I am actually very surprised to see the making of the food . Onion rings were all crushed up and full of oil on hands . The quality has become less than the original taste. Very sad to see how the taste has become in a low grade . Very dissapointed

A&W typically has always had a great reputation of fast and friendly service, reasonably priced hot fast food and a taste which is its own. Great place to grab lunch while you are in the mall. I have always had a great experience at every A&W

You would think being a new location that this place would be clean and tidy. That's wasn't the case, and the burgers were not put together very well. The onion rings were fine, but I would probably recommend going to a different location.

Today i order seeded bun with 2 hashbrown inside the bun, cashier said we can't make it area manger told us not make any customised orders

Very poor customer service. Had to wait for more than 25mins to get a small fries and they have given it to a wrong customer. They didn’t even know it until I inquire about it and they never admitted to the mistake they made. Never said sorry or felt sorry. Give some knowledge about good customer service in such situations for these small kids staff.

Fast service. I appreciate that it was open late I would go again after boxing day

I ordered buddy burger meal. I asked to change from fries to yam. When my order arrived i asked for the dip yam. Then the lady said they do not have it. I told the girl that you should have said it when i ordered. The girl didn't even apologize!

Horrible. Burger tasted funny and now after reading other comments I know why. Bacon also has an odd taste. Coffee was the worst I’ve had in years, time to clean the machine. Fryer oil needs to be replaced more than once a year. Plus having staff tell customers “no you’re wrong, we made it right. I’m not remaking it” then rolls his eyes when the customer persists. I won’t buy food here again.

WORST A&W burger particularly at this Guilford mall location. I’ve had countless mozza burgers at different locations and this one was the worst. Do not expect mozza burger you had at other locations. Mozzarella cheese was very hard, icy cold as if it just got out of fridge - hadn’t melted at all. Patty was too dry, had absolutely no moist. Tomato was thin as paper. I could barely taste a hint of sauce. TERRIBLE.

First time I had a restaurant charge me double for a takeout bag fee. Once is enough but double? Really? I guess an additional 25 cents from every customer does add up for them! Watch out for it if you come here! I won't be. Rip off!

I was over charged by $6 for a combo. When I asked a staff member about it, she indicated that there is nothing she could do, and told me to move as I was blocking the line up. I was polite, so her behaviour was totally uncalled for. They may have made an extra $6, but I will NEVER return.

My partner got take out because I was craving burgers, the mozza burger. We ate it but the meat tasted off, as the meat was a tad undercook and water down. Barely any flavor. Not even an hour later we began getting heavily sick and puking.

The beef patty crumbles like a cookie. It was very old and dry.

The worst a&w I have been to! The staff there are rude and don’t care for the customer. I stood there for 10 minutes just to get cold coffee. And when I told them they gave me a hot one with not enough cream or sugar. They even charged extra. Horrible customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE I was just trying to get a simple combo and the staff were very Rude didn't count my change correctly and my burger was horribly put together he forgot to grab my drink so I had to remind him honestly I felt like I was treated rudely

Food is really good. It’s a small restaurant tho at the gas station but the employees are really nice and service is awesome!!!!

A&W is already a great idea when it comes to enjoying a tasty, healthier food. My wife, and I love, and enjoy A&W for breakfast regularly.

Everything is always good and tastes fresh, definitely the first choice if I'm having fast food cravings.

It was on my bucket list to try A&w onion rings, they always looked so delicious. Should have stayed on my bucket list, gross. Burger King's onion rings are far better and more tasty

The staff is very helpful. I have a hard time grabbing the paper bag and they are not rushed. As usual it's perfect a&w food.

The food tasted fresh and the service was good. However, the person who took my order also made my sandwich. She took my payment (cash) and proceeded to go to the back without washing her hands.

You can never go wrong with a visit to A&W, and this one specifically had overall good service. They've made the extra safety precautions during covid and they hardly mess up any orders. Out of the fast food in the area, I would reccomend this spot if your up for the food. 🍔

They do a pretty decent lettuce wrap. Always ask for a fork and knife though tasty and fresh!!

Yesterday I ordered a simple meal She did not understand a word I was saying I had to repeat myself 10 times Also waited for more than 20 minutes for my food They were not even wearing gloves picking up things with their hands. I don’t know how these people even get jobs like this if they can’t understand English Never coming back ever again

My younger sister ordered a burger from here and got food poisoning the fallowing morning, poor thing was in the hospital all day. The employees should be more considerate of their customers, what if that was a toddler or senior? the poisoning could kill them. I've been to other A&W's and this one is just plain lazy with thier burgers, never ordering from this location again!

staff is very friendly and food of this restaurant is very tasty and delicious specially onion rings which are very yummy so must visit this restaurant for eating delicious food…..
