I had a beautiful experience today. Lorne is very positive, very nice and upbeat. He has a great deal of knowledge and a very sunny personality. He also did not do a hard sell, so this was appreciated. He did let me know of the promotions, and he was very honest.

My elderly mom has been trying to get some shoes for a while. We headed into the Skechers store at Guilford with high hopes. A very pleasant fellow came to check on us and ended up helping us through the whole process. Lorne was kind, friendly and funny. More importantly he was super patient as we sorted out sizes and colour options. He made mom comfortable and made sure she got everything she needed (yes, it was a very successful shop!). This is a public service announcement. LORNE is a knowledgeable, positive and caring Salesman. It makes me wonder why he is not the manager of the store. The other staff were great but LORNE has taken a manic mundane Monday trip for shoes into a full serve experience not found by 99% of other retailer experiences. I had to buy some shoes in a hurry… I was greeted by Kier as soon as I walked in… He was friendly and very helpful, offering me different options for what I was looking for… The other sales person that was there also offered help and I ended up getting something that I really like and was very comfortable… I highly recommend this store!

Most stores you walk into nowadays and the customer service is non existent. You have to stand around for ages or make it so incredibly obvious that you need help that it gets to the point where you feel like you're bothering the employee by asking for help. Then the help is barely help. Not the case here at Skechers Guildford mall. Immediately after walking in I hear somebody being helped in a friendly manner and it makes you feel comfortable being in the store knowing that you're in good hands. To back up the many other reviews this is a Lorne appreciation review. He was right there helping out and basically speedrun finding me some shoes that worked for me. I was about to leave too but we found some that fit well and worked out. Thanks for the help!

Staff in Guilford branch are really nice; particularly Kier's who assisted us, quite patient, fast and was very helpful. Products are awesome too of course. Reasonably priced.

Lorn was amazing. The store was very busy around closing time. He was able to help us and 3 or 4 other groups and we never had to wait more than a minute or two for him to grab a box from the back.

We had a great experience today at the store (September 6th, 2021), employee Lorne helped me find the right shoe for me as my feet are super sensitive and I'm rather picky with what I buy. As Lorne was in the back getting my size, we were constantly approached by other employees to make sure we were being helped. Lorne was very friendly and very knowledgeable with the products.

Amazing place for shoes and amazing staff. I went to this place last week and I was helped by an amazing team member Parbir, he was knowledgeable, quick and very friendly. He helped me find right pair for myself as it was my first time at Skechers and because of his friendly service I’m definitely coming back to this place again. I recommend everyone to look for Parbir if you’re looking for great service and help to find a perfect pair.

Awful customer service. I called and a male employee (maybe manager) picked up the phone. I was friendly and wanted to ask a question. I couldn't catch what he said, but I asked again and he then replied something along the lines of “you’re not listening to me”. Apparently, it was very busy and he told me not to call within the next 10-15 minutes. I mean why pick up the phone to tell someone off? I'd rather he not pick up and let the phone ring if the store is busy than pick up and give attitude.
