer to poor customer service. We've had nothing but great experiences everytime we've gone. The owner is a straight shooter and keeps you posted on your printing needs. The ladies working there are great too! Will keep going back. If you need your stuff logoed come here! Awesome service
