The reviews on here are probably written by Ruby’s friends/family. My husband and I contacted her based on her “ great” reviews. Her attitude was not inviting she seemed annoyed when we were explaining our trip plans. She was supposed send us quotes the next day, it has now been a couple of weeks and we haven’t heard back from her. Will not be contacting them again!
