I had a great experience at Bhatia Fashions last week. I needed a dress for a wedding. As usual, I had left things to the last minute and only had a few days to get my outfit together. The young lady that helped me was very patient and helpful! She took her time to bring me dress after dress until I found the perfect one. Alterations are included and I was able to pick-up my outfit just in time for the wedding. There were two gentlemen working behind the desk, one on the day of my purchase and one when I came to pick up from alterations, and they were both very polite and friendly. I will definitely send all of my friends here, and will be back again! Thank you!

There seems to have been a technical error with my reviews, I thought this was posted in April. So let me write it again. Mr. Bhatia, his wife and their team are absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help my sisters!! ❤️ My family visited Bhatia Fashions back in April to find my sisters (twins) lehengas for their 17th birthday function. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by kind staff who showed us a large selection of beautiful lehengas. The staff member was very knowledgeable about what styles would best suit my sisters for their age, as well as what would complement their shape and complexion. My sisters both found some lehangas that they were drawn to and tried them on. However, because my sisters are quite petite (usually XS or XXS) the lehengas were quite big on them. The staff member brought the tailor and took extensive measurements for both of my sisters. And we were asked to come in a few days later for final adjustments! When we came back, and tried the lehangas on a few more final adjustments were necessary to make the fit perfect. However, because of various circumstances we needed the lehengas to be ready in just over 1 week. And at this time, that meant now or the day of the function. So Mr. Bhatia, his wife and their tailors stayed 1.5-2hrs past closing to help us with all the final adjustments! They were absolutely incredible, compassionate and patient with us. Mrs. Bhatia even took the time to drop off their child at home and come back to the store (even though it was past closing) to help my sisters and I pick out jewelry sets and bindis. The tailors were meticulous in their work and did their absolute best even though they were staying well past their work time. Mr. Bhatia provided us snacks and juice/water, and set us up in the marriage lehangas section with had comfortable sofas, while we waited for the tailors. He even entertained us with jovial conversations, and was a wonderful host. He is very kind and funny too! The tailors took their time to make sure the fits were perfect and Mrs. Bhatia made sure the jewelry matched impeccably. My sisters love the lehangas and they look absolutely stunning. We are so thankful to Mr. and Mrs. Bhatia and their team for treating us with kindness and patience, and helping us have the dresses finished in time for the function. My family will continue to visit Bhatia Fashions for future function attire and we highly recommend you visit them too!! ☺️

Came in from the Okanagan today. Bhatia Fashions was my first step. Loved my experience. Staff member was extremely helpful. I walk in someone's there with in seconds to ask if you need help which I appreciated after a long drive in (I wish I knew her name I forgot to ask). Great selection, sizes, and prices. The owner and his staff are so kind and supportive. They are helpful for bridal and non-bridal and helped my mom pick out the lengha of her dreams for my wedding. The price was incomparable to other stores. Such a good deal and beautiful outfits!

Probably one of the best places in lower mainland to find reasonably priced Indian attire. Staff are actually helpful, and they have a good selection of clothes at various price points.

The absolutely best store in Surrey for wedding shopping. It was such a delight to just speak with Bhatia uncle. He is an extremely sweet person! Just the whole vibe of the place is amazing, The kind you would want to have while doing your wedding shopping. The dresses are extremely pretty , none of those run of the mill designs. Very bad customer service…. The lady in bridal section is very mean I was checking their lahengas and she indirectly asked me to leave by saying we only take people here by appointments….. if that is the case you guys should write it in front of the shop or tell your customers before entering the shop. We don’t come there to get insulted !!! Will never be back to such place instead there are many other good stores nearby with alot good and affordable stuff as well as welcoming people.

I don’t know where to begin when it comes to this place! My family has been shopping at Bhatia cloth house since our days in Calgary. I grew up spending time there and finding clothing for almost every occasion. When I moved to Vancouver I was comforted knowing that some part of my life was also there! Harinderpalji is top when it comes to customer service and treats my husband and I like family. The clothing I find their is unique and always made to fit my size. I love that I can go in for custom ware and come back with exactly what I envisioned or simply shop off the rack for exquisite clothing without the insane surrey prices. Aside from the clothing the jewelry selection is also amazing and unique! Check out this wonderful shop for your wedding or festival needs. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!

This store is excellent in every way, especially the customer service is the best, all the staff are nice and helpful. They have so many beautiful clothes for women, man and also children, and a very beautiful place for high-end clothes where you can be comfortable and where you can find excellent and exclusive suits for parties. I had the opportunity to visit other stores in the same shopping area and this is definitely the best because in all those stores there are beautiful clothes but in Bhatia Fashion there is the best customer service.

The best store for Indian outfits in Surrey at such great prices. Service is exceptional!! Sophia helped me with picking outfits, jewellery, shoes and other accessories for both bride and groom and family. She takes every effort to truly understand her customers needs and is so so patient!! Hands down the best store I have been to for Indian outfits in payal business centre !! The staff are so helpful and nice here. I purchased a Kurta Pajama and they completed the alterations within 30 min and it was included in the price. Great service!

I had really amazing experience from selecting my best outfit to picking it up. Rinku didi made me feel like a family. She is such an amazing soul. Everyone who works there are very nice. Customer service is at its highest. I didn't like the first outfit I selected and asked them if I could change it, they swapped it with the same customer service and enthusiasm. Price is also very reasonable.

Helped me out with my outfit when I needed one last minute for a wedding function

We had a really good experience here, thanks to Mrs Bhatia herself and also Shivani who was very kind and helpful. They both were very warm and welcoming and it was so refreshing to get that experience in payal center. They made sure to help me find what i was looking for and were very attentive, their alterations staff was also on site which helps speed up the whole alteration process. I cant get over how sweet and friendly Mrs Bhatia was, very genuine, barely see that now adays.

My family has been coming for for many years and it’s just an amazing experience each and every time. Aunty and uncle are both so welcoming and will help you to find the perfect outfit! They have an amazing selection of suits and lengha’s.

My fiancé and I are getting married soon and we were looking everywhere for a wedding dress. We went to many shops and either the staff were very pushy with sales (just wanted to get our money and get us out the door), the dresses were just flat out ugly or the store inflated the prices for outfits that really weren’t worth the money. After a lot of despair in our search we stumbled upon Bhatia Fashions. As soon as we got there we were helped out by their amazing staff. Great selection of outfits, smiling faces and great customer service right from the start! They made sure we got what we wanted, worked with our budget, pricing was very reasonable and the owner is an older gentleman but he was very sweet and helpful. They have a tailor on site and they were able to work with our tight deadline as well to make sure my outfit is perfect. We will be doing another wedding ceremony next year and will be sure to get all our outfits from here again. They have earned a lifelong customer and we will be sending all our friends their way!

Excellent customer service! The woman who helped us buy multiple suits & a bridal set was so nice that it makes us want to come back again. The owner was also incredibly polite & willing to negotiate pricing considering how much we purchased.

I cannot recommend this store enough! We needed to find an outfit for a friends wedding (very) last minute and have no experience shopping for Punjabi weddings. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, kind, and were able to work within our very short timeline!
